Yum! This pizza was good, better than most other gluten free frozen pizzas. The pizza is small, I thought it would be bigger due to the size of the box but it was very tasty and cooked up nice and crisp.

I have had celiac disease diagnosed since 1982...it used to be so hard to find tasty easy thing to bake and buy to eat. Better Battter has changed all of that! Now when I use a Cooking Light recipe for pancake using one for one flour for Better Batter. My 2 year old granddaughter does not like regular pancakes, but adores my g.f. ones made from Better Batter and it makes a wonderful pie crust too. Thanks for a wonderful product and for making available in the 25 lb. bags for us frequent shoppers!

These are the best gluten free hamburger buns I have tried. I first tried these hamburger buns at Margaritaville in Myrtle Beach because they have a gluten free menu. I had not had a cheeseburger on a bun in a restaurant in a very long time and was so excited about how good it was. I asked the manager what kind of buns they used and they told me Gillian's. I also love Gillian's gluten free bread crumbs. It is the closest to the Italian bread crumbs I used prior to being diagnosed with celiac disease.

I made oven fried chicken for my 16 year old granddaughter with these and she really liked it. This is the first time since she was diagnosed in January, 2012 that she has had breaded chicken which is her favorite food. She ate 4 pieces.

This is so good, I have had 3 of them. The chicken falls off the bone and the potatoes are seasoned just right. The only problem is, it is too much for me at one time but it is so good, I eat all of it causing my stomach to get too full.

Light and a bit crunchy/chewy but, as far as breadsticks go, this is almost as good as it gets. If you miss your favorite pizza places' breadsticks, try melting a little butter and 1 minced garlic clove in the microwave approx 10-12 seconds. Brush over sticks right out of the oven. Then sprinkle with a little bit of parmesan. More work than normally but oh, so worth it!!

I love this mix! I add 1/4 c. parm and 1/4 c. shredded parm, romano, asiago mix instead of 1 c. of "cheese". It bakes in 20-22 min. so, it's perfect for dipping into the sauce on spaghetti night. I also use 1 egg and 2 egg whites instead of 2 eggs, for lower cholesterol and higher protein content.

These are the best tasting pasta I've found so far since going off Gluten. The duckie shapes don't bother me; I can use them in spaghetti, pasta salad or any other pasta dishes. They are the closest tasting pasta to the traditional wheat that I was used to eating. Definitely give them a try!! You'll be glad you did!

As a newbie to the gluten-free lifestyle, it's hard when you walk into the grocery store for the first time. When you have a nephew who is diabetic and has to watch both gluten and milk proteins, this book becomes a life-saver. So this guide has helped me so much. I use the original gluten-free book for myself and when I shop for him, this book is at my side. Granted I bought it for his mom, but I grab it from her and use it.
I do wish the headings were a bit easier to sight on a page, but other than that, I find it fairly easy to see if the item I'm looking for is acceptable or not.

These hot dog buns are amazing. Out of the freezer and into a 400 degree oven for 10 min and the outside is slightly crispy and the inside is soft, chewy and moist. They are delicious!!! They taste and have the consistency of a artisan bread more so than the taste and consistency of old fashioned supermarket bought hot dog buns. I love them and I think any celiac would too. I have tried every brand and/or form of gluten free bread sold on the market today and this is one of the best out there.

This as good as it gets! Real delicious gravy. I found that I could easly add a little extra water to make it a bit thinner. I also have used it with 1/2 cup red wine which you cook down to half then add the water (minus 1/4 cup liquid) and you have a gourmet souce for any gala meal! Enjoy!

I was diagnosed in February and my physician told me to stop eating gluten. He told me that I could have a referral to a dietician if I wanted. When I asked how long it would take to feel better, he said "it could take months". I felt I needed to find out as much as I could about this life-changing diagnosis, so I went on line and found this book. I read it the minute I got it and it has helped me tremendously. I refer to it almost daily, and would recommend it to anyone who has or knows someone close with celiac disease. It has been an eye-opener and has taken a lot of the fear out of planning my life. Like the author, I had been baking and cooking for my family since I was 6 yrs old, so changing the way I do that has been challenging. Jules made it easy to follow her instructions and her recipes look great. I have not felt well enough to do much baking yet, but I am looking forward to it.

Like other reviews this flour works great 1 for 1 for replacing wheat flour. It works great in the few recipes that we have used it in so far. I miss having good cinnamin rolls and this worked great in the recipe. Products aren't dense, or tough like some of the other can be. It also saves from having to buy 3-5 flours to make bread items and the dough can be rolled out versus poured into pans.

Udi's hamburger buns are still a work in progress in my opinion. Still pretty good though. The bun did fall apart while eating, still more bread than burger, and I make 1/4 lb burgers. Taste and texture was fine. Not sure I would buy them again. The hot dogs buns are the best though.

