I'm not someone who has ever eaten granola not to mention something with nuts and cranberries, but this is so awesome! I feel like I'm eating healthy and having a mega tasty snack!!!!! I went on vacation and someone bought me the Trader Joe's version of this product. I found this brand at my health food store and it taste great!

I love this mix! I use it mostly to make gluten-free pizza crust. Mix it up (don't usually put in the cheese because of extra calories) and then divide it into 3-4 balls. I freeze them and then whenever I want pizza, I thaw out one, roll it flat and bake it for about 6 minutes (425-450). Add toppings and bake another 6-8 minutes. Yum.

My 5-year old son, who has has multi-food allergies, enjoy this wonderful snack. I've been looking hi and low for a potato chip that will not trigger his eczema. This is IT!!! Hot air puffing process (no greasy hands) and the ingredients speak for itself: potato flour, potato starch and salt. He's asking for this special treat more and more. I'm one happy Mom.

Like all the soft baked cookies in this range these are rather mealy - something we gluten-free eaters have to put up with, I am finding. I assume there is a good reason for it but all their cookies contain large amounts of date paste, apple, pear and grape concentrates and this makes for a very fruity tasting dough which makes the three varieties I ordered taste like the same date cookies - not a bad thing but not necessarily what you want if you are looking for a specific flavour.

Main problem: not chocolatey in the slightest. Like all the soft baked cookies in this range these are rather mealy - something we gluten-free eaters have to put up with so I am discounting that in my review - what makes me give these a single star is that they simply don't work as a chocolate biscuit. I assume there is a good reason for it but all their cookies contain large amounts of date paste, apple, pear and grape concentrates and this makes for a very fruity tasting dough which does not go well with/overwhelms the chocolate taste. The snickerdoodles and ginger cookies are better than the chocolate but frankly they all taste like date cookies - not a bad thing but definitely not something to satisfy a chocolate craving.

I had high hopes for this gluten-free pizza because of the good reviews. However, it really wasn't good. The biggest problem, for me, was that they use part-skim cheese, which is stringy and gross. I'm sorry, but good chefs would never use part-skim mozzarella on pizza, especially processed part-skim cheese, which is what this is. The sauce was grainy and too thick. The crust was quite good, but the other flavors made it taste very similar to the English muffin, ketchup, and American cheese "pizzas" my sister and I used to make when we were kids...

Interesting...having no experience with flax, I was surprised to see these crackers looking like tiny pieces of birdseeds stuck together. Still, they tasted good enough, and if you enjoyed breadsticks, you'll definitely like these.

These cookies are delicious and have become a family favorite. They are a bit pricey (there are not many of them in a box), but well worth the investment. We use them as a dessert treat for special dinners - they are aptly named "dessert delights". Great treats to present if you are having dinner guests who fear the wheat-free dessert course!

My daughter (13) and I have Celiac and have tried many types of gluten free pasta and decided pasta was just not something I was going to bother with . Nothing even came close to what pasta is supposed to taste like. My daughter loves pasta so when I found this pasta made with Quinoa I gave it a shot for her. It was really really good. She told me right away with pleasure mmmmm it's like the real thing. We will only use this pasta!

I found this cake to be pretty dry and not at all fluffy (only got about 2 inches tall, if that). Maybe I did something wrong? The crumble top also never got "done" it stayed powdery...? Still, relatively tasty.

Love these bread crumbs. Even though a small package - it did last a long time. Made 6 parm chicken breasts, and used in 2 meatloaves, and for 3 dozen turkey meatballs. You don't need alot to make the crumbs stick as they have a fine powdery consistency, so add your spices and parm cheese in the mix.I dipped the chicken breast in eggbeaters, then into bowl with bread crumb mixture and did a quick browning in olive oil in pan before baking. Came out excellent. Just ordered this again.

