FAR and AWAY the best-tasting gluten free bread!!!! You are going to want to STOCK YOUR FREEZER! This is also the whole grain version, not the white bread version. This bread has all the benefits of being whole grain, without the dangers of gluten exposure OR the blood-sugar ravaging effects of the usual highly-processed substitutes. And, as anyone who has been gluten-free for any period of time will tell you, the additional fiber is very much appreciated.

I love this book! I have it on my e-reader and bought the actual book as well so I refer to it more frequently (and I slop when I cook). This is the second book from this author that I have. I have tried the breads, and biscuits but not any of the sweets. I find that the authors way of having one or two master mixes perfect, makes baking easier and more convenient for me. I was not disappointed in this book and it will be well used.

I found that this book was informative. The contact information in this book is a great tool to have. The recipes are good. All in all this touches on every detail that is needed. I bought this book as my first informative book and was happy with the results. I refer to it frequently.

I really like this book, this was the first book that I had bought after starting the change to gluten free. I scale down the recipes in half because I have a one pound breadmaker and the recipes in the book are all for a two pound breadmaker, but it is easy to do. The bread is great for the recipes that we have tried so far, any flops were my own doing for not following the directions exactly. The directions in this book are step by step and simple to do. My non-gluten free family members eat bread from this book regularly and prefer it now over conventional breads. With this book there is only ONE flour mix to make up so I did not have to purchase extra items. And the author breaks down two different sizes of mixes to prepare all depending on how much you want to mix up. I would recommend this book for those wanting to use a bread maker.

My husband misses white bread in his diet, but this has given him some comfort. It is not regular bread, but it is as close has as we have found. He enjoys it with a little galic butter melted on it, with pasta, or a grilled cheese sandwich. Other gluten free breads we have tried would not work for either of those.

I love this burrito. It has potatoes in it, which I think are great, and the combination with beef is terrific. I eat these for dinner, or as a snack. I agree with other reviews that microwaving this product yields a soggy burrito. I have an Advantium microwave (made by General Electric), which allows me to both microwave and brown the burrito, so it gets the shell is crisp, while the inside is hot. I would think using a toaster oven after the microwave could achiev the same result.

I've purchased this product and it is delicious!! I layer lunch meat, carrot sticks, lettuce and cheese in it and roll it up with the paper it comes with (so convenient and it holds it together) and microwave just to slightly warm....makes a great sandwich wrap! Also have brushed with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and baked in 350 oven till crunchy. And can top with cheese and melt in oven...wonderful snack!!! Great product...finally for us gluten free people...it's the real thing!

The one thing I missed eating was french bread. I would think about the crusty goodness on the outside and the soft chewy inside.. Well, I don't have to just think about it any longer- unless i run out of these! They are amazing and I doubt anyone could tell they were gluten free by tasting them. They ARE that great. I have had them as a sandwich, with butter, with jam, or dipped in olive oil and garlic. I am HOOKED!

This flour is one of the best I've used in baked goods. Sugar cookies are excellent, muffins are great, as well as pancakes. When making sugar cookies (or others) that have to be rolled out, leave out 1/4 cup of the flour called for. This allows for flour to be introduced while rolling, without making the product too dry.

I have used this flour to make the vanilla cupcakes (recipe printed on the bag) with my original butter cream frosting. They are absolutely delicious! I use brown rice flour in blends for baking. This is a great texture and requires no additional sifting. This is a good product to have on the shelf when you need to thicken soups as well!

I love this pasta! The rice only ones are very touchy when you cook them. I like to put pasta in, walk away and come back to an intact noodle. This pasta is also great the next day as leftovers.

Since I found out I have Celiac Diseas I have been trying every bread mix and every premade bread out there and this is the best so far. Every Schar product I have purchased has been good. It is really small pieces and a little dry but that is how they all are. It doesn't have that Xanthum gum taste like the rest of the breads if you don't like that taste, which we hate. I keep it in refrig to stay fresh and pop it in the toaster.

These are super good, I'm picky about cookies because I LOVE cookies and really miss eating them since I found out I have Celiac disease but these definitely are worth getting again, in fact I just ordered more. They would be great to serve on a platter to friends, I don't think they would know they are gluten free. They are really light, not heavy like some vanilla cookies are so that's the only difference I think. They are worth buying!

These cookies are a delicious gluten free version of shortbread. I serve them to guests with tea and they do not know they are gluten free. They give me an opportunity to have a "normal" tea and cookies experience with my friends and guests.

This book is just full of tips for easy gluten free living and saves many trips to the grocery store; by just stocking your pantry with the author's "must have" items (that can be found at your regular grocery store) that are the main ingredients in lots of these recipes. This book is a necessary tool for the gluten sensitive person who also is on a budget. The advice in this book regarding substutions, etc. has saved me so much time and money and kept me from buying perishable items that might otherwise have gone bad and been wasted. Excellent!

