Oh this pasta is very good. Not mushy, and my mac and cheese turned out very well. It has a very good 'mouth-feel.' Buy them; you won't be sorry.

Sam Mills pasta tastes as close or closer to glutenous pasta than most that i have tasted. It also cooks up very nicely. Many of the pastas do not do well after they are refrigerated. Sam mills does. It keeps softer and works well with macaroni salad as well as with sauce. Great item for picnics.

I love this product, it actually taste like regular pasta. Most gluten free pastas have no flavor and very gluey where the corn pasta does not have that. I would recommend this to anyone. Great product!

The first time we tried this, we were very surprised at the wonderful flavor...could not tell the difference from regular macaroni, I used it in my personal mac/cheese recipe and we had company that day, the lady also has celiacs disease, so it worked out perfectly for all of us. I would highly recommend this corn product in place of regular macaroni, it was wonderful. the only difference is I cooked it so that it was not aldente but the way we usually like our mac and it took 14 minutes to cook prior to adding the cheese sauce and baking, but it is perfect and also freezes well.....thanks so much!

I actually prefer corn pasta over rice pasta. This corn pasta has wonder texture and flavor. Great with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese!

Awesome for homemade gluten free mac & cheese! Love the flavor & keeps a good texture, even when cooking a bit longer than bag says. Rinse before saucing & you would never know the difference!

this is some of the best pasta I have had since being diagnosed in 2007. Rice pasta is a poor substitute for a good corn pasta which is as good or better than wheat.
