A fabulous deli style bread with lots of flavor, not gummy, dry, nor does it fall apart. These are large slices. One slice cut in half of this fairly thick bread makes an ample size sandwich (using one slice gives you double the sandwiches in one loaf). I have made Italian sub style sandwiches with oil and mayo and the bread holds the oil well with no soggy mess. A hot steak and pepper sandwich also held up perfectly, lightly toasted under toaster oven broiler to melt the cheese. Everyday cold sandwiches, (my favorite turkey, bacon, tomato, avocado) are fabulous! Pile on the tomatoes and lettuce without fear of it falling apart. Using additions make that one slice a large sandwich and cost effective!

I was very surprised to find how great this bread tasted. Even with the reviews, I expected people were saying it was delicious because it was the best they could get that was gluten-free. I can truly say this bread is delicious hot or cold, as garlic bread or as sandwich bread. Thank you Gluten-Free Mall for carrying such a superior product. I am ordering again soon.

I ordered these and kept them in the freezer until I found vegan cheese. At first, I just thought they were ok. Then I went to a vegan restaurant and ordered a breakfast burrito with this same brown rice tortilla. It was delicious! That is when it hit me: I HAVE THESE AT HOME! I revisited mine in the freezer, added better ingredients, delicious!

I love these noodles for stir-fry. I always used udon noodles until I found out I could no longer have them. These are quick to make and they are not sticky. I also like that they are in three little bundles, just the right amount for one person.

Wow, I think I have tried almost every bread that is labeled gluten-free. Most are so dry and fall apart. NOT THIS BREAD. I find it awesome. The first thing I did was make a reubin sandwich, new york style. I closed my eyes and pretended I was sitting in Carnegie Deli again. I will definitely re-order this product.

My daughter loves this cookie! I take two or three cookies, place them in a sealed plastic bag and crush them. Then we place a ball of soy ice cream, and she shakes it up to make a wonderful fun dessert. She has a lot of fun making her own ice cream dessert with this cookie. I would recommend this cookie to anyone.

I love these! I put them in the oven to make crispy for a great pizza crust. To use as a wrap I put a moist paper towel around one then cook in the microwave about 20 sec. That makes it a little more pliable. Put your filling in then wrap up & cook in a skillet on each side til slightly crisp.

These are GREAT! I was looking for something quick and easy that tasted good for when I get home from work. I am the only one of a family of 5 that has a problem with gluten, so I generally cook 2 meals for dinner: one for them and one for me. Not that they would not eat gluten-free with me, but with 3 teenagers and what they can eat it comes down to cost. I have been looking for things that taste good and require very little preparation because after working all day who really wants to cook 2 dinners? These taste great and fit the bill for little preparation. I give them a 2 thumbs up!

I LOVE these. I bought them to try and found out that they are so good that I bought more to use for finger sandwiches for a cookout that I was invited to. I had the most fun watching everyone who does not have to worry about gluten eat my finger sandwich not knowing that they were gluten-free until I reached over and got one to eat myself. My son (24) is a very picky eater. We have tried all sorts of bread products since his diagnosis of gluten intolerance a few years ago. He used to carbo-load on fresh bagels the day of his cross country races. These hoagies are the only bread product he will eat. I order them at least 10 at a time to save money, especially on shipping costs. He mostly toasts them straight from the freezer. I just wish I could find them locally, and that they were a bit cheaper, but I am thankful that they exist at all.

Sam Mills pasta tastes as close or closer to glutenous pasta than most that i have tasted. It also cooks up very nicely. Many of the pastas do not do well after they are refrigerated. Sam mills does. It keeps softer and works well with macaroni salad as well as with sauce. Great item for picnics.

I love these pretzel bits. They are the greatest since I was diagnosed. The only suggestion I can give is that you need to microwave them for a bit longer than they suggest. It may just be that my microwave is not as strong as theirs is, but, I needed to give it about 15 more seconds longer for them to be as soft as I felt good with. Great taste and so close to old fashioned pretzels.