This bread is really good, great toasted. My only gripe is the loaves are not bigger and white bread is the only flavor. This is the only bread I can eat, allergic to flour, gluten, wheat, soy, etc. Making it in a larger loaf would be wonderful. It would hold a sandwich much better. I use about 4 loaves a week, so it seems I'm always reordering. Help me out here! Thanks....

My daughter is highly allergic to tomatoes. We didn't find this out until she was about 2, so she had already been introduced to ketchup. I was very impressed when we started buying the nomato ketchup and how much she loved it. If we would let her, she would eat it with just her fingers.

These are by far the best rolls we have used for hamburgers. Another bonus is they have about half the carbs in a roll as many of the others which is a major help when you are a diabetic and counting carbs.

I found this ravioli to be pretty good. If you like spinach, it's definitely for you. I usually have my ravioli with butter and salt, but as the directions call for putting salt in the boiling water, you may not want to use extra salt when you serve it. Also, as with most ravioli and gluten free food - do NOT overcook or they will fall apart.

I wasn't really sold by the look on the outside of the package but with 6 children it was more a convenience factor. I have never tasted a frozen product that truly stands up to every ounce of information on the package. However, these cook up quick, are extremely tender and juicy, with a little added seasoning they are perfect. You can add them to Risotto, salad, add them into a casserole the possibilities are endless.

Absolutely delicious!! Shortbread is really one of the things I miss most since going gluten-free, and these are as good as, if not better, than the "real" thing. Just sweet enough, creamy, with out a too-crumbly texture, they are perfect w/coffee or tea. Definitely will be a staple in my house from now on!

I tried these when I was in Italy earlier this year and cried when I found out you couldn't get them in the US- till now! The thing I miss most about being gluten free is not having crusty baked breads like ciabatta and french baguettes. These are the best gluten free rolls I've had. They actually have a nice crusty texture on the outside. I can't wait to get some more- just ordered them.

I appear to be the lone dissenter on this product. Although I've tried other Praeger products and enjoyed them, I wasn't crazy about these fish fillets. The texture was pretty fair (in their defense, I baked them, and did not fry), but I found the flavor a bit bland and lacking. All in all, not my cup of tea.

I love mac and cheese and was excited when I saw that Mrs. Leepers had one. I've had nothing but success with all of the Mrs. Leepers products I have tried... until now. This was, hands down, the WORST macaroni and cheese I have ever had in my life. The macaroni was fine, but the cheese was horrible. It almost reminded me of nacho cheese. I couldn't put my finger on exactly why it was so horrible, but I really did not care for the taste at all, which is really dissapointing because one box makes enough to feed at least five or six people, if not more. I'm doubly dissapointed because I initially bought two boxes thinking it was going to be as fantastic as all the Mrs. Leepers box mixes I've tried before.

I just finished Dr. Eydi Bauer's book, LIFE AFTER BREAD. What a wonderful and informative read. It's a doctor's own journey into the traumas that occur when you do not realize what gluten intolerancy can do and it is written in clear language and yet full of profound insights and medical truths. I am so impressed with this young woman's exploration of celiac disease and its effects that I must applaud her and her work as well as her desire to help others become aware of what she calls "the silent epidemic." I read it in one sitting and so will you. And the recipes she added to the end of her book are wonderful too.

This cream soup mix is good for making gravies and for creating a cream of mushroom soup. I have been looking for a good alternative to cream of mushroom soup and this fits the bill. I added seasoning and mushrooms to enhance the taste.

When I was a little, gluten-eating girl, my favorite cookies were shortbread cookies, especially the kind with the little horsemen on them. Honestly, these taste just as delicious as those. They're light, crunchy, and buttery. I find they stay quite fresh for a while also. They're delicious cookies and they won't make you feel as though you're sacrificing anything.

It's not the same as the real thing, but toasting helps and it's not bad at all. As long as you don't expect it to be the same as wheat, you'll probably think it's great.

