The best gluten-free rolls I've tried. Delicious with a pasta (gluten-free) dish. My dinner guests said they would not have known these rolls were gluten-free if I hadn't told them.

These are absolutely the best - I use these rolls for anything that requires a roll - less heavy bread than any others I have tried. Love the crisp outside.

These rolls are wonderful. How I have missed having a nice hot roll since I became allergic to gluten. I will continue buying these again and again.

Since being gluten free, I haven't many rolls that I enjoyed, so once I found these I was excited again to have bread to eat. They are great with gluten free pasta, and steak dinners. They are like a real treat for a special dinner for me!

Well, these don't have the texture of the ciabatta rolls I remember, but a very tasty roll to enjoy with any meal.

We love these. We can do so many different things with them. We toast them in the morning and put cream cheese on them. For lunch we toast them and use them as mini sandwiches. At dinner we put butter and a little garlic salt on them and toast them. They are amazing!

This are amazing! It's been so long since I've been able to enjoy a roll, and the texture and taste of these are great. While they can't exactly compare to a "real" ciabatta roll, these are the best GF ciabatta rolls I've had.

I love these rolls! I heated them in the oven and split them in half to use for sandwiches. This was the first bread I have purchased that did not have a weird mouth feel. They taste like the ciabatta bread that I remember and definitely made good sandwich rolls. We used them for a cookout and had the first hamburger that I really enjoyed since diagnosis with celiac.

These rolls are amazing! I don't have to feel left out when my family has their own dinner rolls, because I just heat up one of these and I'm as happy as can be. Everything that Schar has to offer is delicious, and I'm always grateful!

These rolls are wonderful. They don't require any baking, but are ready to eat right out of the bag. They are great to make sandwiches with. I would highly recommend this to anyone eating a gluten-free diet! This is great bread!

The rolls are great tasting and stand up well. I was saving them as a treat for me, but my granddaughter started eating them (she is 7) and they disappeared. She usually turns up her nose at anything without wheat but she loved these.

I love these rolls! They are the tastiest rolls I have ever eaten in my lifetime. They store well and are a super treat. I bought 5 packages before heading to Florida last winter and they lasted me over one month. Always refrigerate any open packages as they will not keep after opening.

Dr. Schar's Ciabatta rolls are fantastic. I ordered the bread last month and saved it until I made some home made pesto. It knocked my socks off! When my husband tried the bread he could not believe it was gluten free. I am so thankful to Dr. Schar for this absolutely delicious bread.

The one thing I missed eating was french bread. I would think about the crusty goodness on the outside and the soft chewy inside.. Well, I don't have to just think about it any longer- unless i run out of these! They are amazing and I doubt anyone could tell they were gluten free by tasting them. They ARE that great. I have had them as a sandwich, with butter, with jam, or dipped in olive oil and garlic. I am HOOKED!

I was so excited to find these rolls, I miss eating non-frozen bread. These rolls are very tasty. Have to be carefull not to overcook or they will get hard, otherwise they are great! Great to make sandwiches or little mini pizzas if you stick them under the broiler!

Simply the best Gluten Free rolls I've found anywhere. With my schedule I don't have the time to make Gluten Free rolls from scratch and often, even using a mix requires more free time than I have available. In the past I've always been somewhat disappointed with the ready-made, heat and serve rolls I've found, but not with these ciabatta rolls. They really hit the spot.

After recently switching to a blood-type, eat for your type diet, I have been trying various bread items in order to quench the desire for a great tasting bread that I can actually eat. This is it! Best tasting rolls by far - the texture is just like a "regular" ciabatta roll. Awesome!

I tried these when I was in Italy earlier this year and cried when I found out you couldn't get them in the US- till now! The thing I miss most about being gluten free is not having crusty baked breads like ciabatta and french baguettes. These are the best gluten free rolls I've had. They actually have a nice crusty texture on the outside. I can't wait to get some more- just ordered them.

Not bad for gluten free, you need to toast them in oven but be careful not to over cook or they get hard. When heated right they are good for a sandwich. Dr. Schar products are some of the best I have tasted.

Seriously... I refuse to eat ANY other gluten free roll now that I've had these, and I've tried dozens. These are soft, and even though parbaked, you can have a sandwich on one without baking it, although they are amazing when sliced in half and toasted first. AMAZING!
