Preparation:

I loved this pasta. I didn't notice any difference between this pasta and the whole wheat pasta I used to eat. While some people have said that it gets slimy, I actually enjoyed that since it helped the pesto sauce to stick to it tightly. I didn't even have to add grated cheese to thicken it up. I am back today to buy again. Worth trying and the price is right.

This is awsome pasta. I am a big fan of corn pasta because it is good for any recipe you can think of...even stir fry too, they pack a big punch of flavor!

I am a newly diagnosed celiac person. This is the first pasta I tried, and I am stuck on it. The best thing I found about it is that it does not have the stickyness that is found with normal gluten pasta. The funniest part is I gave it to my son, who is a chef and he could not tell me it what was different, but he was happy to try the spaghetti. I am sold on this manufacturer.

Agree with previous review--terrific pasta, gluten-free or otherwise. "Normal" pasta taste and non-mushy texture--went well with my tomato sauce. Does not turn easily to "mush." Highly recommend!

We have tried all kinds of pastas and this has been the best. My husband and son (who do not have celiacs) didn't believe me when I told them it was a gluten free pasta. They thought I was cheating!! It has a fantastic texture, consistency, and taste. One hundred times better than a straight rice based pasta and significantly better than a corn and rice mix.
