I had purchased these at Christmas from another site and my daughter loved them so we decided to get her more for Valentines Day. We found them less expensive here! Our daughter is gluten intolerant and she loves these as do we. They are soft and very tasty. I would recommend them to everyone as a delicious treat.

I like this cereal, this stays cruncy and seems filling. Reminds me somewhat of grapenuts and probaly could be jazzed up with some raisins or something else to give it a little more oomph. Good cereal.

A wonderful source of information on Celiac Disease and gluten intolerance/sensitivity. You get a one year subscription, which also entitles you to the online back issues. I always look forward to getting the most recent copy, and have learned so much from the different articles. This subscription is particularly helpful for someone that has recently been diagnosed, or has discovered that they have a problem with gluten. I also recommend it to 'normal' family members as it helps them understand Celiac and gluten intolerance in their loved ones that are dealing with it!

This is by far the best book for grocery shopping if you have Celiac Disease or gluten intolerance. It's like my shopping bible.... I couldn't shop with confidence without it! I've been getting each new version since I was diagnosed in 2007, and with each passing year, this book gets better and better! I really wish they would make an iBook version of it so that I'd always have it on my iPhone (there's an idea), or make it into an app, which I could likewise have on my iPhone. This book has saved me countless time (and my husband, when he remembers to take it) for picking up the wrong product, thinking it was gluten-free. It is especially helpful to my husband, who is someone that generally only checks the 'Common Allergens' box on the products he buys. That's how I ended up getting a large exposure to barley (it's not listed as a common allergen)..... I was sick for months. I don't go into ANY grocery store without this book; thank you for such a wonderful product!

I've been taking CeliAct about a month now, and so far I seem to have a bit more energy and also less gut discomfort. I have Celiac Disease and gastroparesis (stomach paralysis), among other things, so I naturally worry about getting the proper nutrients, because I don't eat much due to the gastroparesis. My Celiac Disease wasn't diagnosed until 2007 when I had just turned 53.... a bit late to be diagnosed. The many years of damage can never be completely reversed, and I was found to have multiple nutritional deficiencies too, which is not surprising. Some supplements don't agree with me, but I've had no problems taking CeliAct. I also carry a few extra doses in my purse for when I'm going out, especially if there's a chance I may be eating out. This is just in case I get accidental gluten exposure. The CeliAct is formulated to be taken in those unfortunate situations so help reverse a reaction to the gluten. I'm more than pleased with this product, and will be ordering it regularly! I highly recommend it for anyone with Celiac Disease or gluten intolerance/sensitivity.

These are just as good as "normal" frozen mozzarella sticks. That said, they really just don't cook up well in the oven (just like "normal" mozzarella sticks). I recommend frying if you're going to get these.

These multigrain rolls are wonderful! It's nice to have some texture, so many of the gluten free breads and rolls are too soft and bland. I have been eating them in Europe for over a year, (we need to buy them at the pharmacy here!) and I'm glad to see they are now finally available to my family in the states. I highly recommend them!

I loved these Pizza Crust. They were thicker than others I have tried, so it was a better choice for me. If you are looking for a thicker Pizza crust, this is the one for you. Good size also, not "tiny", like some others.

I use this mix to make blueberry muffins. Soooo yummy. My non gluten free roommates even like them and frequently steal them from me. I also like that it contains no added sugar as I cannot eat sugar either. I add xilotol to them to sweeten them. I ussually store them in the freezer as I tend to eat them slowly. They taste really good warm coming right out of the microwave after I defrost them. They are are also good to pack in my lunch bag for a dessert/snack during the day. With this mix I feel like I am eating normal food again and like I am not allergic to gluten, because my muffins taste so good!

Perfection, the Best yet! Natural makes such a difference in flavor not to mention the health aspects. These breasts have a wonderful fresh homemade flavor. Moist, not greasy nor too bready. They were just as good nuked as in the oven. Crispier in the oven. The coating is nice and light, very flavorful.it doesn't fall of the chicken. I had been making my own battered chicken and freezing it, trying many different flours and crumbs over the years. No more, I can't duplicate the flavor of these!

This has to be my favorite gluten free treat. Just like a yummy home made banana loaf cake you would buy at a bake sale, plus it has chocolate chips as well. I also bought the carrot cake flavor but haven't got to it yet. Since I'm also trying to avoid sugar, I only have a slice of this at a time. I keep in in the freezer but it cuts really well frozen. I then put it in the microwave for 15 to 20 seconds and it's perfect, plus the chocolate chips get a bit soft. I will be reordering this cake, it's worth every penny. Oh and my group of lady friends loved it when I served it and they don't have to have gluten free.

Dr. Schar's Classic White Bread is one of the best gluten-free white breads available. I recommend usually freeze my bread and toast it as I need it. The consistency of this bread is closer to "normal" bread and has fewer air holes than other brands. I am very pleased with this product!

These corn muffins are very good. I like the convenience aspect, and being able to take one at a time out of the freezer. The texture was good, the flavor really good. Not as dry and crumbly as other packaged ones I have tried, or the many mixes out there. I nuked right from the freezer had one half with honey, one with a little butter. I would purchase again.

