This product is the real deal. Trust the Italians to produce/approve an excellent pasta product! I'm about to place an order for more of this as I finished up my first bag last night. My non-celiac husband loves this as well. Thank you, Pasta Mia, and the Gluten-Free Mall. I can't find this anywhere in the metroplex.

These are pretty good. Not quite as crispy as the regular mozzarella sticks I have had in the past (I baked these, not fried) but they still tasted good. Not many to a box for the price, so will be more of a once in a while treat.

These noodles are by far the best gluten-free noodles I have tried. They taste so close to wheat noodles. In fact, it is almost difficult to differentiate between these noodles and regular wheat noodles. I would recommend them to any other gluten-free dieter!

These are awesome! Great to make an individual serving of broth or soup. Only downside was trying to break them in half to make 1 cup of broth instead of 2. But I definitely will buy these again! Can't even tell that they are vegetarian. I didn't realize it until I saw that on the package the 3rd time I used them.

I have to add my vote for terrific. Though a tad pricey, this cake is excellent - everyone who has tried it loved it. My child is not a big cake eater - maybe because so many are dry and tasteless - but this is one she looks forward to having. Also nice with some fresh fruit on top.

Conte's Margherita Gluten-Free Pizza is wonderful for a frozen pizza. You cannot tell any difference between a frozen pizza and the frozen gluten-free pizza. It had good flavor. I always add just a bit more seasonings and cheese before baking - the gluten-free pizza turns out wonderful!

My son LOVES this mac and cheese. He asks for it all the time. It's also very easy to make - it has same cooking instructions as good old Kraft. I'd suggest adding less milk than the recipe calls for. It is more soupy because the gluten-free noodles just don't absorb liquid very well. If you add the milk last, stirring it and adding it slowly just until all the cheese sauce is absorbed and mixed in, it won't be so soupy.

Since I found out 2 years ago I had celiac disease, I looked for a while for the vitamins I needed to stay healthy since with a gluten-free diet, you lose a lot of the vitamins you need. This is really one of my favorite products since I was diagnosed with gluten sensitivity. I now can close my eyes and eat toasted rye bread. This product has been used to create stuffing and making grilled cheese. I am now looking forward to making a patty melt meal. My boyfriend wants to try making french toast with this bread. Needless to say -- this is a winner in my eyes.

Must say I will be needing this all the time. Since I found out I had celiac decease, I have been looking for a way to ease the inflammation in my stomach and these magic pills work wonders. Udi's hot dog buns are excellent, but not perfect. My only complaint is that there's too much bread. If you're having two hot dogs, then eating two rolls would be far too much. These rolls are almost twice as thick as a regular hot dog bun. I wish they could make them a little thinner. Aside from that, they're also great to use as a grinder roll or for meatball subs.

I can't tell you how wonderful it is to be able to have a burger on a bun again!!! These rolls are the best I've tasted. They're as close to 'real' bread as can be, and they're not just great for hamburgers. They're perfect for sandwiches as well. Toasted, grilled, or just warmed for 10 seconds in the microwave, these rolls will fit whatever you're putting on them.

This is the best brand gluten-free oatmeal for me!! Tastes just like Quaker oats!! I've tried a few other brands and they were too salty or just bad tasting or very large!! This is quick and easy. I add just a teaspoon of sugar and voila, after microwaving and letting it cool, it's a quick breakfast, satisfying with great texture and flavor and very filling!! I like the fact that they come in their own individual package!! It's a good little snack for in between meals on a very cold, windy day or just coming in from the cold!! I highly recommend this product! I so missed being able to have oatmeal for breakfast and making oatmeal cookies!! Thumbs up!!

I'm so sorry to write a bad review, but I really didn't care for these at all!! The description of these cookies is a bit misleading!! I expected a softer cookie with creme inside, but they were hard & laced with vanilla icing, more or less!! It was more like the tasting of the gingerbread Girl Scout cookie, but topped off with vanilla icing which was much too sweet for my taste buds!! I really would not recommend these to anyone, unless they like all that sugar!! It was like eating a tablespoon of straight sugar for me!! I have a sweet tooth now and then, but this is too sweet!! The cookie is rich tasting enough without adding icing to make it worse!!

My daughter absolutely loves these rolls. It is the only thing she will eat with anything that goes on a roll! She puts them in the fridge and they seem fine for the whole week! I started taking Celiact multiple vitamin about a month ago, and I have had very good results. I have Celiac Disease, so before that I tried a lot of different multiples, enzyme products, and probiotics. Most of which I didn't tolerate, even if they said they were gluten-free. I struggled with chronic stomach discomfort and systemic inflammation. But since I have been using the Celiact vitamin, I have more energy, less overall inflammation, and no more chronic stomach discomfort, as long as I stick to my diet. It has also simplified things for me. I used to think I needed a lot of supplements to accomplish the same thing I am benefiting from now. Not true anymore! I'm so greatful this product was created for people who are so sensitive like me. It's gotten me back on the road to moving forward in my health. Thanks!

This is the best rye stlye bread my husband and I have tried yet. My husband was diagnosed with celiac disease this past October and we have been trying out different breads for him. My husband was diagnosed with celiac disease a year ago and the worst part of spaghetti dinner night for him was no bread! Then we discovered these baquettes which taste like normal bread! He loves them plain - just heated - and made into garlic slices - sliced and spread with butter and garlic then heated. Now he enjoys spaghetti dinner night again!

