Recipe for Ranch Style Pancakes on package. Just add 8 oz. of cold water, 3oz milk, and 3 eggs (lightly beaten) to the packet of mix. For a Vegan option: Add 15oz of water and 3 TBSP of oil or vegetable margarine to the packet of mix.
Serving suggestions:
For sweet toppings, serve with fruit salad, pour over with maple syrup or honey or serve with ice cream. For savory toppings, serve with sauteed mushrooms, leaf salad, tomato and cheese. Great nutritious starter for breakfast or for any meal of the day.
