If you are gluten intolerant and miss soba, this product is excellent. The texture and flavor are great.

I am so very grateful to find these noodles... I love pasta but I am not only wheat sensitive, but also corn, rice, oats and dairy. It has been hard to find foods that don't contain any of those items. They may not have a lot of flavor, but mixed with sauces they sure make this pasta deprived girl happy!

I have to say I really did not like the noodles. They clumped together and were tasteless. I do not knwo if I did not cook them right or what, but they did not work for me.

I was lucky to find your 100% buckwheat noodles. Because I read food labels I knew I was previously buying 'buckwheat' noodles that are 70% wheat, they should not even be allowed to be labelled buckwheat noodles. I tried to make 100% buckwheat noodles at home, but believe me, although I do a lot of cooking I just couldn't handle the process. It became quite a mess and the noodles crumbled. How you can make such a perfect product is beyond me. You have a good thing going!

Most people here won't even understand how great this product is. My husband & I are pure paleo, no grain eaters (or legume & dairy). Gluten is just 1 anti-nutrient found in grain. Brown rice is unhealthy too. Buckwheat and Quinoa are the only 'grains' we eat. These may look, act, cook, taste like cereal grass but are really veggies. We do no GMO (corn, soy, canola, alfalfa). We do no guar gum, xanthan gum, or carrageenan. This product is as healthy as organic kale or collard green from the farmer's market.

My wife and I are moving away from wheat. Unfortunately, we were unable to find a spaghetti substitute that was 100% other than wheat; even in the healthfood stores. Finally, I came across this site, and ordered 5 packs of King Soba Organic 100% Buckwheat Gluten-Free Noodles. This is the best price on the market I have seen, because it is 100% buckwheat, and organic too! My wife cooked some noodles today, and three things we are please about it. The cooking time is much less than wheat noodles, the noodles are strong so they don't tear easily, and finally, they taste really good. I would recommend this brand. I have only eaten it today and I enjoyed every bit of it. I think we found our wheat noodle substitute.

These 100 percent buckwheat noodles are really delicious. The noodles are so smooth, so are the black rice soba and brown rice soba. I am definitely going to order more.

Same issue I had with the ramen - the flavor is good, but the noodles clumped a lot. Not bad, but others do it better.

Great Buckwheat noodles! Tastes like the buckwheat noodles I grew up eating! Never realized that the Buckwheat noodles were mixed with wheat noodles till recently. These are great!!

I enjoy lo mein but cannot have it when we go out because the noodles contain wheat. Now I get to make my own version of it and my family loves it!!
