I ordered this to make soup and wow! It came out great...I am ordering some more of this..and even my kids raved about it and they usually turn their noses up at my gluten free foods...two thumbs up!

I will only eat schar pasta. I am very very picky about my pasta. Other gluten free pastas get a white slime really thick and sludgy. I have never had that problem with schar! We use this in our chicken noodle soup.

These noodles may be tiny but there mighty! They also work great for macaroni salad. They hold up well and last! Since I wasn't able to find any of these tiny little noodles in our area. I order me several boxes online. All Schar products I 've tried are GREAT!!

Brilliant! I grew up with soup and baby Italian noodles. It is truly a treat to be eating like I did as a kid. The noodles are excellent and hold up very well in the soup.

Works perfect for chicken noodle soup. Have used it time and time again and never had a problem. We love every schar product and this is just another regular addition to our ever growing gluten free shopping list.

Just got my Anellini pasta today. I have a 5 year old Autistic boy who has severe food aversions. We recently started the Gluten Free Casein Free Sugar Free diet and it has not been easy. I wanted to make him something that resembled and tasted like his beloved "Spaghettio's" from our non-gluten free days. These tiny O's are perfect! I made tiny mini kid size meat balls, and the slightly sweet sauce with some Gluten Free Casein Free Sugar Free cheese. It tastes and looks just like the real thing! This will make him so happy! This pasta does not Mush the way other Gluten Free pasta does. I will be ordering more of this pasta!

Finally a pasta for homemade soup! Dr Schar's Anellini held up well. It did not get mushy even on the 3rd day! Dr Schar's pasta does not have that awful Gluten Free pasta after taste either. I have been trying his other products as well.

This is truly excellent for soups. Being Italian, I make many very traditional Italian soups. This is by far the best gluten free pasta that I have found for the soup. It holds up surprisingly well.

Much like every other Schar pasta I have tried, this one is a definite winner. I used some in my vegetable soup and it was delicious (and adorable!). Two thumbs up.
