This is just as good as the buckwheat ramen noodles. Quick and very easy to fix for a good take-a-long hot thermos lunch.

I love these noodles! These are the closest to regular ramen noodles that I have been able to find. I buy these in bulk so that I always have them around. They don't come with a flavor packet, so I use chicken broth and my own flavorings for traditional ramen soup or sometimes I just heat up some leftover marinara sauce and have a quick spaghetti lunch.

Love this product... Just added an egg and some veggies and a little seasoning... loved it as did all the kiddos... this is such an easy go to item that I missed so much for winter lunches.

The secret to this stuff is not to over-cook it. If you're a maniac like me for 'al dente' pasta, it's only sensible to want your ramen that way as well. The instructions say to cook until the ramen separates; that is literal: separate with a fork, as it cooks and the moment it's all separated, its ready. I add egg, veggies, chicken, whatever, and use bullion for seasoning, and it's VERY healthy and LOW CAL. And kids LOVE IT!

I just ordered two more packages. They are great tasting and I can season them any way I want. I make a chinese chicken salad with cabbage and ramen noodles and I thought I was going to have to stop eating this salad. Not knowing how well thay would workout in the salad I took my portion out and put these noodles crushed up with a bouillon cube. Worked beautifully Next time I make this much requested salad I will make the whole salad using these ramen noodles.

These are good. I like them with liquid aminos. I think that if you just have to have your ramen noodles, definitely give them a try. I will definitely buy them again. When I make things for my husband that I don't eat, ramen noodles are a go-to meal. Peel some zucchini strips and stir them in there and it bulks them up nicely.

I love these noodles! They are a great filler for leftover veggies and meat to make a soup or a quick stir-fry. They taste good, cook up quick, and make for a good meal, especially lunch!

These are very good. Taste like Ramen noodles should just don't over cook them. Unlike the tradional ramen that has the seasoning packets that is loaded with msg and salt you season this the way you want. I add some GF buillon and chicken and I have a quick, nutritious lunch. They come in a pack of four so super easy and convenient. If you have been missing ramen noodles, give these a try. I have been unable to find these in any local store so I will contine to purchase these here. Thanks Gluten-Free Mall for adding these to your product offerings.

All I can say is YUMMMMMMMMMMM! When I went low gluten, I thought I'd have to give up Ramen. Who knew?? and the fact that you don't have to deal with the packet, you can spice it yourself, is GREAT. I whip up an egg in the boiling water, add veggies with one Ramen brick and some chicken bullion and I'm fed and satisfied - and its HEALTHY!!
