These rolls are awesome, and make great breadsticks too!!! I mix everything, and then split the mix making 1/2 rolls, and 1/2 breadsticks. After you have shaped the rolls, or breadsticks you can also freeze them. Then you can pull them out, and bake them fast when in a hurry!!! The very best on earth, and gluten-free too!!!

Awesome pizza crust. Just a tip, when rolling out crust onto pizza pan a wet towel under your pan will keep it from moving all over the counter. Best pizza crust on earth!!!

This Natural Healing Gluten-free lotion is great! My hubby had some scalding hot water splash up in his face and the area became red and blistered within minutes. I had just bought this new product and had him try some on his burn. He said that it took the burning feeling away and swelling within minutes of putting it on. In six days mind you, it is almost healed and it looks like with no scaring as well. This lotion is great! I love this this stuff!!

FANTASTIC!! WOW!! These bagels are scrumptious, soft and just as good as any non-gluten free bagel. I love the fact that I can take it right out of the bag, pop it in the toaster and butter it up, and it doesn't fall apart or have to be softened in the microwave first. I love Udi's products, and I will definitely be ordering more of these...all the time! I just hope there will be other varieties of bagels from Udi's in the future such as onion bagels. This is a YUMMY bagel...take my word, you must try it!!

Wow...this bread is the real deal! I've tried so many other gluten-free breads, but this one is the best of the best! I love the texture; it is actually soft from the package...no need to microwave it, and it tastes marvelous. I don't know how they did it, but it is just like my old wheat bread. Yummy!

I just found out about 3 months ago that I have Celiac Disease and I found this book on line. I was so upset when I first found out that I had this disease because I love food. This Mac & Cheese is a very acceptable gluten-free substitute. Even my picky husband had seconds. My only suggestion to the company would be to add a little more cheese to the mix to make it a little creamier but other than that, the pasta is excellent and it is very tasty.

This is a great product. I have tried many different kinds of gluten free/alternative grain pastas over the years, and I like this spaghetti. It is so convenient to be shelf stable. Like other who are on a gluten free diet, I have been looking for not only a muffin mix, but a blueberry muffin mix. I was quite impressed when the first tray came out of the oven. They have a great taste, are a softer or more fluffy texture to them, and are so easy to mix up and bake. This is the best bluberry muffin mix I have found since 1982. I highly recommend this product. Even those not required to be gluten free will enjoy the taste and texture.

There is a lot of bread to work with here. It's not huge, just compact. Be sure to thaw completely first. My 9 year old didn't prefer these for sandwiches since they were pretty thick. An adult might not have that same problem.

We have just started a gluten free diet, because our children have been diagosed with celiac disease. This flour is the best I have found. Our children are now happy to have cookies, bread and pancakes that taste so close to regular flour. A good alternative for pasta lovers who enjoy the more robust taste that brown rice pasta gives you. The texture is more chewy than traditional pasta and I agree with one of the other reviewers that it should be cooked a tad longer than the directions suggestion, to reduce the chewiness factor and enjoy the flavor of the pasta. This pasta stands up well to chunkier and richer sauces, like fresh garden vegetable or sauces made of sauteed grape tomatoes, white beans, olive oil and fresh basil. ENJOY guilt free and remember that quinoa is a source of protein.

These are absolutely fantastic on salads!! No kidding! They have just a tiny bit of sweetness, so they can easily go on your dinner plate. I add them on top of green salad instead of croutons. Having tried other mixes from The Cravings Place, I was looking forward to trying this cake, and I wasn't disappointed. It was rich, full of chocolate flavor, and moist. I wouldn't say it was as dense as a flourless chocolate cake recipe, but it was a heavy cake. The best thing was that unlike other cake mixes, it made two layers, not one, so you get a true chocolate cake. My husband, who isn't allergic to gluten, loved it too!!!

I really love this cookbook! I have two "regulars" that I make out of here all the time. I have made one of the bread recipes "my" bread recipe and make 2 loaves, slice and freeze. Whenever I need to make my son a sandwich, I simply defrost :) the texture is unbelievable. I also make the holiday roll out cookies! I made them with my son, nieces/nephews this past Christmas and the kids got to decorate them! They turned out great! I also made them into hearts for Valentines Day and eggs for Easter. There are tons of recipes in here I still want to try. The foods have excellent texture and the recipes are extremely easy. I do wish she would have ventured out and used different flours other than rice, sweet rice and a starch. But, I have lots of other cookbooks for those purposes. Both recipes I have made out of here turned out great. I guess the proof is in the pudding because I make both frequently. I LOVE to have "normal" bread and "normal" cut out cookies. These are two huge staples for us. There is a whole holiday section in this cookbook which I love including gingerbead cookies, sugar cookies, etc. You will not find alternative sweeteners or flours in this book. The meat and potatoes of this book is rice flours and sugars. But I promise you, you will not be dissapointed. The layout in this book is very simple, very unique and very very easy to read. You will not be dissapointed!

The Gluten Free Whole Grain Rice Tortilla's are a great addition to Food For Life's product line. They taste good- don't fall apart and are a nice addition to any gluten free meal. The nutritional profile is good. Although, I'd like to see the sodium reduced a bit for those who are gluten sensitive and have elevated blood pressure issues this would be a bonus. Possibly in the future.