Sorry to say, the crust was a disappointment. Much like other GF pizza, the crust had a dough taste, an aftertaste, even though it is fairly thin, it was soft in texture. 5 stars on the toppings however. The tomato sauce is fresh tasting, seasoned perfectly, perfect cheese, and pepperoni. I would not purchase again. If crust isn't an issue with you, and crave excellent toppings, you might give it a try.

I used this flour in my cookies instead of bean flour. It was like eating double chocolate with dairy free chocolate chip cookies. Without using real chocolate. Since I used a 1/2 cup of this flour I could only eat 3 at a time. They were quite sweet. I will make them again using this flour.

These Vanilla Wafers are my husbands favorite GF cookies. It is difficult to find GF items in our local stores but these are "fantastic". They are light and tasty. He had given up on cookies but not now. I order a case at a time, especially when on sale. Thanks GF Mall!!!!!

OMG rye bread! All the taste of good old rye bread! I could not wait to buy some pastrami and make myself a long missed sandwich. The flavor is on spot. The color is that of white bread, so I feared it would not live up to a traditional rye. To my surprise, it certainly did! It did not fall apart, was not dry and crumbly. You expect some moisture in GF breads, but they sure have come a long way. I look forward to trying 3 Bakers other products.

These are, by far, the absolute best roll style GF bread I have tried. I made a large turkey club with one of the hoagies when I first got them. I cut it in half and put one half in the fridge. Needless to say, I enjoyed it so much, I went back and ate both halfs of the sandwich! Now that the newness has worn off, one half of the roll really is enough to make a sandwich for a petite woman or child. I love these rolls, they taste like real bread.

Pizza tasted very good. The crust was a bit crumbly, but was much better seasoned than most gluten free pizzas that I've had. I suggest NOT putting the crust directly on the oven rack, but rather using parchment paper. I put mine on the rack for a "crispier crust" and ended up with problems removing said pizza.

My 7 year old is obsessed with bagels. While Udis does it right with their bread, these bagels are just not passable untoasted. Toasted with butter they are ok, but do not expect to eat them plain. Sorry this one was just not a winner in my house.

I ordered these GF breadcrumbs along with a container of the plain ones. They were great! I mixed 2 parts Italian with 1 part plain and it was the perfect amount of seasoning for my son. I breaded pork chops with them and they came out crunchy and delish! I would highly recommend.

The first time we tried this, we were very surprised at the wonderful flavor...could not tell the difference from regular macaroni, I used it in my personal mac/cheese recipe and we had company that day, the lady also has celiacs disease, so it worked out perfectly for all of us. I would highly recommend this corn product in place of regular macaroni, it was wonderful. the only difference is I cooked it so that it was not aldente but the way we usually like our mac and it took 14 minutes to cook prior to adding the cheese sauce and baking, but it is perfect and also freezes well.....thanks so much!Â

I was so happy to see these breadcrumbs here at Gluten-Free Mall. I used them tonight when making Italian chicken cutlets (dip in GF flour, dip in egg, dip in GF breadcrumbs, then fry lightly in oil and then bake). Anyway, YUMMMMMMMM! Really great. The closest thing I have found to real traditional breadcrumbs. I will DEFINITELY be buying these from now on.

My 21 year old son and I are both gluten intolerent and were so excited to try these buns with pulled pork. The flavor was very good, and the only problem was they were a bit dry and crumbly, which is an issue with a lot of gluten free breads. We ended up having to use a fork! I have tried all your baking flours, I use my regular recipes and everything comes out very well. One thing you have to remember is to use an egg in the recipe, even if it does not call for one. My pie crust with this flour is better than it was with wheat flour. My husband and grandchildren cannot tell the difference when they eat this flour. I feel like I have conquered the battle of cooking without wheat flour. Thank you very much.

My son really liked these. Easy to heat up (the rolls are parbaked), and they remained soft inside. Even the non-celiac approved! Will definitely buy these again. The only con is that we can't use them on a vacation where we don't have access to an oven to bring them to the restaurant.

The book is well written with information that can definitely cut down on shopping time. But you still have to remain vigilant in knowing that vendors can change the products and that any item can and will change HOW their product is made. This makes it so much easier for anyone that is just starting out as Gluten-Free but always get used to studying the ingredient list. I do wish however that the Non-food list was more in-depth. But this does give you a good starting place even with those products. I would certainly recommend this book to family members an will update my book as necessary.

Chebe is my absolute most loved bread mix on the market! It tastes as great as bread I am used to from before Ceiliac and in Switzerland where I grew up. We eat a lot more bread and the bread is usually very light and airy with a great crust, much like french breads. I have been on gluten free for 7 years now and miss bread the most until I found Chebe. You have to try the all purpose flour as well, make some of their cheese rolls.
I make my sticks into rolls, then on the second day I start to slice them. Oh they are soooooo good. Make great any kind of bread you want, just keep it in either bread sticks or rolls that way they stay the lightest and you get to chew the crust. No dry heaving here! The bread remains the same light inside, only the crust gets a little chewier then the typical US bread. Enjoy it with butter and jam, sliced open for sandwiches, or sliced for tea sandwiches with different spreads, meats, hard boiled egg slices with dab of mayo, asparagus on mayo, and such. I am so happy with Chebe, all of them, not just garlic onion bread sticks.

