I was devistated when I found out that 2 of my family members had a gluten allergy, because I make baked goods from scratch all the time, and they love my baking; I thought the days of baking were over. I first used this mix for breakfast on Christmas morning. My three grandsons and my son-in-law absolutely loved them. The oldest of the three boys asked me is he could take the rest of them home! I have since reordered them because I bought 4 boxes the first time and sent the extra two home with them, too. So I ordered 4 more. They were a big hit!

The Tagliatelle tasted like a typical Egg Noodle, before and after cooking. The strand (noodle length and width) was similar to a wide Egg Noodle. I used the Tagliatelle to make Stroganoff and was pleased that the noddle didn't break apart (as many gluten free products do). My husband and dinner guests never knew that I used a gluten free product in the Kugel or Stroganoff! I will be using the Tagliatelle in any soups, kugels or hotdishs that I make in the future. Last summer we used many Schar products while we were in Spain and France. We liked the taste, texture and similarities their products have to those that have gluten. In the last 10 years that I have lived with Celiacs I have never liked any bread product. They always have a sort of "spongy" feel to them that I just could not get past. My sister in law bought these for me and I toasted one up to eat just to be nice and boy was I surprised! These bagels are FABULOUS!!!! They are not spongy at all! My husband even tried it (who does not have celiacs) and said that he even likes them better than regular bagels he eats!

I like the taste of these cookies. The only thing is that they do have a lot of sugar on them. Of course they are sugar cookies though and I would've loved to see this in the soft baked consistency. Udi's is a brand that I trust when it come to gluten free bread and taste! The taste is superior to all gluten free breads that I have tried. Before I found Udi's, I was really into kinnikinnick's tapioca bread. Udi is now a staple in my house. These hamburger buns also make great sandwich buns. I mainly use them for sandwiches.

Love this product, it must be the Italian Chestnut flour that makes the difference. Does not taste like most GF cake mixes do. Very rich and moist and does not crumble. Made it in a 6-7" pan, so it came out high, sliced in half and filled with Whole Foods GF chocolate fudge frosting, and also on top. Then sprinkled crushed candy cane over the chocolate topping. This product is a keeper.

Pricey but worth it. The best gluten free pasta product I ever purchased. I added some olive oil to the cooking water, cooked only 4 minutes, drained then rinsed with cold water to stop the cooking process while I was assembling the Lasagna, I prepared it 3 hours prior to baking it. Even the leftovers heated up well and did not become soft and mushy like the corn or rice pastas do. I like the smaller length, which makes for no breakage and easy handling. You will need 1 1/2 boxes for a good size lasagna. The extra pastas will not be wasted, as they are so good, I plan on using the extras as a base for chicken and creamed spinach.

This product is very effective. I have been using it for my scalp & body psoriasis and it has calmed my scalp and total body itching, rash, dandruff and inflamation. After five years of suffering from psoriasis, I finally found complete and utter relief and no longer suffer from it, amazing! This product has been a God-Sent. I still use it just to be sure it never comes back. I highly recommend it. It has a semi-strong scent that is rather pleasant. It smells to me kind of like a natural medicine but with an uplifting citrusy scent. In addition,i t is the only product that gives my hair lots of body. It feels heavy and greasy when you wash your hair with it at first which doesn't feel to pleasant because of all the natural oils that it contains but after you dry your hair, that feeling is completely gone and it makes your hair look great! Over all, I give is 5 stars! Really good product in a class all of its own!

These tortillas are a bit difficult to use if they need to be folded. I found that if you spray them with a little water before heating in the mocrowave, they become more pliable. They are still preferable than trying to make homemade ones. I haven't been successful with making them from scratch.

I was diagnosed with Celiac 6 yrs. ago. I have baked GF bread from scratch and mixes and tried many already baked. Udi's is the only one that actually tastes like "real" bread. This are really, really good. I bought them for my daughter, but I ate a whole box by myself. My daughter who was sick at the time with a cold, liked her cookie "medicine." We have been on the GFCFSF diet since Thanksgiving and these cookies helped us with some of the foods they cannot have. My husband and son also loved these cookies! We purchased four boxes that we received Friday (that was 4 days ago and we only have 1 box left). The texture is not soft, doughy, cake/brownie-like; it is more like a crisp "slightly gritty" chocolate cookie texture.

I liked this pie crust, it was slightly crumbly and seems oily when preparing, but I rolled it out on wax paper and it was pretty easy to put into the pie pan. I made pumpkin pie with it for Thanksgiving, and everyone was pleased. It is a darker crust, with a unique blend of grains, so it was fun to try something with a slightly different flavor than the normal, plain crust I make. It was not my favorite crust ever, but it was quick and easy so I would buy it again.

I use this shampoo and I like it. It soothes my dry scalp. It doesn't provide a lot of suds but it states that on the label. It can also be used on the body. It cleans my hair just fine. I later, rinse and repeat. It is watery but I'm used to the consistency. It has a fresh, clean smell.
I don't like to use chemically laden shampoos for my dry scalp problems so I'm glad to have found this.

It has been hard eating gluten free and working long work weeks and I still want to be a "lazy" cook. I miss my hamburger helper and I came across this and made it one night and was hooked. This brand is my absolute favorite I have found so far!.
It's not crumbly or dry, like the other brands I have tried.
This is actully pleasurable for me to eat. I'm a college student and all ways on the go, and I actully enjoy taking sandwhichs with me everyday again, since I have been diagnosed!
I usually toast it for all of my sandwhiches to make the texture even more like normal bread, and it honestly does almost pass as regular white bread. XD

Loved the bread! It was especially good with the Heinz Tomato soup. Peanut butter was good too and cinnimon toast.

Loved these pretzels! Could not tell that they were different from regular pretzels! Will be ordering more in the future.