Contes has the best pastas. I have tried the cheese and this spinach and cheese ravioli, both are great. Taste just like the "real" thing. You would not know it was gluten free. Even with all the GF bread products on the market, we were always sad at how they tasted, and the texture. Chebe's products are wonderful. We use this cheese bread mix to make sandwich rolls for my daughter. My daughter is now gluten free for medical reasons, and pizza and pasta was the one thing she missed most of all. After trying every brand of GF pasta, and dissappointed in all of them, I found Dr. Schar pasta and gave it a try. WOW! This is the best GF pasta on the market and really we could not tell the difference. All the other GF pastas get gummy and sticky; not this pasta. We love it!

These hold up well to the grill for the very on food trend grilled pizzas that Cooking Light and other magazines feature monthly in spring, summer and fall. Overall, they are my second favorite premade pizza crust after Against the Grain.

These are definitely the best of the Udi's bagel variety, though like I said in my other review, they still fall short of REAL New York bagels. That said, these taste good and have a decent fiber and grain content, but they still lack of the chew and taste of bagels. Tasty bread - great as a roll for sandwiches and burgers.

These aren't bad. But as a New Yorker, I know my bagels, and these simply don't come anywhere near the glutenous variety. They taste fine but they don't taste, feel or chew like bagels.

Unbelievable! I have been searching high and low for a higher fiber gluten free loaf that is actually edible. This one is downright delicious. I love the chia seeds - so good for our sensitive celiac stomachs. The first ingredient is still tapioca, but there are plenty of great grains in here to write home about.

These are super tasty, however I must be doing something wrong with the cooking. They fall apart quickly even when shaking the pan to prevent sticking. Next I will try an Asian bamboo steamer with lettuce then a quick pan fry.

I have bought these several times and bought a vegetable flavored cream cheese spread and put it on them and they were awesome. You can also make pizza bagels with them too and just heat them up in the oven or even eat them all buy themselves. They are so good and that is why I keep getting them !

Fabulous! Finally a GF egg roll even better than the frozen non GF counterparts on the market! The very finely sliced veggies taste fresh and are crisp. Just raight spices for flavor. The wrap is superb, light and crispy, more like a spring roll as opposed to a heavy greasy egg roll wrap. I honestly like these better than my much missed local Chinese take out versions!

YUM! Dumplings/Gyoza are things I've really missed on the GF diet and these were a tasty find. I ended up modifying the preparation directions a bit to get a more authentic (to me) result. After letting the dumplings slightly thaw in the fridge for about an hour or so, I fried them in about a tbsp of oil until they were good and crispy-brown on the flat side, THEN added about 1/2 cup of water and put a lid on the pan to allow them to steam until the water was gone. Make sure you use a non-stick pan and carefully loosen the bottoms with a hamburger flipper-type tool while cooking. Asian dumplings are nick-named "pot stickers" for a reason!

These hot dogs tasted amazing! The buffalo made them less greasy than other choices, even though that makes the price higher than normal hot dog "mystery meat". I just wish I could find some decent soft GF hot dog buns to go with them! However, I'm ordering more for addition to homemade baked beans, lentil soup, etc. Highly recommended!

I will go out of me way to shop for Sam Mills gluten free pasta. I avoided pasta for so long because of the rice pasta taste. Sam mills corn pasta all varieties are the best gluten free pasta on the market. For people like me with celiac it is very frustrating when you can not have. Good pasta dish. Sam mills corn pasta has cured the disappointment of not being able to have a great pasta dish. Thanks for the corn rather then the rice.

I made this cake yesterday and it is delicious. I did not notice any difference in the density as compared to regular cake though. the only problem I had was mine did not easily remove from the pan and when it finally did come out, it came out in 5 chunks! I think my problem was that I used salted butter to lightly grease the pan beforehand. (I also used salted butter in the mix and the cake itself tastes great) I will definitely buy this again but next time, use spray or unsalted butter to grease the pan.

The best GF rolls ever! The rolls have a wonderful crispy crust out of the oven, and a light tasty interior. Much like the old fashioned crispy sub rolls we had growing up in Boston from the Italian deli. They do not get soggy, crumble, and stay fresh after baking in the fridge for days. I do of course like any roll best right out of the oven, but on a busy week, prebaked and nuked for a few seconds works too.

My favorite pasta! I use the tagliatelle for everything from soup to stroganoff. Friends have raved about my homemade soups more than they did before I added the pasta. I've never had a Dr. Schar's product that I didn't think was as good as or better than a comparable product (of another brand). I've used the Tagliatelle (essentially like an Egg Noodle) for Sweet Kugel, Beef Stroganoff and a Tuna Hotdish; all with equal success. My guests never knew the difference between this gluten free product and a gluten/typical noodle. I'm sure this would be an excellent product to use to make noodle soups. I like the fact that the noodles didn't stick together like many other gluten free products do and they didn't break apart/crumble. Check it out, you'll be gald you did!