I have eaten oatmeal since I was a very young girl. I missed it and when I found this oatmeal, I jumped at it. Very good texture and with my job, I am on the road very frequently. So I just pack it in my suitcase and in the morning I have it by just taking hot water and placing it in a styrofoam cup just as I would make tea or have coffee. The different tastes are great as well.

Our family always does a great big thanksgiving day dinner at one of our houses. Not all of my siblings are celiacs, so my daughter and youngest sister and my daughter need a different turkey each year. I make the turkey for us since my sister lives a good distance away, and when I made the first turkey with stuffing in it, I used this stuffing and added a bit of their regular white bread that I just cut up and added. With a bit more sage and poultry seasoning and the regular ingredients added, this was the best turkey stuffing that I have had in many years. Great job, Three Bakers. Thanks.

Fantastic. I really miss good spaghetti and meatballs. So when we went to our local gluten-free store, they had this spaghetti and we decided to try it. It tastes so close to the old spaghetti that we used to eat. It is just one of those out there now that are really close to the spaghetti we are used to tasting. I love it and so do my grandkids. When they visit, I make spaghetti and meatballs for dinner and they eat two or three plates full.

This bread is absolutely phenomenal. I have so missed grilled cheese sandwiches and decided to try the sandwich bread the other day. I use it with a George Foreman grill and it took me about 5 minutes to have the tastiest grilled cheese sandwich I have had for the past 10 years. If you heat the bread up for about 10 seconds in the microwave, it is as soft as conventional bread. Great job, Dan and Jane. Thanks so much for being there for the rest of us.

My 8-year-old son was diagnosed with a gluten (and non-raw milk/non pasture fed egg) allergy in February. So Liam had 8 years of going from eating yummy food to restraining himself from his favorite, french toast, and abiding by a fairly strict regimen. Finding tasty gluten-free foods has been no easy chore. So when Liam tried these breadsticks, he was thrilled! He came home from school and said the only thing missing was Nutella. 2-4 times a week, I put one tablespoon of Peanut Butter and Co Dark Chocolate Dreams (has some protein and fiber) in a tiny container so Liam can dip his breadsticks, and it has proven a decent augmentation for his lunch.

I purchased this book as a gluten-free newbie and have found it to be very helpful. I know some people in the food store look at me strangely as I use it to find the best brands for me to buy; however, it helps me to be a healthier me and that is the most important thing. The only thing I miss is there are no breakdowns of Shop-Rite or Foodtown products. Maybe a future edition could include them.

This is the best vitamin supplement that I have tried since I was diagnosed with gluten sensitivity. I take 3-6 tablets daily and I think that the results are well worth the cost. A lot of people associate celiac disease with diarrhea, but I myself have had more trouble with constipation and irregularity. Celiact has been excellent in this way. I am a registered nurse and an instructor and I average about 70 hours a week of work. I noticed after about 2 weeks that no matter what my schedule or menu, I was not constipated. The probiotics and flora in this product add value to the vitamins. Worth every penny!

I have tried every gluten-free bread on the market. Most are inedible, some are fair, a few are pretty good. The Schar's breads are all very good, but hands down this bread is my absolute favorite. This is not a rye bread, but it has the consistency of a good rye bread. It is great on its own and great toasted. There are 5 pieces per pack (strange number if you like a large sandwich). I am not a large eater so I can cut one in half for a smaller sized sandwich, but that may not work for most. I love it so I will keep buying it, but pretty pricey for 5 slices of bread. But since it is so fantastic, the price would never hold me back. As we are all aware, all gluten-free products are overpriced due to supply/demand. Maybe one day things will be more in line.

Fantastic, tastes like a roll I used to be able to eat. Long shelf life as well before opening. I always travel with a few packs of these!

