Sam Mills, you're a corn genius! These corn based spirals are surprisingly tasty and stay more hearty in dishes than many other gluten-free, rice-based choices.

I thoroughly enjoy this brand of pasta. Corn pasta, in my opinion, is a lot easier on the palate the rice pasta. I enjoy the texture of these and I love making ziti with this.

I really like this pasta. I have tried other GF pastas and they became mushy after cooking. They just did not hold up like non GF pasta does. I highly recommend this pasta to anyone. Great taste too!

This is a wonderful product! I served it to my husband (a gluten lover) and he had no clue that it was corn pasta! This shape of pasta held up well in the boiling process and did not break apart.

Used them to make kasha varniskas (Eastern European/Jewish dish of buckwheat, onions, mushrooms, and usually farfelle and lots of oil/butter). They worked great, though I did find them to be a bit dry even after cooking, so I added more water when I reheated the dish.

This corn pasta is one of the best on the market for the price. It has a great texture and taste when prepared. It needs to be cooked with a bit of olive oil and a dash salt. I prefer this to those made with a rice base, as corn will give you less carbohydrates and for me (also being diabetic) this is easier to manage.

Yeah! I absolutely detest rice pasta, so this product is a dream come true. There is not an "exactly the same as wheat pasta" taste, but there is no rice taste and you can't really tell that there is a corn taste. This pasta is good for even a couple of days after cooking it, but unlike wheat pasta, it doesn't keep well for much longer. The good thing is - you won't want to leave too much for leftovers.

Good texture and flavor, easy to prepare, reheats well. Try it! The spirals hold their shape better than others that I have tried.