I found this fair, but I had to add some molasses to punch it up. It did well adding to lentil chili and to chic-pea stew, but I had to use most of the bottle. Sorry, but it's not quite as good as my own so I won't likely purchase again.

The jar is 16 oz. and says two servings, but I found it does for four servings on spaghetti. It is too expensive for something so easy to make at home, and it does not have a very good pasta sauce flavor without adding spices. It did not satisfy for pizza sauce. I will not buy again.

I tried these before Barkat brand and they were very good. They are like old-fashioned sugar cones but smaller. The only drawback is that they do not hold very much. Good price though.

This may be a bit pricey compared to others, but I find it has less allergens for me and has worked up a better product than previously used GF flour mixes. Especially good are the vanilla cupcakes made from the recipe on the package.

Tried several other pastas for my shiitake and artichoke scallopine and this worked the best, as well as having a nice flavor. It is the only gluten-free flat spaghetti that I've found. I will buy again and suggest you try it.

This Orgran quinoa crispbread has a nice nutty taste and is lightly crunchy and goes very good with salads. I had it with mock-chicken liver spread and my lunch company were pleased. Will buy again.

I was not sure if the corn used as thickener would bother me when I ordered this. I am glad to say it did not. Very bad if not heated throughly and allowed to sit to develop flavor. Heating over hot water (i.e. double-boiler) worked best for me. I will buy again for camping/travel.

We love this cake. The hazelnut flour in it adds a very subtle and rich flavor that my whole family enjoys. It is my go to cake mix. I even used it on my grandmas old dump fruit cake recipe and it worked. It was so nice to be able to recreate her recipe again. I have added many flavorings to this product and so far all of them have worked. It makes a very lovely lemon cake and a supurb spice cake just to mention the two latest experiments. Do yourself a favor and buy this cake mix.

My whole family is celiac and we have so missed having a burrito. These totally fit the bill. None of us miss flour tortillas now. To us these taste just like the wheat ones we remember. We heat them slightly on a griddle and fill them. They wrap up beautifully and taste so good. My pregnant daughter remarked that it even had a chewy texture just like the gluten filled ones. We will be buying these in bulk more often from now on.

I am allergic to gluten, dairy, eggs, almonds, etc. so I've tried many brands and types of tortillas and these are my favorite. They are not the same as a gluten-filled tortilla, but they are the closest I've found. Even my kids, who do not have food restrictions, enjoy them. The flavor is good and they stay together. I find they are best after zapping in the microwave for 15 seconds.

My son liked these. I lightly toasted them, put bittersweet chocolate chips between the top and bottom and melted the chocolate inside the croissant in foil in the oven. Voila - a chocolate croissant. (Perhaps anything tastes good that way?)

This product is great! I love being able to wash my hands with this cleanser and not feeling sick afterwards. It is hard to find a gluten, corn, nut free products, but finally I found one! This is by FAR my favorite gluten-free bread. the other reviewer should try toasting it. That's the only way I eat it... not because of anything, but that it's awesome that way. If you want a soft texture, try putting two frozen slices in the toaster together (stuck together is good) and let the outside toast. The inside will be soft and creamy. Great for turkey sandwiches! Like the old pre-gluten-free days with mayo on fluffy white bread.

I love (as does my family who eat GF with me) the Dr. Schar GF baguettes. I use them most often to make homemade garlic bread, with olive oil, some salt, and crushed garlic. I rub the mixture over pieces of the baguette and bake 350 for about 10-15 minutes wrapped in aluminum foil. Great with spaghetti!

Udi's makes the most fantastically delicious GF bread. The whole grain bread and rolls are terrific for sandwiches, toast or for just eating. At Thanksgiving I use the whole grain bread to make stuffing. I cube it and dry it out in a low temp oven. Thank you Udi's. I love sandwiches again!

I love both the chicken and beef bouillon. They have great flavor and I use them in practically all my cooking. I buy them in bulk because I can't find them anywhere else. I appreciate the cubes because they store easily. Thanks for such a great product!

Have been a celiac for about 25 years. Started using Celiact some time ago. I take two in the a.m. and two in the p.m. and no other vitamins. Also try to follow my gluten-free diet the best I can. After my last colonoscopy a few months ago, the doctor's report said 'no sign of celiac disease.' I know you can't be cured of celiac sprue, but I do believe the Celiact has had much to do to return me to normal digestion and movements. Will see doctor again in three more months. I plan to show him the Celiact bottle and get his opinion. My opinion is that it is helping me survive this dreadful disease. I feel much better now and I know Celiact has had much to do with my physical and mental improvement.

I have been trying different gluten free breads for some time. None are as tasty and as close to 'real' bread as this one. Great as toast or as grilled cheese sandwich. Finally, I am able to enjoy peanut butter and jelly sandwiches again. I would recommend this bread over any others I've tried.

I thought these little pot pies were wonderful! Flavorful, good seasoning, chunky white meat chicken, and the pastry was flaky. I was so thrilled to have a certified gluten-free pot pie, nice to keep in the freezer.
