Oh my gosh I love these bagels, they taste as close to real as possible and do not crumble everywhere like others. They are big and filling and I love eating these for breakfast. I have also made pizzas out of them and garlic toast and I have used them a lot besides just for breakfast.

It has been hard eating gluten free and working long work weeks and I still want to be a "lazy" cook. I miss my hamburger helper and I came across this and made it one night and was hooked. My boyfriend even liked it and he is not gluten free and is sometimes forced to eat that way because I do not feel like cooking two meals every night, but with this he said he could not even tell it was my special food as he calls it. After he said he liked it it was safe to stock up.

These are just as good if not better than the nuggets (cause they are bigger), they cook up so fast and have the best cut of chicken ever. I am Leary about chicken but not with these. I gobble them right up!

These are by far the best chicken nuggets. When I come home late from work I call my boyfriend to heat up the oven so we can eat these. They are the best--my boyfriend is not gluten free so he gets tortured by some of the things I cook for us, but these he said have such a crunchy coating and the chicken is not mashed up into little bits. I am stocking up on these as we speak they are just that good.

My husband likes these for breakfast but they tend to be just a little dry. I wrap them in a paper towel and microwave for about 0-45 seconds. He says this helps a lot.

Better than a hot pocket in my book! I was very wonderfully surprised by these. The wrap itself made it taste like it was trying to be a burrito and not quite failing to do so while still having the pizza side without it tasting like an awkward combination. Excellent snack! This is definitely a favorite.

This brand is my absolute favorite I have found so far!.
It's not crumbly or dry, like the other brands I have tried.
This is actully pleasurable for me to eat. I'm a college student and all ways on the go, and I actully enjoy taking sandwhichs with me everyday again, since I have been diagnosed!
I usually toast it for all of my sandwhiches to make the texture even more like normal bread, and it honestly does almost pass as regular white bread. XD

The Gluten-Free Shopping Guide has been a great help in finding foods that I can eat. The ingredient list on most labels do not say gluten free. You cannot tell by just reading the ingredients if it contains gluten are not. That is why this book is such a great help. It list the products that are gluten free by name. I have enjoyed eating foods that I have not eaten in years because now I know that I can have them. The book is a must have for people who have celiac disease.

These are EXCELLENT. The best bread product ever! Great for subs. I was a little surprised when I opened the box and discovered that these things are huge. My local grocer carries the same product but they are smaller versions. So I was pleasantly surprised. I believe the instructions say to bake them briefly, and they are good that way, but I have since gotten lazy and resorted to just a minute or two in the microwave. They turn out just fine that way too.

These taste excellent and are very easy to prepare. Most GF mac-n-cheese I have tried require you to boil water and mix up sauce separately and you have got a bunch of dishes to do before you even serve the stuff. Not these: just add water and nuke. Taste is just as good as any of the other GF mac and cheese brands out there. The only drawback is these things are really tiny. The cup itself is a decent size but most of it is empty even after cooking. If preparing for a small child, or if you are on a crash diet, this would probably make an ok lunch. Otherwise you will need to take at least two to work.

These are my absolute favorite hamburger buns. The sesame seeds are a nice touch.
I keep them in the freezer and just nuke them for a minute before using. A few minutes on the grill for toasting makes them perfect but they would be fine straight out of the microwave.
My only complaint is the cost relative to other buns, so although I like these the best I rarely stock up on them.

These are rather "unique" and I can't say that I like them as much as other veggie burgers available here. They are relatively expensive though, and no doubt good for some purposes, so I still keep a few on hand.
What I don't like about these is they turn into a vegetable MUSH after being cooked. As another reviewer has already noted these are basically just ground up vegetables. Seems wholesome enough but not what I'm looking for in a veggie burger. I literally needed a spoon to scoop these off my electric clamshell grill.
I plan to try some new recipes using these, but if you're looking for something to throw on a bun with tomato and onion this is NOT it.

