Everyone seems to love this product... I didn't notice a difference when using it, but perhaps that's because I used it in a recipe that was already modified for a gluten-free diet?

I love this product. It makes all of my baked goods have a texture much closer to their non gluten-free counterparts. There is no beany taste to it in any of my baked goods... this is truly an amazing product.

This is an amazing product! I add it to everything that I bake (including a tablespoon or so to the store bought mixes - I sometimes have to add a little more vegetable oil or an extra egg) and it really does improve the texture and flavor of everything I've made with it! Today I took brownies (made with a store bought gluten free mix) to my daughter's school for her birthday. Since our rule is on her birthday everyone goes gluten free we decided to not tell anyone from her class that the brownies were gluten free and see if they could tell the difference and not one child noticed! Afterward Hannah told them that the bownies were gluten free and one child said that he wanted to only eat gluten free brownies from now on since they were so good! I've had several recipes not turn out so great, but everything I make with GFG always turns out awesome!

I get wonderful results baking with Orgran GFG! Improves texture, workability, rise, taste, etc. I sub for part of the flour in most recipes. Figuring out how much to use is easy if you weigh ingredients.

Though it took me a minute or two to figure out their substitution technique this stuff really works. I do find that it makes baking items much nicer. I will be trying their bread mix next since it already has this combined into it. Makes it easier.

My mother's biggest complaint (after the taste) of Gluten Free foods was the texture. I ordered a package of this for her and she loves it. It gives cakes, breads, & brownies the texture that she dearly missed. I will be ordering about 10 more packs. Good stuff - from Tina in San Antonio

This stuff is amazing! At first I was worried that it would add a beany taste to my baked goods, but it didn't at all. Everything came out wonderfully fluffy and relatively close in texture to glutenfull goods. Definitely worth it!

I add this directly into my flour mix for everything. It really helps the flour bind together more like wheat flour and makes working with the dough easier.

I finally got brave enough to add this to my crumpet recipe. I worried about the bean taste but found it was really good with more elasticity to the dough. It rose more and the bread came out just like Mom's home made bread use to.

I used this product recently for the first time on pizza dough. It was amazing. The dough handled like wheat dough and my crust had a wheat dough consistency.
