I love this flour. It makes my muffins taste wonderful. Not too sweet and not to overpowering coconut taste, just right. This makes my recepies very flacky and tasty. I would reccommend it to everyone. I have alot of food allergies and have to do alot of making recepies on my own. This flour makes my job easier. It makes my cakes, muffins, sweets so much better tasting and the texture is better. I have alot of trouble with texture but this makes the texture so much more like "the real thing".
