I am so happy I have finally found a great gluten-free pasta. I will never buy any other brand or type of pasta again. I was really upset to give up one of my favorite foods, and now I can go back to enjoying it. Now if I could just find a really good gluten-free bread.

Yummy, yummy, yummy is the best way for me to describe these French rolls! After heating them all up for supper, we had a few left over. I placed them in the oven for just a couple of minutes, and they were just as yummy on day 2! Udi's... you've done it again!

These bagels are so wonderful that the only thing wrong with them is that I tend to eat the whole package in 2 days or less. Toasted, with cream cheese.... they are a return to normal. If I could just control myself and eat just one a day... they would be perfect. I would choose these gluten-free bagels over a wheat bagel, even if I were not celiac....

Udi's is very good, as is Rudi's - they not only taste similar, they sound similar. Not having to toast it is wonderful, but the holes in it seem unnecessary. Sometimes I get a loaf with a hole so gigantic that I definitely did not get my money's worth and feel justified in toasting at least 3 pieces.

These crusts are the closest thing I have found to real pizza crusts. Unfortunately, I get a reaction from them. In researching, I found others that had issues due to the xantham gum. Give them a try because they are excellent if you don't have the same issue.

I began a gluten free diet 2 months ago because I have ulcerative colitis and also symptoms related to gluten sensitivity - nausea, bloating, constipation and brain fog. At the same time, I began taking the Celiact (started with 3/day) and I can't believe the difference in my quality of life. Within a week, I felt no bloating, I was regularly going and had no brain fog (thank goodness). All of this could be just related to diet (I am a healthy eater/exercise regularly) however, I have noticed my hair is growing back in and my finger nails growing. This may seem insignificant, however, it shows me how much my body was missing and now is recovering because of the Celiact and the correct diet.

I found these macaroons to be missing in an ingredient -- not sure what. These macaroons just do not taste as authentic as the reviews claimed. I thought they were okay. Also, I am allergic to corn products. I did not know that glucose syrup can be derived from corn. Unfortunately, there is no clear indication from the manufacturer as to the type of glucose syrup. I had an allergic reaction from eating this product. I am glad that some of you could find something 'sweet' to eat!!

I am a novice at this gluten-free lifestyle and was surfing the Internet when I found these vitamins. I did not expect to notice any difference, but, at age 72 years I have more energy, better blood test results, better appetite, take no prescription meds and notice other improvements too. Were these vitamins responsible? I don't know, but I am not willing to return to my former regime to find out. I use these daily and will continue to do so!

CHOCOLATE - who doesn't like chocolate? I was looking for a chocolate chip cookie when I came across these. A cookie and a glass of almond milk and I don't even realize that they are gluten-free. They are so crunchy and full of flavor that you don't realize that they are 'special.' I highly recommend them.

I consider myself to be an extreme cookie monster. I love the crunch and sweetness of a good cookie for an evening snack. I used to make cookies for my family before I became gluten intolerant and I greatly miss them. I have tried other brands and find the little bitty cookies disappointing. No others that I have found have both taste and crunch like these do. I have to limit myself because I could eat the entire package in one sitting - THEY ARE THAT GOOD!

I wanted so badly to love this product. I have so missed having chicken pot pie since becoming gluten-sensitive. I bought 2 to try. I have a 1,000 watt microwave. The first pie I defrosted as directed and cooked on high as directed for the middle time, 6 1/2 minutes of the 5-8 recommended. The top crust was absolutely ossified, the food inside was completely dried out. What few bites not so desiccated that I could sample them had the remnants of good flavor, so I decided to try cooking the second. I defrosted this as directed and then cooked only for 4 mins. on 80% power and watched it carefully. After 4 minutes, the top hadn't browned at all, so I tried another minute at 80%. More of it was edible this time and I could tell it really has the potential for great flavor, but the top crust was still hard as a rock while the bottom crumbled into mush (should mention the bottom was mush on the first one as well). The one person who reviewed and liked this may have cooked it in the oven and tested it. I find it very hard to believe she microwaved it. This company needs to experiment more with microwaves to find the best instructions, and the pie definitely needs more gravy. Hope they don't give up. The flavor of the edible bites really was promising.

I agree that these pills are large, so I crush/blend it in Organic Rice Milk, with organic blueberries, organic flax-seed powder, and protein powder (gluten-free as well), and it's a very nutritious vanilla shake, and it provides a great meal as well as recovery from workouts. I feel great G.I health-wise and workout-wise afterwards.

