Cooking Instructions
1. Put potato spaghetti into 4 qts of rapidly boiling water and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. If desired,add a tablespoon of oil and salt as preferred.
3. When ready, pour into a colander, drain and rinse with cold water.
4. Can be served with sauce, in hot soup, pan fried or as casserole.
