This has to be my favorite gluten free treat. Just like a yummy home made banana loaf cake you would buy at a bake sale, plus it has chocolate chips as well. I also bought the carrot cake flavor but haven't got to it yet. Since I'm also trying to avoid sugar, I only have a slice of this at a time. I keep in in the freezer but it cuts really well frozen. I then put it in the microwave for 15 to 20 seconds and it's perfect, plus the chocolate chips get a bit soft. I will be reordering this cake, it's worth every penny. Oh and my group of lady friends loved it when I served it and they don't have to have gluten free.
