Almost like the Italian restaurant. Great taste and texture. Don't overcook though because they will flatten out.

My family loves these mozzarella sticks! They are easy to prepare and they taste just like the regular ones! I buy these often and have even microwaved them as my kids like them melty.

I have not had mozzarella sticks in 15 years! When I saw this, I had to try them. I was not disappointed. From what I remember, these are as good as any gluten version I have ever had. The coating is crispy and tastes great to me. It was not mushy at all as some other coatings I have tried. I prepared them in the oven so the cheese melted and collapsed a bit. This is only a presentation issue. Maybe they would maintain their shape better if they were quickly deep fried. I have not tried it. I have as an appetizer, so 3 at a time as a treat once in a while is fine for me. I would definitely recommend, and order again for myself.

These are pretty good. Not quite as crispy as the regular mozzarella sticks I have had in the past (I baked these, not fried) but they still tasted good. Not many to a box for the price, so will be more of a once in a while treat.

I have been missing and craving mozzarella sticks forever. These are fantastic. Highly recommended. I can eat them all in one seating. I think that have the perfect crispiness and gooeyness and cheesiness.

I never thought I'd be able to eat mozzarella sticks again when I was diagnosed with celiac disease! These are fabulous on a lazy weekend day when you don't really want a big meal and not quite sure what you're hungry for! Crispy, very tasty and make your own little dipping sauce with fresh tomatoes and you're in heaven! I don't feel left out anymore with so many wonderful gluten-free food options! Even my hubby likes them and didn't know they were gluten-free until after he ate them when I told him! I could never have made these myself!

I ordered these just to fill out the cooler with the right number of units. I will DEFINITELY order them again, on their own merit! Crispy, tasty, wonderful. I tried making my own cheese sticks in the first six months I went gluten-free, and never tried them again because of the mess and hassle. After four years of missing out on what was one of my favorite snack foods before my celiac diagnosis, now I can enjoy them again. Yay! Only drawback, as mentioned by others, is the amount in the packaging... they are so good, you want more!

I found these when I was browsing here for new products. According to my daughter and her fiance, they are great. I did not get a chance to try them myself because they chowed down! I think I will get 2 boxes next time!

I was diagnosed about 10 years ago, and this was something that I was never able to find gluten free. They were GREAT! (bearing in mind that I have not had anything that was NON-gluten free in a very long time). Would recommend, and will purchase again!

Mozzarella Sticks, used to love them. Now I can love them again. So crispy, cheesy. My mouth was watering for these. Creamy, warm, crunchy! Great for snacks.

Having never eaten non GF mozzarella sticks, I am not the best judge of these. The breading was tasty and crisp, lots of cheese. Quick and easy to cook.

These are just as good as "normal" frozen mozzarella sticks. That said, they really just don't cook up well in the oven (just like "normal" mozzarella sticks). I recommend frying if you're going to get these.

These taste like the real thing. My kids didn't even know they were gluten free. The product is fabulous so my only complaint is that they don't come in larger package sizes. One box is nothing for a hungy, active adolescent boy.

My daughter had never had mozzarella stick and I was totally missing them. I've seen recipes but they are really complicated. These were AWESOME. The coating stayed on. I thought they need a little salt, and we dipped them in marinara sauce. Really happy to have found these.

These were amazing! I love mozzarella sticks and these are just as good as regular ones! They make an awesome snack for any mozzarella stick lover. None of my family could tell the difference!
