I love these chips. They are a delight. I can enjoy this snack and do not have to worry about carbs, sugars or calories. I do not miss the unhealthy chips and crackers, as these chips are so satisfying.

I was recently diagnosed gluten sensitive and it is sometimes difficult to find TRUE gluten free (no grains) in a product. This is one of my favorite snacks! I cannot find it at local merchants and enjoy shopping at the Gluten Free Mall!

I have had to make some major adjustments in my diet over the years. It began with Type 2 diabetes in 1997 and has continued with numerous other health issues including having to eat heart healthy, high fiber, low/healthy carbs... so finding foods that fit is such a joy! I can enjoy these alone but prefer with a hummus or other high fiber dip. They are also good on the side with a good low carb, high fiber soup. It also helps with the desire for something crispy! Love these!Â
