Finally, I have found rolls to make my husband sandwiches. These have been a life saver for road trips when we can not find a good place for him to eat. They are the right size for a quick snack to hold him over, or two make a perfect lunch. And best of all, they taste like normal bread!!

These rolls are absoluetely fabulous. I cook the whole packageat once, refrigerate the left overs, and then have a roll when the mood hits. They taste so much better than all other gluten-free products and I love the fact that each roll has 4 grams of fiber. Hurrah!

This is the best tasting brand of gluten-free breads I have found, and I have tried a lot! They taste wonderful when baked for a few minutes. I like that if the package has not been opened, it can stay out. Once opened, the remainder must be refrigerated or it will mold pretty quick. This is the only brand of bread I buy anymore.

Extremely good. Wonderful mouth-feel. Expensive yes, but, such good bread! Bread is one of the most difficult of products to get right gluten-free. Many end up being grainy, crumbly, and just disgusting. These are wonderful.

These rolls are my go to rolls for just about everything now. Sandwiches, burgers, pulsed in the food processor for bread crumbs, I have even made them into French toast. Unfortunately, they are too good. My husband now prefers them to the regular rolls and bread that he used to eat because he could. Even though he is not a celiac or gluten intolerant he wants these rolls. Please, please, never stop making these! 6 Stars out of 5!

When I have guests over for dinner I like to make homemade appetizers. I made a cheese spread that goes on bread slices. Well, when these came I sliced them into 3 thin slices, then in half again. I toasted them on both sides then spread on the cheese spread and put them back under the broiler. Everyone wanted to know what I did different; they said these were the best I ever made. When I told them I made them on gluten-free rolls they could not believe it. So you do not have to be gluten-free to enjoy these. I am certainly going to order more of these.

I LOVE these. I bought them to try and found out that they are so good that I bought more to use for finger sandwiches for a cookout that I was invited to. I had the most fun watching everyone who does not have to worry about gluten eat my finger sandwich not knowing that they were gluten-free until I reached over and got one to eat myself. Everyone there knows that gluten will cause me to go into anaphylactic shock so everyone who saw me first freaked and then realized that those delicious finger sandwiches they were eating were gluten-free.

These rolls are wonderful. I use them for everything. Even makes a good stand in for a bagel. Low calorie, high fiber bread alternative. I always have these on hand. As with alot of GF products these are a bit pricey but in my opinion well worth it.

I so enjoyed these dinner rolls. The Gluten-Free Mall has made being GF so easy. these rolls are a crunchy crust with soft warm bread inside. Once you bake these you need to refrigerate, then just pop it in the microwave to get that warm roll again. I do wish the Schar rolls were less expensive OR had more rolls in the packaging.Â

The best GF rolls ever! The rolls have a wonderful crispy crust out of the oven, and a light tasty interior. Much like the old fashioned crispy sub rolls we had growing up in Boston from the Italian deli. They do not get soggy, crumble, and stay fresh after baking in the fridge for days. I do of course like any roll best right out of the oven, but on a busy week, prebaked and nuked for a few seconds works too.

My son really liked these. Easy to heat up (the rolls are parbaked), and they remained soft inside. Even the non-celiac approved! Will definitely buy these again. The only con is that we can't use them on a vacation where we don't have access to an oven to bring them to the restaurant.

We love these. We can do so many different things with them. We toast them in the morning and put cream cheese on them. For lunch we toast them and use them as mini sandwiches. At dinner we put butter and a little garlic salt on them and toast them. They are amazing!

I love these rolls! I heated them in the oven and split them in half to use for sandwiches. This was the first bread I have purchased that did not have a weird mouth feel. They taste like the ciabatta bread that I remember and definitely made good sandwich rolls. We used them for a cookout and had the first hamburger that I really enjoyed since diagnosis with celiac.

The one thing I missed eating was french bread. I would think about the crusty goodness on the outside and the soft chewy inside.. Well, I don't have to just think about it any longer- unless i run out of these! They are amazing and I doubt anyone could tell they were gluten free by tasting them. They ARE that great. Simply the best Gluten Free rolls I've found anywhere. With my schedule I don't have the time to make Gluten Free rolls from scratch and often, even using a mix requires more free time than I have available. I tried these when I was in Italy earlier this year and cried when I found out you couldn't get them in the US- till now! The thing I miss most about being gluten free is not having crusty baked breads like ciabatta and french baguettes. These are the best gluten free rolls I've had. They actually have a nice crusty texture on the outside. I can't wait to get some more- just ordered them.

Not bad for gluten free, you need to toast them in oven but be careful not to over cook or they get hard. When heated right they are good for a sandwich. Dr. Schar products are some of the best I have tasted.

Seriously... I refuse to eat ANY other gluten free roll now that I've had these, and I've tried dozens. These are soft, and even though parbaked, you can have a sandwich on one without baking it, although they are amazing when sliced in half and toasted first. AMAZING!