Hands down, best crust I have found that you do not have to make yourself. They are perfect for a quick pizza and I love that they have a pretty good shelf life (several months for the ones I received). They do not have to be frozen, so no wasted freezer space or the dreaded freezer burn. I cannot tell you how many great gluten-free items I have thrown out from my freezer because of freezer burn. I have a fresh saver but it does not get used for loaves or breads of pizza crusts that need to be frozen. So I say amen to Schar again for the line of freezer-free products with good shelf time prior to opening.

Just tried these for the first time. If you are looking for a very light tasting wafer with a true cocoa filling, you will really like these. They were different tasting then I expected with the wafer having almost no taste, so the cocoa was certainly the star. I liked them but not as much as many of their other cookies that I really love.

Very good pasta, one of my 2 favorites. It holds up well if you cook according to package instructions. I tend to cook a minute or so less as I like mine really al dente and pasta still cooks a bit when hot.

Great to have on hand for a quick meal. Kinda pricey for the amount of food you get. I am not a big eater so it was ok for me, but if you are looking for a big meal, think twice. Tastes great though.

I guess we need to learn how to use this product, based on all the comments from everyone. My bread is still awfully heavy and dries out after a day. I almost choke on it and I am using the 4 flour mix from here too. I am getting very frustrated with not having a decent bread anymore. But I will follow the recommendations I found here and we will see.

Since I can no longer cook for myself and have a friend do it for me, it is a bit difficult to know if he has a problem understanding this product but he has not had good success yet and I fear I may have bought something which will be wasted. But we will keep trying. I had hoped that it would help with the breads but they still are dry and heavy and best used for a door stop. He must be doing something wrong, I guess.

I really liked these healthiest taquitos, very tasty and one would not guess that they are gluten-free. They made a great meal, although a bit on the costly side if you want to eat your fill. Do not cook them too long or they become hard and difficult to eat, and lose the fine flavor.

Not bad, but it is an acquired taste because it is a bit on the chalky taste. I whisk it well and drink it quick! It is something I need once in a while when I am not eating well. For that, I am glad I got it. It also seems to really calm my gut down. For that, I do not mind the grittiness. It is not so bad really.

This is probably the nastiest ketchup simulator I have ever eaten, yuck! It is really bad, it does not taste like ketchup at all. Maybe it is the agave, but it is really awful. No resemblance to ketchup! Sorry but this was bad, I tossed it.

Just like the other gravy flavors of this brand, a great thing to have in your pantry! I am tired of eating glue-like gravy because we cannot have gluten. This is no sacrifice at all to have in place of the real stuff, it is the same I feel. It tastes great over anything, I only hope this brand is not going to be discontinued. So many times I have found I loved items at this site, then when I come back for more they are no longer available. I do not understand why.

Wow you need to try this over English muffins like eggs benedict! And of course it is great over macaroni for mac and cheese. I even tried it over cauliflower and baked it in the oven as my mother used to do, yum.

This bread has the best flavor of all the gluten free breads I have tasted and is shelf stable for at least a week. It does not need to be toasted. I first tasted it in Germany and am most pleased that I can now buy it in the U.S. Thank you for stocking it at the Gluten-Free Mall.

Finally, finally, a sandwich bread that does not taste like cardboard and I can eat it without putting it in the toaster or covering it with jelly so you can't taste it. Love this bread. Good for sandwiches of all kinds and I don't feel as if I have to force myself to eat it.

Good taste, texture and mouth feel but you have to watch your pasta pot like a HAWK because all of Schars pastas overcook in a heartbeat. They tend to cook for me in less time than indicated for on the package, so test frequently for best results. I also really recommend adding olive oil to the water before adding your pasta to help keep it from sticking.

This is the best and most authentic bagel I have had since going gluten free 10 years ago. These are real boiled-and-baked type bagels not just bread shaped into a ring. I was a bit concerned about the hassle of buying an unbaked product, but these take only 20 minutes in the oven, and oh the smell--heaven sent! They are a nice size--not too big or small--and the "everything" toppings are just as you would remember them. I will be ordering these again!

