Preparation:
Bring water (5 quarts per pound of pasta) to a boil. Add pinch of salt and pasta, stir. Boil 7-8 minutes or to desired texture stirring occasionally. Drain pasta in colander and serve with sauce of choice.

Amazing! I've tried almost every gluten-free pasta on the market and this is one of the very best. Texture is fantastic, though I did have to cook it slightly longer than it recommends. It held marinara sauce wonderfully and I am looking forward to eating the rest of the shapes I purchased. You won't be able to tell the difference between this and a regular wheat pasta.

This pasta is so good that some of the restaurants around here that serve gluten-free pasta serve it with marinara sauce. Very good texture and cooks very quickly and without clumping when you add oil and salt to the water.

When my daughter was first diagnosed with Celiac Disease, it was important to find a good Gluten free pasta. The owner of a local restaurant recommended Sam Mills. It tastes closest to the non-Gluten Free pasta she was used to. This is the only brand of pasta she eats!

This brand of corn pasta is extremely delicious. Even when accidentally over-cooked, no mushy, sticky pasta. I love these and I do not miss regular wheat pasta at all.

My boyfriend is Celiac, I am not. I think this is a great product. A lot of times gluten-free pasta is a bit bland. SamMills has lots of flavor - my only advice is to rinse in hot water before saucing to get rid of excess starch. That way pasta does not stick together. Leftovers are easier to re-heat, too.

Love the flavor and texture of this spaghetti. The only issue I had was that it broke apart while cooking. I was disappointed when I saw the final product, but when I tasted it, I was impressed.