I have been taking these since Valentines day, so almost a month. I do think they make me go to the bathroom better than before, but other than that, I do not see such a tremendous difference in anything. Based on other reviews, I thought I would have so much more energy. It is definitely a good thing that I seem more "regular" than before starting these though. When I first saw them here, I thought the price was not that bad for a total of 180, then I saw that you are supposed to take 6 per day, so that works out to only a one month supply. I have not being taking the full 6 per day regularly though, so that may be why I did not have the great results others have reported. I have been trying to space them out 2 at a time 3 times a day and I regularly, but unintentionally, forget about the last 2. At this point, I am not sure if I will buy them again. I paid the full price for them and I do think it is kind of high (plus shipping) for what should only be a one month supply. If the price was lowered permanently, that may help with my decision to purchase again.

This is a very tasty and satisfying snack for on the go. You just have to be careful not to eat the whole bag in one sitting!

They are great! I warm them up in the microwave or toast them. My grand-daughter loves them too. Plain, peanut butter and jelly, or a little butter cannot beat it.

These are absolutely delicious when hot. Just stick them in a toaster oven with cheese, veggies, or just a a little butter. You can bend them like a burrito (after they come out of the oven) or eat them like flatbread.

This gravy is easy to make and tastes well with water. Flavor is enhanced if using pork juice. This is the best pork gravy that I have found.

These crackers are great! They are the closest to non gulten-free crackers that I have found. I will continue to buy these.

These noodles may be tiny but there mighty! They also work great for macaroni salad. They hold up well and last! Since I wasn't able to find any of these tiny little noodles in our area. I order me several boxes online. All Schar products I 've tried are GREAT!!

I have been buying Rudi's for years since deciding to become Gluten free. I LOVE the taste and my sons can't tell the difference between "my" bread and "theirs" and in fact ask for this bread in the morning when I make them breakfast. It passes my test and the KID test!!

I had purchased these at Christmas from another site and my daughter loved them so we decided to get her more for Valentines Day. We found them less expensive here! Our daughter is gluten intolerant and she loves these as do we. They are soft and very tasty. I would recommend them to everyone as a delicious treat.

I like this cereal, this stays cruncy and seems filling. Reminds me somewhat of grapenuts and probaly could be jazzed up with some raisins or something else to give it a little more oomph. Good cereal.

A wonderful source of information on Celiac Disease and gluten intolerance/sensitivity. You get a one year subscription, which also entitles you to the online back issues. I always look forward to getting the most recent copy, and have learned so much from the different articles. This subscription is particularly helpful for someone that has recently been diagnosed, or has discovered that they have a problem with gluten. I also recommend it to 'normal' family members as it helps them understand Celiac and gluten intolerance in their loved ones that are dealing with it!

This is by far the best book for grocery shopping if you have Celiac Disease or gluten intolerance. It's like my shopping bible.... I couldn't shop with confidence without it! I've been getting each new version since I was diagnosed in 2007, and with each passing year, this book gets better and better! I really wish they would make an iBook version of it so that I'd always have it on my iPhone (there's an idea), or make it into an app, which I could likewise have on my iPhone. This book has saved me countless time (and my husband, when he remembers to take it) for picking up the wrong product, thinking it was gluten-free. It is especially helpful to my husband, who is someone that generally only checks the 'Common Allergens' box on the products he buys. That's how I ended up getting a large exposure to barley (it's not listed as a common allergen)..... I was sick for months. I don't go into ANY grocery store without this book; thank you for such a wonderful product!

I've been taking CeliAct about a month now, and so far I seem to have a bit more energy and also less gut discomfort. I have Celiac Disease and gastroparesis (stomach paralysis), among other things, so I naturally worry about getting the proper nutrients, because I don't eat much due to the gastroparesis. My Celiac Disease wasn't diagnosed until 2007 when I had just turned 53.... a bit late to be diagnosed. The many years of damage can never be completely reversed, and I was found to have multiple nutritional deficiencies too, which is not surprising. Some supplements don't agree with me, but I've had no problems taking CeliAct. I also carry a few extra doses in my purse for when I'm going out, especially if there's a chance I may be eating out. This is just in case I get accidental gluten exposure. The CeliAct is formulated to be taken in those unfortunate situations so help reverse a reaction to the gluten. I'm more than pleased with this product, and will be ordering it regularly! I highly recommend it for anyone with Celiac Disease or gluten intolerance/sensitivity.

These are just as good as "normal" frozen mozzarella sticks. That said, they really just don't cook up well in the oven (just like "normal" mozzarella sticks). I recommend frying if you're going to get these.

These multigrain rolls are wonderful! It's nice to have some texture, so many of the gluten free breads and rolls are too soft and bland. I have been eating them in Europe for over a year, (we need to buy them at the pharmacy here!) and I'm glad to see they are now finally available to my family in the states. I highly recommend them!
