The flavor of the Blueberry Pie was not very good and it did not bake up well. I would not purchase it again. In fact, I ended up tossing the pie after only one slice, which was a huge waste of money.

I have been looking for a gluten free oatmeal and decided to order on-line from the Gluten Free Mall. I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised! I am so excited to be able to start my day off with oatmeal again! The oatmeal is great and I can't tell the difference between what I used to enjoy and the gluten free which I now enjoy immensely! I simply add a little brown sugar and honey and enjoy.

Not the worst thing I have eaten but not the best either. They had a really odd texture to them. I don't know if "chalky" would be the right word but I didn't like the way they felt when I was chewing them. Maybe its just me I have a texture thing with my food. Flavor wasn't that good either, a bit cardboardish. Maybe another flavor would be better? But I don't think so.

We really LOVE these "crackers". We eat a lot of raw food. If you are just GF and use to eating the standard American diet I could see why these might not be your thing. I am a soy free gluten free vegan so finding these crackers was very exciting for me. Wonderful flavor and a nice crunch. I will say if you are not an onion/garlic fan you might be better off with something else.

I eat a lot of raw foods so I was really excited when I first saw these. My hubs was not so sure when I said we should try them. After one bite he changed his tune! He ate most of them and I had to yell at him for eating "my food". Needless to say we LOVE these. Wonderful flavor, good crunch and really healthy.

My 9 year old son loves this stuff! He eats 2 at a time. We do not have a microwave so we do it on the stove and it works just fine. Fast and easy! I do not think it is all that wonderful and it is not cheep for what your getting. However, on top of being GF its also soy and milk free so its a win win for our house.

I agree with others, these are too small for the price...but they are good, which is why people, including me, keep buying them. :) Seriously, these are probably the best pre-made crusts I've personally tried so far, so I highly recommend giving them a chance. Just know that if you get addicted, they will take a hefty bite out of your bank account.

These rolls were absolutely delicious. My husband was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease and we've been trying to find good bread. I could tell these would be good as soon as I opened the package. My only note is that they are basically the size of a hotdog bun, so while we could make our favorite chicken sandwiches that we used to make on French bread, we had to use several and these are expensive for the size. That said, I'd highly recommend them and most else from this brand. We're buying the much bigger size for our next chicken sandwich.

I just tried this cereal for the first time and it is excellent. I also added some of it to a gluten free crumb topping I made for a homemade GF apple pie. It made the crumb topping just perfect and added texture and a delicious crunch to the rice flour mix. DELICIOUS!!

These pizza crusts are AWESOME! They make delicious little pizzas. I freeze them and just thaw in the refridgerator the day I plan to make pizzas. You just add sauce, toppings, and cheese. I use Ragu Pizza sauce which is GF. I use mushrooms, onions, and green peppers as my choice toppings. You can even use Daiya cheese and make your GF pizza vegan. I slighty oil my pizza pan and I use the pans with holes so that the crust gets a little crispy. Barkat products are the best and my favorite for crackers, pizza crusts, etc. Both the brown rice and white rice crusts are good. Very delicious and easy to use!

These breadcrumbs are a good product to use when trying to fry chicken the "old" way. I've used almost the whole package (over time, they go a long way!) and I've never been disappointed. They are a little pricey, so when I use them for coating chicken, I freeze what's left in the bowl for the next time, that way I don't waste them.
I've not used them as filler or to make a gravy more thick, so I can't speak about that. However, these are now a staple in my pantry and I'll be buying more when I use these all up!

These cookies are delicious! But one word of caution: don't let other family or friends who are not on a gluten-free diet taste these cookies! If you do you will find your supply of macaroons dwindling rapidly. I would continue ordering and eating these cookies even if I didn't have to avoid gluten.

I bought two of these to try because I like dark chocolate and ginger but I can't have gluten and my doctor recommended Stevia because it doesn't raise the blood sugar level like other sugar free replacements. I really enjoyed this and made it last by only eating a few squares per night while reading. The first bite might seem like a bit gingery but after that it mellows out. I'm going to re-order and also try some of the other flavors. I hope they keep carrying it, because this has to be my current favorite sugar free chocolate bar (and gluten free also).

I have many family loved recipes that call for "cream of " soup. I used the gf cream soup mix and a can of sliced mushrooms to make an old tuna and noodle casserole soup that the whole family loved. The mix allows for flexibility and creativity.

I love to bake, however, gluten free baking is very new to me. As far as I am concerned this is the only cookbook I need. Elizabeth not only provides wonderful recipes-we love the pizza, bread, pancakes-she also explains the different types of flours, etc. The recipes are clearly written with wet and dry ingredients listed separately, easy to follow directions, and wonderful pictures. I just can't say enough about this cookbook!

My mom bought this for me...oh my gosh it was so good, I ate the whole cake in a week. It was so yummy. I put whip cream on top one time and some chocolate syrup with whip cream too. Very light tasting. We all liked it even my people that did not need to eat gluten free. You could do a lot with it to make other types of desserts. It would be good with ice cream too! The pancakes practically had to burn to get cooked all the way through. Upon trying the finished product the flavor was awful! I purchased this licorice for a friend who has recently been diagnosed with ciliac disease. She was handling it pretty well until she realized she could not have licorice. She was so excited when she found that Santa Claus had put gluten free licorice in her Christmas stocking. At first I tried to just boil these then eat them with sour cream and they were okay. The next time I cooked them I ran them under hot water then put them in a pan with some butter and cooked them until they were a little brown. To me that made the difference in taste and texture.

