This pasta is the closest I have found to regular every day pasta in taste and texture. I have even had my family try it without them knowing that it was gluten free, and they didn't even suspect it. Being Gluten and Dairy intolerant, I am so glad to have found this product which is so superb, that it enables me to eat one of my favorite foods without worry and no thoughts of eating something that is a second rate substitute.

This bread is amazing! I had given up on finding GF bread that reminded me of the rye bread I used to eat before being gluten-free. This bread tastes like I remember and makes the best toast. It is soft right out of the package and the texture is very similar to a wheat-based bread. I plan to always keep some stocked in my freezer!

These treats make a delicious thin pizza crust.... better than I have ever had... spray pan line with crakers, top with sauce and veggies or meat. Cheese spice a drizzle of olive oil and bake till cheese is just right. Let set a minute or two then cut into regular pizza triangles....

Udi bread is the best. Like most gluten free bread it is smaller than regular bread but I can still make a decent sandwich with these. Great shelf life and does not need to be kept frozen. This bread is great toasted and makes for great sandwiches.

I cannot believe there arent any reviews for this yet. This stuff tastes great. Always looking for a sauce that does not have onions in it. Nice sweet taste with the basil. I use this stuff with Schars penne pasta and their pizza crusts. Have bought quite a few of these and will by more in the future. Good stuff.

I have been looking for a gluten free oatmeal and decided to order on-line from the Gluten Free Mall. I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised! I am so excited to be able to start my day off with oatmeal again! The oatmeal is great and I can't tell the difference between what I used to enjoy and the gluten free which I now enjoy immensely! I simply add a little brown sugar and honey and enjoy.

I don't know if "chalky" would be the right word but I didn't like the way they felt when I was chewing them. Maybe its just me I have a texture thing with my food. We really LOVE these "crackers". We eat a lot of raw food. If you are just GF and use to eating the standard American diet I could see why these might not be your thing. I am a soy free gluten free vegan so finding these crackers was very exciting for me. Wonderful flavor and a nice crunch. I will say if you are not an onion/garlic fan you might be better off with something else.

My 9 year old son loves this stuff! He eats 2 at a time. We do not have a microwave so we do it on the stove and it works just fine. Fast and easy! These rolls were absolutely delicious. My husband was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease and we've been trying to find good bread. I could tell these would be good as soon as I opened the package. My only note is that they are basically the size of a hotdog bun, so while we could make our favorite chicken sandwiches that we used to make on French bread, we had to use several and these are expensive for the size. That said, I'd highly recommend them and most else from this brand. We're buying the much bigger size for our next chicken sandwich.

I just tried this cereal for the first time and it is excellent. I also added some of it to a gluten free crumb topping I made for a homemade GF apple pie. It made the crumb topping just perfect and added texture and a delicious crunch to the rice flour mix. DELICIOUS!!

These pizza crusts are AWESOME! They make delicious little pizzas. I freeze them and just thaw in the refridgerator the day I plan to make pizzas. You just add sauce, toppings, and cheese. I use Ragu Pizza sauce which is GF. I use mushrooms, onions, and green peppers as my choice toppings. You can even use Daiya cheese and make your GF pizza vegan. I slighty oil my pizza pan and I use the pans with holes so that the crust gets a little crispy. Barkat products are the best and my favorite for crackers, pizza crusts, etc. Both the brown rice and white rice crusts are good. Very delicious and easy to use!

These breadcrumbs are a good product to use when trying to fry chicken the "old" way. I've used almost the whole package (over time, they go a long way!) and I've never been disappointed. They are a little pricey, so when I use them for coating chicken, I freeze what's left in the bowl for the next time, that way I don't waste them.
I've not used them as filler or to make a gravy more thick, so I can't speak about that. However, these are now a staple in my pantry and I'll be buying more when I use these all up!

I bought two of these to try because I like dark chocolate and ginger but I can't have gluten and my doctor recommended Stevia because it doesn't raise the blood sugar level like other sugar free replacements. I really enjoyed this and made it last by only eating a few squares per night while reading. The first bite might seem like a bit gingery but after that it mellows out. I'm going to re-order and also try some of the other flavors. I hope they keep carrying it, because this has to be my current favorite sugar free chocolate bar (and gluten free also).

I love to bake, however, gluten free baking is very new to me. As far as I am concerned this is the only cookbook I need. Elizabeth not only provides wonderful recipes-we love the pizza, bread, pancakes-she also explains the different types of flours, etc. The recipes are clearly written with wet and dry ingredients listed separately, easy to follow directions, and wonderful pictures. I just can't say enough about this cookbook!

My mom bought this for me...oh my gosh it was so good, I ate the whole cake in a week. It was so yummy. I put whip cream on top one time and some chocolate syrup with whip cream too. Very light tasting. We all liked it even my people that did not need to eat gluten free. You could do a lot with it to make other types of desserts. It would be good with ice cream too! I purchased this licorice for a friend who has recently been diagnosed with ciliac disease. She was handling it pretty well until she realized she could not have licorice. She was so excited when she found that Santa Claus had put gluten free licorice in her Christmas stocking. She says there is no difference in the taste of this product and the licorice she had always eaten.

At first I tried to just boil these then eat them with sour cream and they were okay. The next time I cooked them I ran them under hot water then put them in a pan with some butter and cooked them until they were a little brown. To me that made the difference in taste and texture.

This pizza crust is so good!! It is thin crust, but not overly crispy (I even cooked it on the wrack). It is the perfect combination of soft and crunchy: the exposed crust gets crunchy, while the sauce/topping covered area stay soft. It is personal size, so remember that if cooking for more than one person. Also, I have watched a youtube video on using this crust as a substitute for the dumplings in chicken and dumplings by cutting them up like you would rolled dough and dropping them in simmering broth.

By far the best tasting and the best textured cake I've experienced since being gluten free. I served it with fresh strawberries for a holiday dinner and it went over like gangbusters. The Tagliatelle tasted like a typical Egg Noodle, before and after cooking. The strand (noodle length and width) was similar to a wide Egg Noodle. I used the Tagliatelle to make Stroganoff and was pleased that the noddle didn't break apart (as many gluten free products do). My husband and dinner guests never knew that I used a gluten free product in the Kugel or Stroganoff! I will be using the Tagliatelle in any soups, kugels or hotdishs that I make in the future. Last summer we used many Schar products while we were in Spain and France. We liked the taste, texture and similarities their products have to those that have gluten. In the last 10 years that I have lived with Celiacs I have never liked any bread product. They always have a sort of "spongy" feel to them that I just could not get past. My sister in law bought these for me and I toasted one up to eat just to be nice and boy was I surprised! These bagels are FABULOUS!!!! They are not spongy at all! These lady fingers by Shabtai are a very light, sweet baked snacked. They remind me of stella doras except these are gluten free and kosher! How much better can ya get?