The quality of the UDIS breads is excellent, but I brought this bread along with the white sandwich bread and the slices were slightly smaller than the white bread. Also, I wish Udis would include even (14) number of slices instead of 13. With the thirteen I am just left with one slice and no companion.

I am a huge fan of Mrs. Leepers products. I have been buying them since finding out I was a celiac five yrs ago. I was so happy to find them here at GFM as my local GF store stopped selling them. The price here at GFM is reasonable and very close to what you will pay in a store.
These really are very good and the cheeseburger mac is my favorite one. These are easy to prepare, they taste great and make quite a bit food. I am single and I have enough for a couple nights plus lunch one day. Thank you GFM for bringing them to us and please don't stop selling them.

I am a huge fan of Mrs. Leepers products. I have been buying them since finding out I was a celiac five years ago. I was so happy to find them here at the Gluten-Free Mall as my local GF store stopped selling them. The price here at the Gluten-Free Mall is reasonable and very close to what you will pay in a store. These really are very good, easy to prepare and makes plenty of food. I am single and when I make these I have enough for a night or two plus a lunch. I love all the flavors but my true favorite is the cheeseburger. My mother has celiac and she has a very hard time finding things that she can eat and that taste good. Well, she has now found a bread that is good. I ordered the Cinnamon Raisin Bread and it arrived at her house the same time I did from Houston, Texas, so I got to see her try it for the first time. She really enjoyed eating it toasted for her breakfast. I am sure we will be ordering more for her as well as other products. Thank you. I can see I will be in the minority, but I actually did not think this was awesome. I might have messed it up. I was looking for a quick dinner but did not have any ground meat, and made it without. To me the flavor tasted sort of fake - more sweet than the salty goodness I was hoping for. Perhaps the meat balances things out; maybe I will be back to edit this later.

Udi's does such a great job with this bread!! I'm so happy it exists!! Most breads are soooo dry you feel like you will choke on them! But all of the UDI's breads are so so good, you feel like you are eating regular bread! And that means a lot to gluten free people!!

Just like I wrote about the other two varieties of this pizza, BOLD does an extremely amazing job at making gluten intolerant (and dairy intolerant) people enjoy a completely allergy free pizza, while making us feel like we are eating the real thing. I cannot get over how good this crust is. I honestly think I could just eat the crust and be happy!! The cheese tastes like real cheese, not the icky vegan cheese that tastes like plastic. Thank you so much. I cannot thank you enough. My mom and I are hooked on this, and I plan to get all my friends, gluten free or full of gluten, hooked on this pizza too!!!!!

Best Gluten free Dairy free pizza!!!! I wish everyone had the chance to try this pizza, because honestly, if I had not tried it I would have assumed it was just like all the other gluten free pizzas. But all it took was one bite to know this was the perfect gluten free pizza. I love all the variations, from veggie lovers to meat lovers to just plain cheese. If you have a gluten allergy but love pizza, you will be doing yourself a favor by trying this pizza.

These are good buns too (see my review for the Udi hamburger bun). The only caution I have with this bun is to be careful opening them to put your fillings inside; they want to come apart (if opened too forcibly) making it difficult to eat as a "typical" hot dog. I am also careful to put anything juicy on top of the hotdog rather than next to the seam. The juicy stuff tends to make the bun fall apart at the seam and then all your "Stuff" will fall out when you least expect it. There is a reason I know this very well! Having finally finding a hot dog that doesn't taste like a salt lick. I am now enjoying hot dogs on a regular basis. They are a staple in the freezer now.

These are good buns and are large enough for a bigger sandwich. They hold together well, but the last few bites sometimes are a challenge (messy, crumbly). From the freezer, I wrap the bun in moist paper towels, nuke it for 1 minute at 50% power, prepare my sandwich immediately and eat it with no delay. They tend to quickly get a dried out texture if left unused for too long. I have not tried toasting them (that's just my preferece) but I believe this bun would hold up well to toasting. This has been a good, reliable sandwich bun with only small adjustments due to its GF nature.

