Really good for store bought cinnamon rolls - tried them in the microwave and the oven and both turned out well but like others said you need to eat them right away whenthey are warm otherwise they get tough.

Love this bread! So far it is the best that I have tried. I mostly only use them for toasting or putting in the oven or for croutons. I have not had a cold sandwich on one as it is a little dense but good flavor!

I liked these buns, however they soak up whatever you have on them very fast. I made sloppy joes one night and also had hamburgers with ketchup and mustard. I think they are better than not having any bun but are pretty dense. They were definitely better toasted.

I myself am not celiac. My 23 year old daughter is, she is totally handicapped and does not speak or walk and is a brittle diabetic. I have tried the cereal myself and would have no problem eating this routinely. It has good consistency and flavor as all your oatmeals do. She absolutely loves it and it is a welcome change from full time grits for a hot cereal. Thank you so much for a great product.Â

I just recieved my first order from gluten free mall yesterday and as soon as I opened the box this bread was going into the oven. I have only been gluten free for a little over a month and bread has been my only real craving. I couldn't believe how this tasted like normal bread!! I loved it! Everyone else at the table that made me share with them enjoyed it too, couldn't believe it was gluten free.

OMG these are sooooo good! I was never really a donut fan pre Celiac, but maybe once a year would induldge in a jelly donut. I popped one of these in the microwave, cut it in half with some raspberry jelly, and it brought me back to those special occasional Sunday treats from childhood! One was so satisfying, a perfect treat with my afternoon coffee.

To my utter surprise, this Vegan pizza was great! I did not realize it was vegan cheese until I went to bake it. I even considred tossing it not even trying it. Now I love my cheese and have to say this pizza is by far, a superb GF pizza.

Schar pasta is by far the best gluten-free pasta on the market! Fusilli is our favorite at best but all the other types of Schar are also excellent. My 14 year old daughter has celiac and this is the only gluten-free pasta that she will eat. I have replaced all my regular pasta with Schar. You won't be disappointed!

First time ordering these here... I tried these in Germany last summer, which was the start of my love affair with Dr. Schar products. They are great as dinner rolls, or making convenient little sandwiches, or split and toasted with a little jam or Earth Balance.

The first time I bought these, I intended to make garlic bread with one of the baguettes as a test. It was so good on it's own, the first baked baguette didn't even make it to the garlic and Earth Balance phase of my plan. The next baguette passed the garlic bread test with flying colors, and I am looking forward to making family sized sub sandwiches next time around. Dr Schar is overall my favorite gf bread company.

I have used this crust for several years and is just great! If you are having problems with sticky dough, use 4 tablespoons of water or milk instead of what the package states. This makes the dough easy to handle and comes out like a true dough ball. Also pre bake it fir 10-15 mins before adding sauce, toppings, etc. Also spread olive oil on the crust and turn it over which will make for a crisper crust, then add everything else and bake for 20 minutes....Awesome!

I purchased the multi-grain ciabatta rolls for the first time. I was delighted with the taste and the texture. I heated them until they had a crispy top which made them even more palatable. I will continue to order these rolls as I like the idea of having multi-grain rather than just white ..... I love all of the Schar products and will continue to purchase them through your website.

I haven't enjoyed a cookie since I found I had Celiac in 1977. I have tried baking my own and I do bake the best cookies for everyone else but I craved one for myself. Nothing worked out that I could say I enjoyed them. The Shortbread Cookies satisfy my cravings and I love them for a snack before bed. If you want it crunchy: I thaw it in the microwave and use the broiler. It was so good that I actually went out and bought a small toaster oven to use for broiling. Easy and quick!

These are wonderful, light, cheesy puffs......But, they crumble so easily. I crumbled a bunch by the way I was holding the bag at first. These were the first GF cheese crisps that I had tried that actually tasted like Cheeze-its. I ate the entire bag of Cheese Ups in one sitting but had a lot of crumbs; these were good too and would be great on top of some casseroles. If you're missing cinnamon rolls for breakfast like I was, these make for a good sweet fix. The rolls themselves really need to be heated because they're kind of dry and a little tough. With the glaze, they're sweet and cinnamon-y just like I wanted. They have a great flavor but are just obviously "packaged" rolls instead of fresh-baked.