I used to love hot Ham and Swiss cheese sandwiches, and I had really been missing them. However, these make wonderful ham and Swiss, or use beef and swiss, add saute'd green peppers and onion for a gluten free Philly Beef and Cheese - Yum!

I made breadsticks and the crust is harder than I prefer, but it was better after re-heating them in the microwave with a cup of water - I added parmesan cheese and some Italian herbs to one batch of dough before baking - These were really good dipped in marinara sauce.

These crackers taste more like the buttery Ritz crackers than any other gluten free cracker I've tried. Great tasting, but they do tend to crumble very easily (even in the package). Since I like crackers with my salad, I saved the crumbled ones and sprinkled them on my salad like croutons.

I would describe the texture as a little squishy but its taste as being very close to spaghettios...I was certainly surprised that it was actually tasty- I mean something gluten free in a can?? I have had some bad run ins with that lol...This produst is ultra convenient and so good it would be easy to trick a child into enjoying it especially when stacked up against some other gluten free noodle substitutes I have tried....if you are thinking of buying this press add to cart right now you wont be sorry!!

Just got my Anellini pasta today. I have a 5 year old Autistic boy who has severe food aversions. We recently started the Gluten Free Casein Free Sugar Free diet and it has not been easy. I wanted to make him something that resembled and tasted like his beloved "Spaghettio's" from our non-gluten free days. These tiny O's are perfect! I made tiny mini kid size meat balls, and the slightly sweet sauce with some Gluten Free Casein Free Sugar Free cheese. It tastes and looks just like the real thing! This will make him so happy! This pasta does not Mush the way other Gluten Free pasta does. I will be ordering more of this pasta!

With my schedule I don't have the time to make Gluten Free rolls from scratch and often, even using a mix requires more free time than I have available. In the past I've always been somewhat disappointed with the ready-made, heat and serve rolls I've found, but not with these ciabatta rolls. They really hit the spot.

This jerky is a good snack, but I didn't find it as flavorful and tasty as the "sweet peppered" variety. I also don't like how it's been reformed into squares, but that's more of an aesthetic thing than a taste thing. My husband says this is the best jerky he's ever had. And he's eaten a lot of jerky. I can say that too, but I haven't eaten much jerky. We both loved this. My husband is not gluten-free and we love when we find snacks we can both enjoy. We brought this on a hiking/biking vacation and it was the perfect protein snack. We thought it was spiced just right, a sweet spice not a hot spice. I'm definitely buying more and I'd like to try other Buffalo Guys products.

OMG! This is by far the best tasting prepared bread I've eaten. Finding gluten free bread that doesn't taste like styrofoam is a challenge, and I have mixed feelings about making it fresh. My experience has been a lot of work for mediocre bread, or spending a ton of money for really BAD bread. This isn't "quite" an English muffin, being quite a bit thicker and softer in the middle. But the flavor is SO much better than I was expecting! I fried an egg, topped it with cheese and sandwiched it between 2 toasted slices, and my mouth is in heaven! I think this will also work for hamburger buns as well.

The flavor took me back to my teenager days when I'd cruise the mall with friends and we'd munch on fresh pretzels from a mall vendor. The only reason I didn't give this a perfect rating was because there was not a whole pretzel to be had. It must be the packaging. It's a big bag for 3 thin pretzels. Not only does it seem like a package waste, but it does nothing to keep the pretzels intact. Still tasty as pieces though and enough salt for is given for 20 pretzels!

We had this delicious Corn Muffin added to our xmas meals. I added about 2 T. of Honey and it rose sweetly and perfectly in a pie plate it does bake a bit longer-always test in the center with a toothpick.. My 8 x 8 was in use. We tried this last night and it went over quite well. It is something we would use again. The texture was similar to a "regular" pasta. You have to be careful it doesn't overcook. I am new to being gluten free and I have to say I was nervous about missing my favorite cereals and being able to stay away from them. I ordered a single size of this cereal and was disappointed when the bowl was gone and then excited but mostly relieved that I found such a yummy cereal to replace those I couldn't eat anymore! My kids are in heaven with this and so am I, it is definitely a must try!

Agree with previous review--terrific pasta, gluten-free or otherwise. "Normal" pasta taste and non-mushy texture--went well with my tomato sauce. Does not turn easily to "mush." Highly recommend!

This flour works really well with all my baking. I made the bread once and it was as good as any wheat bread. Unfortunately the kids refused to eat it, so I'm back to featherlight for the bread. This flour is still my go to for all my dessert cooking.
