This bread is very good compared to others I have tried. It does crumble a bit fresh out of the bag which makes it a bit difficult if you want to make sandwiches. I usually like it toasted, yummy!

This bread has a good flavor but I found it to be very dry. After heating it in the microwave the texture improves a bit. I loved grilled cheese sandwiches but when using this bread it holds too much moisture and falls apart upon picking it up.

My husband is the bread eater, and he's had a good handful-plus of different gluten-free brands. But this one is his favorite - in fact, he asked me to just get this brand from now on. He loves to eat it toasted and then dipped in olive oil - it's his evening snack.

This bread tastes good, but we can't use it for sandwiches because it falls apart. Very crumbly! We did use it to make stuffing though and that worked well.

This has a great taste without toasting it and slices are bigger than other gluten free breads - I love the bigger slices. But this one crumbled easier than another one I bought on this site so I will not buy it anymore.

I did like the taste of this bread, but tends to still break in pieces if you use it out of the bag.

Soft and delicious. I can now pack a sandwich for my sons lunch, which I have not done in 3 years. Very close to good old fashion italian bread. By far the best gluten free bread we have tried (and we have tried many!)

Finally!! This is the best tasting and durable after toasting gluten free bread I have ever purchased! Thank you Gluten Free Mall next time I will order my case of this bread from you! Glad to see fresh besides frozen is offered. This great tasting recipe has no tapioca which to some is goitrogenic- delicious!