I was a little hesitant at first, because I have tried so many different things, but I have to say I love this product. I have been looking for something like this. I probably have been on it for over a month. I would have to say though, it started working in less then a week. I take two in the morning, two in the afternoon and two in the evening, if I need it. It would be nicer if they were a little smaller, but not the biggest deal. I would say if you want relief and feel like you are really healing you intestines, try it.

This product is all inclusive, it eliminates a lot of cost and addresses all of a celiac sufferers digestive needs. I recently had a very bad bout while on vacation, ordered this when I got home and it helped me heal quickly, however, it is very difficult to take, it needs a coating, or made into a smaller pill or even a liquid. I choke on it unless I crush it and dissolve it and that isn't much easier to take,but can get it down that way. It is a quality product but needs some tweaking.

I cook for 16 minutes and drain. In the meantime, in a small saucepan, I heat 2 oz of 2% milk and 2 tbsp of butter; when warm, I put in the cheese powder and stir VERY often. When the pasta is ready, I put in a bowl and pour the sauce on top. Not as good as regular mac and cheese, but pretty darned close!

My mom has been gluten-free for about 4 years and could never find any crackers or chips that she really liked because they were always bland, so I purchased these crisps for Mother's Day. I must have very different tastes than most others, because I did not find these to be very good. The raspberry flavor was extremely mild, almost to the point of not being able to taste it. They are quite rubbery and I tried the suggested trick of putting them in the microwave for a few seconds but I didn't think it helped much. Maybe it's just not my kind of treat.

I have used this brand of cheese several times and I was very pleased with the taste and how it melted. I made homemade mac and cheese and it worked good. I would recommend this to anyone who is dairy-free or lactose intolerant.

The flavor was good, the breading light. When baked as instructed, I found the fingers had air pockets inside many of the fingers. It did not affect taste, it just seems odd to have air pockets or splits inside the chicken. Wuick and easy to fix in toaster over without having to fire up the big one.

These were very good. They made great chicken sandwiches on bun instead of burgers and they were also used along with pasta and marinara sauce. you can also slice them up and put in salad. Very versatile. Breading is light, not heavy or greasy. Good to have on hand for a quick meal. Flavor was good.

I've been taking CeliAct for about 3 weeks now. I don't take six like they recommend. I'm still playing around with the dosage. B-vitamans seem to upset my stomach. I take 1 when I wake, and 1 at night. I do notice that I go poop more often, and I feel less bloated. I tell you, I'd rather be pooping more and tooting less. Wouldn't you agree? I think that if I took six a day, I probably wouldn't have to buy food. I would be too full to want to eat. The money I spend on these vitamans would definitely save me on groceries. So price-wise, these vitamims are pretty reasonable. All in all, I would absolutely recommend these, and I will be ordering more!!

My daughter and I made a pizza with Chebe months ago and thew away the package before we realized we would not be able to find it at our local health food store again. I went on CeliAct finally after my Mom had been telling me for the last year... it's been about 5 months and I cannot tell you enough how much better I feel! This vitamin has changed my life. I am on other things as well, extra vitamin D, omega 3 complex and extra calcium for my now menopausal years... this vitamin is great. Thanks CeliAct. I feel human again. I have tried all the gluten-free flour type tortillas i could find on the market... Rudi's blows them all away by far. I just heat them lightly on the griddle and fill, roll and enjoy. The spinach ones are so yummy with fresh veggies or tuna or my egg filling for breakfast. Really my whole family eats them and we haven't found a bad way to have them yet. My hubby and son eat two or three wraps every morning and still love to do burritos for dinner once a week. This has become our family's go-to bread. I literally buy 10 packages at a time. all of our friends and relatives love them also.

My whole family (gluten eaters as well as celiacs) LOVE this bread. I know we all say that this bread or that bread is really close to real bread. THIS bread IS real bread. I had to check to make sure it didn't have wheat in it. I ate it, as did my whole family, straight out of the box untoasted plain... we ate the whole first box right then. This is the bread to get if you are new to being gluten-free and missing real bread. This is the best bread I have had since I found out I was celiac. It's very hard to find a gluten free pizza place, and then when you do the pizza never tastes that good. More people have to start asking for gluten-free items so they become more available, and then you can have a good variety to choose from. Udi's makes great gluten-free items, but we need more manufacturer's moving in this direction.