While they're quite fluffy, more so than the conventional hamburger bun, these really make a barbeque for a celiac much more pleasant. I definitely recommend keeping them frozen because I found they mold over fast once opened. Just microwave for a few seconds to soften the roll, slice in half, toast, and enjoy with a burger. I like to scoop out some of the bread in the middle to fill the roll with chicken salad. I definitely recommend these!

My son did not like rice milk and he tried the DariFree and did not like th after taste either. I tried making it with adding 2 cups rice milk as part of the water measure. He loves it! I love to use his milk when making French Toast or our own chicken nuggets. It is creamier and makes for great cooking.

These are wonderful pretzels, and just as good as any I have had that are made with wheat. My 3-year-old loves to dip them in peanut butter, and I like them because they are a little thicker and "sturdier" than the regular stick pretzels. I recommend them!

Seriously... I refuse to eat ANY other gluten free roll now that I've had these, and I've tried dozens. These are soft, and even though parbaked, you can have a sandwich on one without baking it, although they are amazing when sliced in half and toasted first. AMAZING!

I miss chicken nugget and this was just OK! The chicken nuggets did not get crispy. It was mush around good chicken, but the must can not be ignored. I was looking for something that tasted like the real deal and I did not find it with this. I could imagine a child who has never tasted real chicken nuggets to love it, however, coming from regular chicken nuggets to this cannot be done.

It's alright. The only way I was able to eat it is by adding extra toppings. I like to add things such as fresh cheese, bacon, BBQ sauce, chicken..etc. I like my pizza crispy and find that I cook it for 45 minutes for the crust to be crispy otherwise when I cut into the pizza it is soggy in the center.

These really don't taste any different! They are fun and my students love them! They take only about 8 minutes or less to cook depending on how much you decide to cook! I love this! I miss eating granola cereal in my yogurt, ice cream and in milk. It is a bit harder than other granola, but after you put it in some milk, or yogurt or other products they tend to soften and easier to eat! These are amazing!!! These nuggets are not "pre-cooked" minced gluten free chicken nuggets like most I've seen and tried. They are full pieces of raw breast meat with awesome tasting breading (so it takes a good half hour in the oven to bake...bu it's TOTALLY worth it!) I am on a strict gluten-free diet and have tried many, MANY different gluten-free chicken nuggets and these by Bell & Evans are BY FAR THE BEST. Even if I were not on a gluten-free diet, I would still purchase these. They are THAT good. Seriously try these. You will NOT be disappointed.

I was diagnosed with celiac back in 1982... things have really changed since then. This is my favorite of the mixes by The Cravings Place... it is one of those mixes that gives all of us dealing with celiac a little of the past. It is easy to mix up, it has a very good flavor and texture. I like to add small bits of apple or raisins and sprinkle cinnamon/splenda on top prior to baking. It is one I recommend.

I loved this pasta! I was recently diganosed with a Gluten Allergy/Interolance. I was heart broken, but determined to try the gluten free pastas. The rice noodles were awful, so I was very nervous to try this one, and much to my surprised I loved them! I love the slightly nutty tast to them. Without a doubt, these are the finest, tastiest, healthiest taquitos made on the planet! Meat-free, low in fat and sodium, yet spiced just right and bursting with flavor, there is simply no comparison between Starlite's product and others on the market (and I have tried virtually all of them). Sadly, these items are almost impossible to find in stores (I live in New York City); but happily, Gluten-Free Mall ships them in extremely well-packed containers with dry ice, and my order arrived in flawlessly frozen condition. It's not cheap to have them sent this way, but I'm willing to pay the premium to obtain these wonderful, one-of-a-kind goodies. I can't recommend them highly enough, and if Gluten-Free Mall's Rating scale went up to 10, I'd give these taquitos a 20! I just hope that Starlite keeps making them forever.

My son, who is on a gluten free / dairy free diet can't seem to find any gluten free substitute that he likes when it comes to bread and crackers except for this fantastic Schar brand. I am not sure exactly what I expected from this product, but I was pleasantly surprised. The wagon wheel shaped puffs are crispy and light.