Very good crackers. I eat them all the time!!! The texture isn't as cripsy as saltines...it's like a cross between Ritz and Saltines. The taste is delicious and neutral enough that you wouldn't know it was gluten free unless someone told you!

This pizza crust is so good!! It is thin crust, but not overly crispy (I even cooked it on the wrack). It is the perfect combination of soft and crunchy: the exposed crust gets crunchy, while the sauce/topping covered area stay soft. It is personal size, so remember that if cooking for more than one person. Also, I have watched a youtube video on using this crust as a substitute for the dumplings in chicken and dumplings by cutting them up like you would rolled dough and dropping them in simmering broth.

By far the best tasting and the best textured cake I've experienced since being gluten free. I served it with fresh strawberries for a holiday dinner and it went over like gangbusters. These are amazing gluten-free dumplings! Of course gluten-free dough is heavier than regular dough, but these were quite good for a dumpling fix. The only negative was I had to buy a non-stick pan because the dumplings broke apart in a regular pan--despite following directions they just stuck to the bottom of the pan. I can't understand the positive reviews. We tried all the different flavors and they approximated shredded cardboard. I now buy gluten-free oats and season it to our liking--the texture of the final product was just not right, and the flavor needed a lot of help.

Best gluten-free bread we have tried for sandwiches. Soft and moist, and doesn't fall apart, though the taste is a bit bland. The only complaint is the size of the slices. If Udi's could figure out a way to make the slices slightly larger, then it would be perfect.

It is a perfect flour product and just what the doctor ordered! I used it to make the items I normally would with regular flour and the results were the same. For the first time in a long time I was able to eat fritters, dumplings and rolls without a stomach ache.

This is by far the best brand of GF pasta out there, that I have found!! It's texture and taste is just right, although I agree with other reviews that it does take longer to cook than the package recommends. Plus, it has the added health benefits of quinoa, which makes it preferable to me over rice pasta.

Love this crust! Made it for me (I'm gluten free) and my very food critical boyfriend (not gluten free) and this was the first gluten free crust we both liked. I first used this mix for breakfast on Christmas morning. My three grandsons and my son-in-law absolutely loved them. The oldest of the three boys asked me is he could take the rest of them home! The Tagliatelle tasted like a typical Egg Noodle, before and after cooking. The strand (noodle length and width) was similar to a wide Egg Noodle. I used the Tagliatelle to make Stroganoff and was pleased that the noddle didn't break apart (as many gluten free products do). My husband and dinner guests never knew that I used a gluten free product in the Kugel or Stroganoff! I will be using the Tagliatelle in any soups, kugels or hotdishs that I make in the future. Last summer we used many Schar products while we were in Spain and France. We liked the taste, texture and similarities their products have to those that have gluten. In the last 10 years that I have lived with Celiacs I have never liked any bread product. They always have a sort of "spongy" feel to them that I just could not get past. My sister in law bought these for me and I toasted one up to eat just to be nice and boy was I surprised! These bagels are FABULOUS!!!! They are not spongy at all! My husband even tried it (who does not have celiacs) and said that he even likes them better than regular bagels he eats!

Love this product, it must be the Italian Chestnut flour that makes the difference. Does not taste like most GF cake mixes do. Very rich and moist and does not crumble. Made it in a 6-7" pan, so it came out high, sliced in half and filled with Whole Foods GF chocolate fudge frosting, and also on top. Then sprinkled crushed candy cane over the chocolate topping. This product is a keeper.

Pricey but worth it. The best gluten free pasta product I ever purchased. I added some olive oil to the cooking water, cooked only 4 minutes, drained then rinsed with cold water to stop the cooking process while I was assembling the Lasagna, I prepared it 3 hours prior to baking it. Even the leftovers heated up well and did not become soft and mushy like the corn or rice pastas do. I like the smaller length, which makes for no breakage and easy handling. You will need 1 1/2 boxes for a good size lasagna. The extra pastas will not be wasted, as they are so good, I plan on using the extras as a base for chicken and creamed spinach.

This turkey gravy tastes better than the Heinz jarred gravy the rest of my family was having. It really is good. Their brown gravy is really good too.

I love pumpkin pie and this takes me back to the days when I could have it. It was rich and creamy and I do enjoy cheese cake...yum! I would recommend this to even my non gluten friends.

I really enjoyed these..they had none of the stickiness that you find in some of the gluten free pastas..will definitely order more!

If you've been missing licorice, you don't have to anymore this is the Best!! Better than the old twisted licorice, even my kids and grandkids ask me to buy this for them!! The flavor is just wonderful!! Thank you Orgran for making this, now make some cherry or strawberry!!!

This is a wonderful book to make all those foods you use to eat before gluten changed that, with lots of substitutes and ideas and still using the basic mixes. I love it. Thanks Bette for another wonderful book and Ideas!!
