I really like Rudi's. This is the best frozen gluten-free sandwhich bread that I have found as of yet, and I have tried several brands including Glutino, Udi's (which is my number 2 pick) and Garden of Life. I highly recommend toasting it a bit as it's better.

Rudi's Multigrain GF bread is my favorite of all the GF breads I've tried. It looks and tastes like an artisanal bread and makes great sandwiches and toast. Like all GF breads, it can get soggy and crumble from being slathered with mayo/mustard (or sliced tomatoes) and left to sit, so I'll toast it first to give it a bit more structure -- or -- I put the mustard/mayo/tomato between the filling layers so that the the lettuce/cheese/meat is next to the bread. In any case, this is still the best sandwich bread by far!

Rudis Multigrain Gluten-Free Sandwich Bread has a wonderful flavor. You have to keep it frozen or it will turn crumbly. Very yummy, though.

This is the best gluten-free bread, you can eat without toasting it for a sandwich - it is really bread with flavor and testure. They will be having hamburger buns out soon and hopefully hot dog buns too. Like the larger loaf size.

Never thought I would like a gluten free bread better than Udi'- but I love Rudi's-a bit larger and denser -and the multigrain has some real texture to it- love to toast it , make a sandwich and have it cold later in the day for lunch- not all crumbly. I think the potato base makes the difference-not all rice.Good stuff.

So far the best bread we've tried! Our family has been a fan of Udi's but this is a little heartier, more like the whole wheat bread we used to eat. The cinnamon raisin flavor is amazing too! I would say it's best toasted, it's fragile before you toast it so you have to treat it gently to not end up with a bunch of 1/2 slices at the end.