I have been looking for a gluten free oatmeal and decided to order on-line from the Gluten Free Mall. I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised! These rolls were absolutely delicious. My husband was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease and we've been trying to find good bread. I could tell these would be good as soon as I opened the package. My only note is that they are basically the size of a hotdog bun, so while we could make our favorite chicken sandwiches that we used to make on French bread, we had to use several and these are expensive for the size. That said, I'd highly recommend them and most else from this brand. We're buying the much bigger size for our next chicken sandwich.

These pizza crusts are AWESOME! They make delicious little pizzas. I freeze them and just thaw in the refridgerator the day I plan to make pizzas. You just add sauce, toppings, and cheese. I use Ragu Pizza sauce which is GF. I use mushrooms, onions, and green peppers as my choice toppings. You can even use Daiya cheese and make your GF pizza vegan. I slighty oil my pizza pan and I use the pans with holes so that the crust gets a little crispy. Barkat products are the best and my favorite for crackers, pizza crusts, etc. Both the brown rice and white rice crusts are good. Very delicious and easy to use!

These breadcrumbs are a good product to use when trying to fry chicken the "old" way. I've used almost the whole package (over time, they go a long way!) and I've never been disappointed. They are a little pricey, so when I use them for coating chicken, I freeze what's left in the bowl for the next time, that way I don't waste them.
I've not used them as filler or to make a gravy more thick, so I can't speak about that. However, these are now a staple in my pantry and I'll be buying more when I use these all up!

The pancakes practically had to burn to get cooked all the way through. Upon trying the finished product the flavor was awful! I do not normally write reviews but at this price, I would like to warn people that I would never buy this again!

The hot dog rolls are very good. They are soft and my husband says that they stay together and don't fall apart. I wish they were individually wrapped. They don't spoil that way.

I found these fish stick to not have much taste. They tasted a little watery to me. Maybe it was just a off batch that I got. I am going to try them again and see if I get better results.

This is the best gluten-free cake mix we have ever tried. It is moist and dense (denser than regular yellow cake but I like that), and was even a favorite amongst the non-celiacs in our family. Delicious!

My husband gave these a big thumbs-up! He was really missing a gluten-free rye bread, and this fits the bill. The bread was soft and tasted the closest to rye bread that we've tried. A keeper.

These were nice and crispy, but had very little cheese or sour cream flavor. If they could add more cheese flavor (ar any flavor, they were quite bland), they would be much better.

These cookies are so good.They only last about a week or two in my house. The crunch is great. My daughter who is 2 chooses these cookies over non-gluten-free cookies as well as my husband.

I purchased this licorice for a friend who has recently been diagnosed with ciliac disease. She was handling it pretty well until she realized she could not have licorice. She was so excited when she found that Santa Claus had put gluten free licorice in her Christmas stocking. She says there is no difference in the taste of this product and the licorice she had always eaten.

These have a great crunch when cooked in the oven. Very good when dipped in sour cream and salsa. When cooked in the microwave they were okay but not the same texture as when cooked in the oven.

At first I tried to just boil these then eat them with sour cream and they were okay. The next time I cooked them I ran them under hot water then put them in a pan with some butter and cooked them until they were a little brown. To me that made the difference in taste and texture.

I made these last night for dinner. Baked them for 7 minutes on each side and they were awesome. It is so nice to have fish that tastes good and is easy to make.

Loved this one too! Made stew in the crock pot with this and some GF gravy mix. Tasted great!
Even my 5 year old liked it. He is the one who has to eat GF but we enjoyed it as well.

LOVED THIS! I made chicken noodle soup for my son and I ate most of it. Delicious will buy in bulk next time.

Very good crackers. I eat them all the time!!! The texture isn't as cripsy as saltines...it's like a cross between Ritz and Saltines. The taste is delicious and neutral enough that you wouldn't know it was gluten free unless someone told you!

This pizza crust is so good!! It is thin crust, but not overly crispy (I even cooked it on the wrack). It is the perfect combination of soft and crunchy: the exposed crust gets crunchy, while the sauce/topping covered area stay soft. It is personal size, so remember that if cooking for more than one person. Also, I have watched a youtube video on using this crust as a substitute for the dumplings in chicken and dumplings by cutting them up like you would rolled dough and dropping them in simmering broth.

My daughter was given a voucher from this store for a Christmas gift. She has been wanting a good macaroni & cheese since she has been diagnosed with celiac disease. She has finally found one. She absolutely loves this. When I can afford it, I will be buying her more.

Excellent product. Even my five year old grandson loves Stelline pasta in soup and with butter and a splash of olive oil. I have celiac but he is enjoying my gluten free cooking and I am thrilled to once
again enjoy some of my favorite dishes.
