Ingredients: Part skim mozzarella (pasteurized part skim milk, cultures, salt and enzymes), gluten free flour (rice flour, corn starch, tapioca dextrin, xanthan gum, rice extract), egg, water, yeast, sugar, salt, salad oil, whole eggs.

Serving instructions:
Conventional/Toaster Oven (Recommended)
Preheat oven to 350F
Place sticks on a lightly greased cookie sheet or aluminum foil and bake for 4-8 minutes (as oven times vary watch for the cheese to start to show then remove). Let cool for 2 minutes before serving. Serve with your favorite Gluten Free Marinara Sauce.

Deep Fryer:
Set deep fryer to 350F and preheat oil.
Fry frozen sticks for approximately for 2 minutes or until cheese begins to show. Let cook for 2 minutes before serving.

I have not had mozzarella sticks in 15 years! When I saw this, I had to try them. I was not disappointed. From what I remember, these are as good as any gluten version I have ever had. The coating is crispy and tastes great to me. It was not mushy at all as some other coatings I have tried. I prepared them in the oven so the cheese melted and collapsed a bit. This is only a presentation issue. Maybe they would maintain their shape better if they were quickly deep fried. I have not tried it. I have as an appetizer, so 3 at a time as a treat once in a while is fine for me. I would definitely recommend, and order again for myself.

These are pretty good. Not quite as crispy as the regular mozzarella sticks I have had in the past (I baked these, not fried) but they still tasted good. Not many to a box for the price, so will be more of a once in a while treat.

I never thought I'd be able to eat mozzarella sticks again when I was diagnosed with celiac disease! These are fabulous on a lazy weekend day when you don't really want a big meal and not quite sure what you're hungry for! Crispy, very tasty and make your own little dipping sauce with fresh tomatoes and you're in heaven! I don't feel left out anymore with so many wonderful gluten-free food options! Even my hubby likes them and didn't know they were gluten-free until after he ate them when I told him! I could never have made these myself!

I ordered these just to fill out the cooler with the right number of units. I will DEFINITELY order them again, on their own merit! Crispy, tasty, wonderful. I tried making my own cheese sticks in the first six months I went gluten-free, and never tried them again because of the mess and hassle. After four years of missing out on what was one of my favorite snack foods before my celiac diagnosis, now I can enjoy them again. Yay! Only drawback, as mentioned by others, is the amount in the packaging... they are so good, you want more!

These are just as good as "normal" frozen mozzarella sticks. That said, they really just don't cook up well in the oven (just like "normal" mozzarella sticks). I recommend frying if you're going to get these.

These taste like the real thing. My kids didn't even know they were gluten free. The product is fabulous so my only complaint is that they don't come in larger package sizes. One box is nothing for a hungy, active adolescent boy.