Yeah, I know, it's Spring and sort of late for 'chili-mac,' but Spring comes and goes n the PNW. Once again, we have been so impressed with the quality of the Heinz BiAglut pasta! Made 'chili-mac' last night for dinner -- you know, 1# ground beef, 1 onion finely diced, 16 ou can of kidney beans, 16 ou of tomato sauce (oh, we we sauteed beef & onion w/garlic) and pasta. We tossed in 1/2 the package (ugh - my husband weighed the pasta) tossed the lid on and waited 20 minutes! NOM NOM! The test, as we all know with GF pasta is how it holds up overnight in the fridge and then reheated. OMGosh -- AMAZING! Wow! The pasta held its shape and tasted AMAZING! Oh -- and drain the fat before adding the tomato products and pasta!!!

I bought another brand of gluten-free tortillas when I saw them at the store not realizing how much I had missed great wraps with fresh veggies and lunch meat. When I put all the ingredients on and was ready to enjoy, I picked it up and it completely fell to pieces. Then to top it all off it tasted awful. I immediately got online and researched reviews for good gluten-free tortillas finding these. They are AWESOME. They have great flavor and do not fall apart when the veggie juice (like good ripe tomatoes). The only time I had issues with them breaking apart is when I had them open for several days, then they were not quite as able to handle large amounts of stuff in them. At the time I ordered Rudi's Fiesta and Plain tortillas as well and they were just as great. In fact, I could not get enough of peanut butter and jelly on the plain wraps so have come back to order a couple more packages! This will be great addition to fresh summer meals when all the veggies hit the farmer's market stands. I highly recommend them!

I have tried donuts from several different companies and none came close to these. They are moist and delicious where most gluten-free donuts are super dry and have an 'odd' taste to me. It is a little pricey for the amount in the box but what good gluten-free stuff isn't? Biggest problem I had with them was not eating the whole box at once!

I was very pleasantly surprised when I took my first bite of these pierogies. I'm of Polish descent, have recently become gluten intolerant and always made my own pierogi. I was totally prepared to be disappointed and resigned to living the rest of my life without one of my most favorite Polish foods. These tortillas are fine but are kind of fragile to work with, especially if they have been frozen. They can get a little flaky and stick together when getting them out of the package. However, the taste is spot-on and the texture is great once prepared. They're best served individually by reheating in microwave or in a non-stick skillet. They are great for quesadillas. Warning though: If serving a crowd, absolutely DO NOT try to heat whole package at once or you will get one thick, giant, blob of dough!

I have only been using Celiact for a few weeks and have already ordered more! Whenever I come in contact with gluten, I get some really bad sores in my mouth within 24 hours. (Those sores get really bad and usually last about a month). When I take the Celiact as directed, by the evening of the day my sores appeared, I cannot feel them anymore. It has also helped me to use the bathroom more regularly. It is a total blessing in my life, and I believe I will use it from here on out.

Bought this for my teenage daughter and she loves it! The t-shirt has good quality material and is soft. It fit perfectly on her and was not a shirt that is cropped up to the navel like so many teen styles are now. My daughter and I argued over these rolls... she said they were just too heavy, but I loved that they were so dense and filling. The flavor was yeasty and buttery which is great if you're into that. They froze well and reheated nicely in oven or microwave.

Never buy pre-made, packaged/canned broth again. This makes an EXCELLENT TASTING soup base and is mild enough to go with just about any other ingredient. Does take awhile to dissolve but just make sure water is nice and hot.

OMG, what!? THESE ARE SO GOOD! I'm a coconut lover and I don't know how they did it, but these little chips of heaven are absolutely perfect.. .a little pricey, but well worth their weight in coconut gold-WOW! If you like crunchy, nutty, creamy, and sweet, these will be your new favorite snack.

I'm surprised to be the only one so far to comment on how TERRIFIC these bagels are. Crossing over to gluten-free can be challenging at first and it's nice to have a subsitute for an otherwise forbidden item such as the bagel. This brand is the best I have tried; crunchy when toasted with just the right kind of chewy inside like a good bagel should be.

BiAglut pasta is THE BEST of the best! It tastes exactly like regular pasta! I'm thankful they have so many pasta shapes. It's hard to find the egg noodles and little pasta for soup, but BiAglut makes them and ordering is easy! It's all we buy!

When a child is gluten-free and egg-free, he feels left out when others are eating things like spaghetti and he can't have any. Well, with this product, he is able to enjoy the things that he see others eating, and it is healthier as well.