The Millet-Chia bread is my favorite of Udi's breads. It's moist and chewy like I expect bread to be, and the seeds give a good texture with the slight crunch. I've toasted the bread with honey, jam, or coconut butter on top and have eaten it untoasted as sandwiches. The bread has worked and tasted great with everything I've tried it with.

I am sorry to say I did not find this product edible. Maybe it was old, I am not sure. First it was very dry and it had a chemical taste. I took 1 bite and had to spit it out and immediately threw the box away. I was expecting a soft and fruity flavor similar to the NEWTONS we can buy at the store. Usually my experience with products from here are 100% satisfied. SO needless to say I was very disappointed.

It may be ok for folks who are used to protein powders being "chalky"...the flavor was an ok vanilla flavor but I couldn't get past the chalky texture. I blended it the first with 2% milk, tried again to use it in the blender with yougurt and water. I still could not get past the texture. So I am not saying it is a bad product , I am just very picky about the after taste it left in my mouth This may work quite well for others.

The Udi's bread is I think better than regular bread ever tasted. The only thing I noticed was you have to keep the bag tightly closed so no air enters, other wise the bread molds fast with in a day it will mold if this happens.

Best gluten free bread I have tried yet. Keep it in the freezer until ready to use and pop in toaster to defrost and it is ready to go. The only downside is that the loaf is so small but that goes with any gluten-free bread.

BiAglut is hands down the best gluten free pasta I have found yet. We have tried almost all of the other GF brands out there. My non GF family members gladly eat this and the pasta performs as pasta should. It cooks right... it doesn't turn to mush, perfectly useable in noodle soups, does not over-expand, reheats well and I personally cannot taste any difference btwn this brand and traditional pasta. I don't know why this isn't offered in stores. Yes, it costs more than traditional or other GF pasta but it is totally worth it to have the consistency, taste and reliability for cooking. The other brands are no where near the quality of BiAglut.

I have missed my egg rolls for 15 years. The shrimp egg roll is very fishy tasting. The outter crust is wonderful, love that you can bake this and not have to fry. I will order the vegetable or chicken next. I think the shrimp just isn't as good as I remembered an egg roll to be. I will try this product again though, just not the shrimp.

This is a great all purpose flour. (No, really!) I haven't used it for most of my baking needs but I found a niche where is has no equal: batter. I make homemade chicken nuggets with Domata and they turn out pretty good. Four out of five, but only because the nuggets end up being a bit dry. All other all-purpose flours I have tried end up making the chicken too sticky, crunchy or the flour just doesn't hold up to the heat of the oil.
So, if batter for frying is something you have been looking for to replace in your non-GF recipes, Domata is #1.

I am in love love love with this flour! It really is a great substitute for all-purpose flour. Just as a test, I made my cookie recipe I'm known for with this so I could have a gluten-free version, and gave it to a bunch of people who don't have to worry about gluten free diets just to see if they noticed anything different, and they didn't even notice the change! I'm a professional baker, so I could tell a few differences though. It gave the dough a grainer feel in the mouth, and I had to use less butter, because they seemed to almost "leak" butter once they were baked. But to be honest, I think it made my cookies taste better than with regular all-purpose flour.

This lasagne pasta tastes just like regular lasagne with a good texture. It is pricey, but worth the purchase. I do have problems with cooking them though. As mentioned in other reviews, the sheets do not need to be cooked longer than 4 minutes. However, even with olive oil in the cooking water and rinsing them with cold water while in the drainer, I still have a hard time pulling all of them apart. Some break or stick together. However, even in smaller pieces 2 packages are enough for a proper lasagne and is tastes delicious every time.

I have ordered the gluten free licorice twice already and putting in a third order today. They are delicious and no difference in taste from regular licorice. I had a friend taste one of mine and she did not know it was gluten free and loved it so you see, there is no taste difference. My kids love these crackers. The only one's they can have though they have milk so be aware of that. They are so good and taste similar enough to a regular cracker. We buy in bulk with these as the kids eat them up quick!

I love these! Taste just like regular gluten ravioli. I cooked a little longer than what the package states, in plenty of water at a low boil and they were delicious.
