Cooking Instructions
1. Put potato spaghetti into 4 qts of rapidly boiling water and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. If desired,add a tablespoon of oil and salt as preferred.
3. When ready, pour into a colander, drain and rinse with cold water.
4. Can be served with sauce, in hot soup, pan fried or as casserole.

This is the first time I have had a potato-based pasta. It was different that some of the rice pastas I have had. I really enjoyed it and it will be on my next order.

I found this to be an excellent substitute for the "real" thing (as my husband says)! I served it to him as a "surprise" and he never suspected that he was eating a gluten-free dinner.

This spaghetti is excellent. It tastes like the normal, non gluten free pasta. It does not get soggy. I usually leave my pasta on for a little longer than recommended---I check to see how easy it is to cut through. Also you will want to double check that it doesn't boil over, since it seems to cause the water to get real bubbly and frothy. Make sure to rinse the pasta thoughly.