I discovered this bread while on vacation in Albuquerque, NM. I bought the whole wheat bread and took it to the deli. Dr. Schar's Ciabatta rolls are fantastic. I ordered the bread last month and saved it until I made some home made pesto. It knocked my socks off! When my husband tried the bread he could not believe it was gluten free. I am so thankful to Dr. Schar for this absolutely delicious bread.

I Highly recommend this book. It's the second book that I bought after I found out that I have celiac. You are given quite a large variety of breads to choose from and a bread machine is not required but can be used. So far everything I have made has a great taste and is easy to make. My favorites are the pita, pizza crust, french bread and cheese nips. I think with summer around the corner I'll try out the hamburger buns next.

The sauce is excellent and the texture of the noodles is perfect (be sure to follow the directions). Instead of chicken I use all white tuna & add some baby peas. It stays fresh on the counter for much longer than the other gluten free breads, and it has the texture and taste of regular breads. It also toasts very well. I bought these wraps largely because of the glowing reviews others had posted. I even went out and bought $20 worth of sandwich fixings in anticipation of having a yummy wrap. These things are gross on a stunning level! Waxy, hard and chewy, totally not flexible, and a disgusting flavor. How a tortilla could be so off-the-mark is beyond me. There only redeeming quality is that they don't get soggy, but that's because they're like rubber sheets. Awful awful awful. I managed to choke it down, but then had an upset stomach for hours afterward. I tried to give it to the dog, but she wouldn't touch it - and she eats everything. I tried giving it to the ducks and even they turned away. Epic fail!

I and 2 of my 5 children are celiacs, and the challenge of finding edible foods has been on going for 19 yrs. When my daughter found this UDI'S bread, she purchased a loaf for me to try. She couldn't speak highly enough about the taste & texture etc. I had heard it all before. Well when I felt it, it was SOFT, when I smelled it, it smelled GOOD. "Are you sure this is gluten-free"? as I have tried them all and I had come to the realization that all gluten-free bread is nasty, I had given up as I would rather go without. I love this book! I have it on my e-reader and bought the actual book as well so I refer to it more frequently (and I slop when I cook). This is the second book from this author that I have. I have tried the breads, and biscuits but not any of the sweets. I find that the authors way of having one or two master mixes perfect, makes baking easier and more convenient for me. I was not disappointed in this book and it will be well used.

I found that this book was informative. The contact information in this book is a great tool to have. The recipes are good. All in all this touches on every detail that is needed. I bought this book as my first informative book and was happy with the results. I refer to it frequently.

I really like this book, this was the first book that I had bought after starting the change to gluten free. I scale down the recipes in half because I have a one pound breadmaker and the recipes in the book are all for a two pound breadmaker, but it is easy to do. The bread is great for the recipes that we have tried so far, any flops were my own doing for not following the directions exactly. The directions in this book are step by step and simple to do. My non-gluten free family members eat bread from this book regularly and prefer it now over conventional breads. With this book there is only ONE flour mix to make up so I did not have to purchase extra items. And the author breaks down two different sizes of mixes to prepare all depending on how much you want to mix up. I would recommend this book for those wanting to use a bread maker.

My husband misses white bread in his diet, but this has given him some comfort. It is not regular bread, but it is as close has as we have found. He enjoys it with a little galic butter melted on it, with pasta, or a grilled cheese sandwich. Other gluten free breads we have tried would not work for either of those.

My family is new to the gluten free life style, but these cookies are great. My husband has suffered every since he found out he could not have gluten products anymore, but he says these cookies don't taste gluten free!

The best gluten free meal that comes in a box! So delicious. Very fast and easy to make. The downfall is this is not carried in any grocery stores near me. The only time I have had it was on vacation in Montana....and I live in california. Still a very good item and worth the purchase!

These italian bread crumbs are fabulous! The seasoning they added make them taste like normal bread crumbs. AÂ must for every pantry!

We tried the pizza crust mix for the first time over the weekend, and loved it! My eleven-year-old daughter was recently diagnosed with celiac, and we have been missing the taste and convenience of pizza. It passed with flying colors! Since it's quick and easy, I am ordering more to have on hand for school events, and last minute sleep over invites.

This is the best gluten free past I have ever eaten. I was diagnosed with celiac four years ago. I really miss good bread and pasta. I have tried A LOT of different brands and most were not great, some not even good. So I just want everyone out there who is looking for a GREAT pasta, this is it!

This is wonderful! I boiled mushrooms and used the water & pieces for the soup. The same with chicken. I will definitely order some more of this.

My gluten free son ADORED these rolls. He says the cinnamon tastes wonderful. They toast well and make a great addition to breakfast. SO happy the Gluten Free Mall carries them!

Very good, gluten-free nutrition bar. The taste is good, no aftertaste, and the bar doesn't melt or crush if it gets warm. Very filling - an actual meal replacement as opposed to a snack bar. I use it as meal bar when I go camping and hiking and have great results.

These raisin rolls have become my husband's and my favorite Sunday morning treat. The cinnamon is not over-powering and the texture is excellent. We toast halves and put a little (sometimes a lot) sweetened cream on top YUMMY!!! I used to miss cinnamon buns... not anymore!!!
