I got these and used it as a "bread" crust on meat. It smelled really good when it was toasting and it didn't take away from the overall flavor of the meat. I will deffinately be using these more.

These rice crumbs are very good. We use them in breading shrimp or fillets, they are fine textured, great for light breading. Also used in making meatballs, just a great product.

I love this product. I use it in every recipe that calls for bread crumbs and it is perfect! I cannot tell any difference. If a recipe calls for seasoned bread crumbs, I just add some Italian seasoning.

These are great to cook with! I have used them in meatballs and other foods where before I have had to leave out breadcrumbs due to being celiac. I had tried making my own, and had tried others but these rice crumbs work well and taste great!

This product is not ideal to use as a frying batter; however, excellent for stuffing poultry, or for a dessert calling for crumbles (i.e., peach cobbler).

These are amazing - MUCH better than 'bread' crumbs. They coat more evenly, and more delicately, they do not get soggy when you dip in an egg wash before a second coating. Best of all they brown more slowly, giving the food underneath plenty of time to cook without doing the "is it too brown, is too raw" dance! It also stuck fast, no cracking and falling off when trying to turn kievs in the pan. Happy to never be able to use breadcrumbs again!

Excellent product! It is very versatile. The crumbs alone are very bland but give your food a nice crunch when used as breading. I make chicken nuggets with this all the time and they are wonderful!

Breaded eggplant with these crumbs wasn't the greatest, but next time I will season up the crumbs and see what happens!!!

Tastes like Shake'n'Bake...if you add seasoning.
These rice bread crumbs are very finely milled into a powdery form and most definitely require additional flavoring. The baked consistency is that of your typical Shake'n' Bake coating- the breading becomes soft and greasy after baking and only hints at being even slightly crunchy if that section of the meat was exposed to enough heat in the oven. As I said, it was kind of nice to be welcomed by the taste of the familiar-type retail coating, after I had added my own Italian herb blend to the mixture. If I was to compare, I'm certain that it would be hard to tell the difference between the two...decent product.

This is an excellant product I use it all the time. I like this product because I not only have Celiac Disease in our family but also corn and milk and wheat allergies so this product covers all the basis. I highly recommend this product.

Indistinguishable from the real thing! Great in meatloaf, meatballs, coating meats, etc. Nice fine texture, easily seasoned for whatever you're making

Just tried these for the first time in a meatloaf I made yesterday and they are wonderful. Doesn't look like the bread crumbs I'm used too, but they worked great just the same! I will be using it for lots of things now. Highly recommended!

A friend of my recently purchased this and gave it to me when he learned that I had Celiac. Tried it and loved it!! Although it's not the traditional bread crumbs that I grew up with (I'm Italian), once you mixd it with grated fresh cheese, garlic (either fresh or powdered) parsley, salt and pepper, it's the next best thing. We've used it to coat chicken and veal cutlets, as well as fresh fish. It's great and I now don't miss the normal bread crumbs. This is now my new normal. I just ordered 10 packets, I plan to mix and store in a container in the freezer. That way it's all done, when I need it. Sincerely, Mel