The effect on my daughter's learning during the year prior to her Celiac Sprue diagnosis was remarkable. She is a very bright girl. She had a 5th grade reading level in Kindergarten and in first grade was nearly failing in all areas of schooling. When finally diagnosed and treated, she was back toher old self and at 11, her reading level is off the standardized chart. She is no longer suffering from behavioral issues and is sleeping well again! This video would be worth the read for anyone with a child experiencing learning or behavioral set-backs, especially those with Celiac!

These muffins are delicious! They are soft and flavorful - we couldn't believe they are gluten-free! My gluten-free son is picky but absolutely loves these. I also appreciate the special muffin packaging. I don't know what it's called, but basically each muffin holder is perforated so that each muffin can be torn away and taken on the go. It retains its little cup so you don't have to worry about it getting squished in the kids' lunch box. We love all of O'Doughs products!

I have to say this stuff is amazing! Ever since I've been diagnosed with celiac disease, I've been plagued with a bloated stomach and excess gas even though I've gone gluten free. The probiotic supplements I had been taking didn't seem to do anything. However the probiotics in the Celiact vitamins actually work! My stomach is no longer bloated after meals, before I would have lots of gas and feel bloated. And also the energy boost with the B vitamins help. It's the best supplement I've found that works for me. It's a big pricey but it's worth it. I will continue to buy these vitamins!

This mix is GREAT! I have been trying to find a gluten-free bread mix that actually tasted like something. This mix tastes great, probably because it is made from an authentic South American BREAD recipe. Easy to mix and prepare. As it bakes, it looks like real bread, smells like real bread, and TASTES like real bread! I have used this mix, without adding cheese, to make dinner rolls (excellent), and their pizza mix which actually does not break apart in your mouth, supports the toppings, and did I mention, TASTES GREAT! Â We have great plans for pizza, rolls, bread, buns, etc.

I buy this bread all the time. I have celiac disease and I found this bread they serve it at a local deli in Tennessee. I buy it from here and when it ships to me when I open the box it smells like it just came out of the oven. We love the Crave gluten free sweet potato pie. I always have been a big fan of sweet potato pie. This pie has made my love for sweet potato evern sweeter. I like the size. I like how you can microwave it in one minute at because likes it right out of the oven. I also like they have four other flavors like apple cream, blueberry cream, pecan and bean.
Not only was is the best sweet potato pie I ever had, it was inexpensive!

These really didn't cut it, for me. The pepper flavor was good, but that's about all I can say. The chick peas weren't flavorful enough to be interesting, and were neither crisp enough to satisfy the crispy snack need, nor chewy enough to fall into that category. These aren't what I expected, but once I got past that, they're pretty good.
The exterior is thicker and a little crisper than I imagined from the description, and the whole cookie is about 3 times the diameter I expected (about an inch across, instead of those thin little chocolate straws).
That said, I finished the box by the second day, so they must be pretty good.

These chicken nuggest are the best tasting gluten free ones out there by FAR! I love them, however, my younger son is picky and eats them here and there. But I don't mind because my older son eats them too. I am so happy to have found the Dr. Schar products and these rolls have been especially useful for me. The taste and consistency is outstanding. I have multiple uses for them. They are good with sausage, hotdogs, and make delicious sandwiches. I travel with these rolls so that when I go into a restaurant I can have them use my roll instead of theirs. This has worked out satisfactorily as most restaurants are happy to accommodate. I also love the Dr. Schar pastas and readily recommend them to my gluten free associates.
I wish more local retailers would carry the Dr. Schar products. It is difficult for me to purchase them locally so have to use the internet and pay shipping.

The first time I made these, I followed the directions and had corn starch all over my kitchen and my clothes. I swore never again but the cookies were good and I like sugar cookies.
Now I roll into small balls and sprinkle with colored sugar (yes, I used orange sugar for Halloweeen) and flatten and bake in my convection oven. Everyone likes them and do not realize they are gluten free.

