As 'plain' as these might look, they are surprisingly addicting. They're like a super 'light' version of a popular snack cracker. Will reorder for sure!

I am new to being gluten-free and I loved my bread. This crispbread is delicious. I take them for lunch every day. Sometimes I will put a spread on them and other times I just eat them plain. It is a great substitute for crackers.

Love these crackers with a little hummus or a nice chicken salad. Light and crispy. They do tend to be a little dry, but still very good!

I really love these topped with hummus or cheese for a quick lunch or snack. Try topping with a bit of spaghetti sauce and cheese and popping into the toaster oven for a few minutes to melt.

I was not sure I would like buckwheat, but I found it very good, and now it is my breakfast staple in place of all the breads I cannot tolerate. Solid, crunchy, and spreadable. Definately a re-order item.

This product is perfect for those who have discovered buckwheat-alternatives to staple food types such as breads and pastas and, now, crackers.
However, those who must avoid rice-based foods should avoid this product, since rice is a main ingredient in this product - despite the label's declaration that it is a "toasted buckwheat crisp/bread" product.

So healthy. Hard to find buckwheat without the wheat. No xanthan gum, guar gum, or carageenan, super. No gmo corn, soy, canola, great. We spread, almond butter, jelly, or coconut butter on it. Replaces our brown rice bread.

I think these crackers are great, they are my staple carb. If you have sensitivity to potatoes it is extremely difficult to find a carb or cracker that tastes good. They are plain but so are saltines. They always taste great to me!

I really liked these, so good spread with a cheese or even peanut butter.
Also good with chicken salad or tuna spread.

These are ok. Texture and flavor are not good if you just want something plain, but work well in soup.

These have an earthier taste than the crispibread with quinoa. Sort of like wheat bread compared to white bread. Start with the crispibread with quinoa and if you like them, then try the buckwheat for variety. I think I will always buy the quinoa ones, even though these were fine.
