These tortillas are fine but are kind of fragile to work with, especially if they have been frozen. They can get a little flaky and stick together when getting them out of the package. However, the taste is spot-on and the texture is great once prepared. They're best served individually by reheating in microwave or in a non-stick skillet. They are great for quesadillas. Warning though: If serving a crowd, absolutely DO NOT try to heat whole package at once or you will get one thick, giant, blob of dough!

We have filled these with a bean and meat and cheese filling and wrapped them up like an eggroll and deep fried them. They fried up incredibly quickly and were so amazing. You should really try it. Even our extended family members that aren't celiac loved them.

My whole family is celiac and we have so missed having a burrito. These totally fit the bill. None of us miss flour tortillas now. To us these taste just like the wheat ones we remember. We heat them slightly on a griddle and fill them. They wrap up beautifully and taste so good. My pregnant daughter remarked that it even had a chewy texture just like the gluten filled ones. We will be buying these in bulk more often from now on.

I am allergic to gluten, dairy, eggs, almonds, etc. so I've tried many brands and types of tortillas and these are my favorite. They are not the same as a gluten-filled tortilla, but they are the closest I've found. Even my kids, who do not have food restrictions, enjoy them. The flavor is good and they stay together. I find they are best after zapping in the microwave for 15 seconds.

I was on the hunt in my local grocery stores for a good gluten free flour tortilla. I should have came to the gluten free mall first. These taste great. I'm so glad I found them. They may be a tiny bit thin, but that's ok. The taste makes up for it. Rudi's breads are fantastic too. Add these tortillas to their line of gluten free greatness.

My kiddos LOVE these! Finally we are able to make quesadillas for them! We love that they are gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free! It covers all our allergen restrictions! We have not found another tortilla out there that does the same for us! We have found that they work better (not break apart) when you heat them a bit! YUM!

I thought these were just OK. Not much flavor. If I am making a quesadilla I prefer the corn tortillas to these.

The flavor was wonderful! I so have missed burritos (did not use for this time) I made wraps for work for both my husband and myself. I had the opportunity to warm mine, delicious (no breaking)! He did not have that opportunity as he drives, his crumbled a bit but he enjoyed them.

I like the taste of these tortillas even though they are gluten-free. I make a ton of Mexican food and tortillas are usually eaten in my house like bread is for others. I was skeptical at first but after my first bite I fell in love with the taste. I only have issue with the fact that mine kept falling apart on me and made making a burrito almost impossible. But at least the tortilla could still be used to scoop up my fillings and made a good meal. So I'm happy. For someone who is part Spanish, to not be able to eat tortillas would have been terrible, but now I have my tortillas back and I'm happy again.

I love these new torillas! I ordered both varieties and can't really taste the difference, but they are both delicious. I use them now in place of bread for all my sandwich needs.

These tortillas are wonderful! Finally, I can make my favorite quesedillas -- while they are thinner than a wheat-flour tortilla, they crisp up the same way and even better, taste great!

I have been looking for a good tortilla for some time. The brown rice tortillas are often stiff and crack easily. Not so with this one. It can roll for a wrap or burrito. I used them in place of pitas for diced chicken. They have a mild flavor and they are thinner than the brown rice tortillas, giving them more flexibility. I am going to try the fiesta flavor next. These are very versatile.

These are good. They are still not quite the same as a regular flour tortilla, but they are the closest to it that I have found so far. I will be ordering these again for sure!

These are VERY GOOD! They taste just like the gluten-full version. I am so excited to be able to have these on hand for tacos, or even my black bean and rice dish.