I gave this to my newly diagnosed daughter as a gift; she was thrilled and wears it with pride. Actually when she wears it to a casual restaurant it paves the way for the waiters to pay attention to what is on the menu that she can eat and sometimes they fix a special meal for her without even asking. I eat these ever day, so I keep a bag in the fridge. I microwave for about 20 seconds, put sandwich toppings in (usually smoked salmon and capers) and fold over once. The texture does not always allow for a true wrap presentation, but they are delish. I hate gluten free breads because they are so dense, but these are awesome. They are also really good for pizza.

If you bake them, they taste very similar to Chik-fil-a. Cooking in the microwave is not recommended, but sometimes I get too hugry to wait, and they are okay that way too. This is the best gluten free bread I have ever eaten. It is very moist so I don't have to toast it in order to enjoy. I keep mine in the refrigerator after I remove it from the freezer. these are! I eat them mostly as a sandwich for lunch, also with the occasional hamburger. Sometimes I just eat one to get my bread fix. I wrap a roll in a damp paper towel and microwave it for about 10 sec. If frozen I do 10-15 sec both sides. My gluten free life is now complete with Udi's!!

Of all of the GF flour mixes (ready made or ones I made), this is by far superior to anything I have used in the 6 years I have been gluten free. The superfine brown rice flower, as well as the tapioca starch and potato starch give the finished product a delicious, smooth, non-gritty taste. No more do I have to use mixes with garbanzo flour as the first ingredient. Yeah!! The first taste of this sauce made me shrug indifferently. It definitely tastes like marinara sauce, but a very bland marinara. Pretty soon I started getting ideas for improving it and that turned my indifference into excitement. If you can have dairy, try mixing this with alfredo for a nice rose colored sauce. If you don't do dairy, then just add spice to taste. Think of this sauce as a base that you can turn into the perfect tomato free sauce. I will definitely buy this product again!

This is my favorite Nomato product! I have been missing barbecue sauce terribly ever since I found out about my tomato allergy. I have found sauces that nearly fill the void, but there is always a little something missing. This barbecue sauce fills the void. It tastes like real tomato barbecue sauce! The texture is not quite what you get with a tomato product, but it is close enough to still be satisfying. My family, who do not have tomato allergies, even like it! My border collie had been itching for weeks and I just could not stand giving him Benadryl anymore. I tried other shampoos that failed every fall. This one did not fail..... We all love these pretzels, even the family members who do not have to eat gluten free! At the holidays I take white and dark chocolate, melt it in large pans and stir in the pretzels, then let them dry on a cooling rack. They are a real treat for the whole family. I can even add chopped nuts for those who can eat them.

Great Cracker!! Taste like a normal saltine. I eat them with

My son loves these Gluten-Free Italian Sausage pizza wraps.
They are just like a hot pocket.
They are easy to cook and they taste wonderful.

These crackers taste just like a regular saltine cracker.
They are very good.
They are expensive but most gluten-free foods are expensive.

I have ordered these Fish Sticks several times. My son loves them.
I have eaten some and they taste just like any other frozen fish stick and they are very good.
On the down side they are soggy if you bake them in the oven and they taste better if they are fried.
Of course fired food isn't very healthy but that's the only way to make these Fish Sticks taste the best.

I really love this oatmeal and I really love that they have a variety pack. My favorite flavor out of the pack is the maple raisin, but all are good. It has great texture and just enough for a quick breakfast or snack. Actually, I find it nice and filling and holds me over until lunch time...it is great.

I enjoyed this, however, I could not really taste the pomegranate very much. This one was good and I did like it. I would order this one again. It is still a good pick for a quick snack.

I have been gluten free for almost three years now and have tried a lot of different breads and this is by far my new favorite. The chia seeds give it such great flavor and the texture cannot be beat. Every time I order, this has to be included...at least one loaf. I like other Udis breads also and think they are all around best gluten free breads, but it is the flavor of the millet-chia that makes me give it the all time best rating. Try it, you will like it.

Me and my kids really loved this Spaghetti for dinner last night. It still stuck together some but just had to cook it a little longer. Its better than any other I have had so far. It didn't turn the water a weird color like some of the others I have bought before. I will buy this again.
