RP s Pasta found and owner Peter Robertson, while traveling in Italy with a theater troupe, fell in love - with the food of Italy. Peter ultimately, began making authentic fresh pasta of his own. Our Wheat Free-Gluten Free fresh pasta has the wonderful texture and flavor of traditional artisan pasta and is now available to you.
Ingredients: Brown rice flour, filtered water, potato starch, tapioca starch, egg, egg white, xanthan gum, salt, glucono-delta lactone.
Note: glucono-delta-lactone is a natural acidifer aslo found in wine and honey

Drop pasta bundle into 3 qts of boiling water per 9 oz of pasta. Stir very well until the bundle has loosened. Boil for 3-4 minutes of until al dente. Drain and toss with your favorite sauce. Enjoy!