I've tried LOTS of bread; homemade, made in bread machine, MANY brands, many flavors, but I've finally found the one that I think is the best brand for me. The first thing I do when trying new breads is to open the package and try one slice as is. I ate three slices when I opened the bread to taste. It tastes like bread. There is just enough salt to bring out the flavor (sometimes I've felt that the deletion of enough salt made other brands, that might otherwise be worthy, just unpalatable). As a frame of reference, I DO NOT LIKE SALTY foods and use salt sparingly, but the inclusion of some salt is, as a general rule, essential for flavor. This bread stayed together when I made a sandwich with tomato on it. I did not toast the bread. I did place it in the freezer and when I want bread I wrap my bread in moist paper towesl and nuke it for no more that 30 seconds. I've tried the other breads from Three Bakers and they have all been good. I'm not positive, but the Three Bakers and the Gluten Free Bakery (see crackers) appear to be from the same small town in PA (are they related?). Both product lines have been VERY GOOD. I have all their bread line in my freezer.

I like these. Not quite a cracker, seems a little sweeter to ME, very crisp, and holds up well to toppings or just eating with salads or as a snack. At first I thought it looked a little like styrofoam but then I ate one - LOOKS ARE DECEIVING. I went back yesterday (I've been rationing them until I order more) and ate two plain as a snack. I liked them even better. Order a box and try them, I hope you won't be disappointed. I haven't. With the Schar Table Crackers and the Schar Crispbread, my cracker fixation has been assuaged. Thank you Schar and GFM.

FINALLY!!!! A REAL CRACKER!!!! I've waited three years for these. If my memory serves me right, these tastes just like Zesta/Premium crackers used to taste. There is even enough salt to improve the taste -- BUT the sodium levels are low. I love crisp crackers with certain soups and these are perfect. I'm so happy!!!! Please SCHAR don't change a thing. Please GFM keep carrying this item.

I have had celiac for years and all the sudden it seems to have gotten a lot worst. I ordered this not thinking it was really going to work because I have tried about everything from colon cleanses to vitamin B12 shots. After just 1 week I am feeling so much better and am finally able to see my ankles. I have been so swollen up for the last month and this stuff has all the sudden made a difference. I am going to reorder it for sure and I do recommend it. It is nothing but all good vitamins and the probiotics you need.

These rolls are wonderful. I use them for everything. Even makes a good stand in for a bagel. Low calorie, high fiber bread alternative. I always have these on hand. As with alot of GF products these are a bit pricey but in my opinion well worth it.

This is best tasting and most nutritous GF bread I have found. Only 140 calories for 2 slices and 1.5 grams of fat! Tastes good plain or toasted. A little pricey but for me the quality and nutrition make it worth it.

This is the best cheese sauce I have found. It tastes good and I make both GF and non GF mac and chesse with it and everyone loves it. Aside from the great taste it is also lower and fat than most other sauces. Versitle too, use it on veggies, pasta or rice. Would definately recommend you give it a try.

These have a nice flavor. Use the Chicken and Beef quite a bit for soup stock and as flavor enhancer to rice, stir fries and veggies. They are a regular on my shopping list.

Gillian's cinnamon raisin rolls are awesome! They taste better than any I had before being gluten intolerant, and are a real treat all by themselves (with a little butter) for breakfast.
They've also converted me to Gillian's other products.

I ordered this to make soup and wow! It came out great...I am ordering some more of this..and even my kids raved about it and they usually turn their noses up at my gluten free foods...two thumbs up!

I have been so hungry for a sub that I decided to give these a try. I am not completely impressed but not completely dissatisfied either. I took one from the freezer and put in in the oven for several minutes to get it a little toasted and it came out nice. I think that they are thin but very dense, so 1/2 of one is plenty. Taste - they are good, but not as delicious as the others make it sound, still "different" to me. Would I buy them again? Probably, they are good and when you are craving something it is a good substitute for what you are used to having. I think I am going to try to make garlic bread out of one, I think that would be delicious!
