Russo's Gluten-Free Gourmet was founded by Neil Russo in a hot Italian kitchen after discovering that many of his clients had celiac disease. After hearing their stories Neil began working on gluten-free Italian recipes, and his more than 30 years as a profession Italian chef served him well. He perfected his recipes and founded this excellent company. All products are manufactured in a gluten-free facility.
