I was buying these for a while but they are very dry. You can't cut them without them falling apart. They become softer when heated in the microwave/oven but then I find the inside falls out. Like someone scooped out the innards of my roll and put them back!

Tired of having a burger with no bun, these are the best. No cardboard taste. These are by far the best hamburger buns or rolls for a sandwich. These rolls taste great straight from the refrigerator or toasted. I have tried so many different rolls with the same terrible cardboard texture these are by far the best gluten free rolls for sale today.

After doing without a hamburger for a while because I was afraid I would not like the bread. These were very much a pleasant surprise. I would recommend them to anyone rhter you are on a gluten free diet or not. Very Good Bread.

These rolls are the closest to a french bread roll. Great texture and flavor - they are never dry. I freeze them and take them out and heat them in the oven. They are the best.

These rolls are great and we've bought them numerous times. Only precaution is if you don't use all in one sitting, you need to freeze the rest. I've had a few incidents where I thought the chip clip (and other times ziplock bag) would work for a few days, but disappointed when the other buns have mold. No issues when freezing; flavor stays great after they've defrosted.

Delicious! I loved this bread. It did not crumble and fall apart like most brands. It was a nice change. The taste was close to regular bread and did not have a bad after taste that some do.

My son who is allergic to wheat, milk. and a million other food items loves these buns. I pack his lunch every day for school and he enjoys his bread again. We have tried other brands that are wheat and milk free and my son just didnt like them. These buns he enjoys very much...Thank you for giving my son back something he enjoys.....

These rolls are fantastic! Did I say Fantastic? They are the best I have had. I use them for hamburgers, and I toast them first. I have also brought one in a bag to my favorite hamburger joint and they grilled it and put a burger on it for me. I can now go with the family and enjoy a burger.

I found these rolls to be great for hamburgers or other sandwiches. They are just the right size. I also gound that if I toasted them in my toaster oven they didn't crumble. I cut them in half before toasting them. very tasty. P.B.

Delicious!! I HIGHLY recommend buying this product! Being diagnosed with Celiac can be a real pain in the butt at first, but now I would never eat another way if I could. This product makes me feel like I'm eating foods that I used to eat...just a healthy version!

These are excellent rolls for toasting and if they come really fresh, good for sandwiches. They come in a sealed package but I suggest that you freeze them if they are going to hang around for any length of time. These are also excellent if you are dieting, only 3 points (due to the fiber content) and very filling.

These are kind of small and they don't really toast well. We used them once but I would only use them again if I really really wanted a hamburger with a bun. We even sliced them and put them in a skillet and the bread seemed to fall appart and was very dry.

The buns were okay, but they are very thick, so when you bite into a burger, the primary flavor is bun, not burger and toppings. It's very crumbly as well. The taste is okay, but not great. I ended up using just one half of the bun on the bottom of the burger. These are pretty good toasted.

These are the best gluten-free rolls I have had since being diagnosed with celiac. They are almost like "real" bread--they are so tasty and my husband loves them (he is not gluten intolerant) and I feel like I might have to hide them so they are always available for me! Highly recommend them.

My husband is gluten free and has been searching and searching for a good hamburger roll. Well he has finally found it. He loved these rolls. He used them as hamburger rolls and we also used them as panini rolls and they toasted great. He is so excited to actually get to eat a roll again. We have learned to really trust this brand. I used to love hot Ham and Swiss cheese sandwiches, and I had really been missing them. However, these make wonderful ham and Swiss, or use beef and swiss, add saute'd green peppers and onion for a gluten free Philly Beef and Cheese - Yum!

The best I can say about these is that they're just . . . OK. The taste is good, but the hard, chewy texture means tasting nothing but hard, chewy bread and nothing else! My kids wouldn't eat them, and my husband and I didn't blame them. I have much better luck with mixes.

These are by far the best rolls we have used for hamburgers. Another bonus is they have about half the carbs in a roll as many of the others which is a major help when you are a diabetic and counting carbs.

While they're quite fluffy, more so than the conventional hamburger bun, these really make a barbeque for a celiac much more pleasant. I definitely recommend keeping them frozen because I found they mold over fast once opened. Just microwave for a few seconds to soften the roll, slice in half, toast, and enjoy with a burger. I like to scoop out some of the bread in the middle to fill the roll with chicken salad. I definitely recommend these!

I love Schar products, so I hate saying this, but these were a bit of a disappointment for me. The taste wasn't bad at all, but they are VERY small, and are quite crumbly. I'm sure that they are far better than other rolls available, but I still wouldn't say that I enjoyed them very much. If you have the time it's better just to make your own from scratch.

All I can say is WOW! We got these yesterday and ate them last night. They are SO close to regular hambuger buns. If you got it in a restaurant you wouldn't think they were gluten free. Even my husband was impressed. We did warm them in the oven before eating them. Ok, I just went and pulled one out of the fridge and it is still pretty good! Not as good as when it had been warmed, but not bad. Probably would be better at room temp rather than straight out of the fridge :) Definitely order if you want some tasty gluten free hamburger buns!

Just tried these for the first time and was quite happy with them. I toasted mine only because I like my sandwiches on toasted bread, not because it needed it. The texture is not exactly like "regular" rolls, but it was better than I expected. There was no strange aftertaste or grittiness, and the flavor was good. Two thumbs up!

First time I have come close to a real hamburger bun or roll! I heated (400 deg.) mine in toaster oven for 4min and let cool alittle. Didn't toast it. Was very good with as a ham and swiss sandwich. I will purchase it again! Good texture and not sandy tasting.

My 12 year old son was diagnosed approx 3 months ago and he is having such a hard time adjusting. I have bought frozen bread for his burgers, regular gluten free "fresh" bread and even spent the money to try the bread maker. I bought these rolls a week or so ago and he tried it for the first time today and said he couldnt tell the difference between regular rolls and these. I will continue to buy them for him. These buns were pretty tasty. They were a little crumbly but after toasting them, they were fine. The bread seems very dense, not light and fluffy like wheat bread but still it was great to finally eat a hamburger on a bun that DIDN'T taste like styrofoam. My kids even ate them and were surprised at the taste. I would purchase these again.

Finally a bun that is not as thick as a large roll! I have long looked forward to a real bun for cookouts, and this one also allows me to send a "realistic" cheeseburger to school with my sons. So happy to have a hamburger that is not wrapped up in lettuce! My 5 year old (also on a Gluten Free diet) ate half the hamburger on the bread and then took the meat out and continued to eat just the bread.

I was very upset at this product. I could not finish my hamburger on the bun. It was way too dry, too grainy, and I did experience the slick after taste (or I guess you would call that the after feel). I won't be buying this again.

These are really, really good. My son who is very selective likes them a lot, and I found that even with my dry mouth syndrome, they were light enough for me to eat. We sliced them and wrapped them in foil and warmed them for 10 min. at 400 degrees. Closest thing to regular bread I have found so far.

Very impressed with these rolls! Nice taste & texture--even better when heated. I can't wait to make my husband a couple of juicy hamburgers on the grill! (Eating a hamburger wrapped in lettuce just isn't the same!! LOL!)

This bun has brought utter joy to my life. I love them! Warm with butter or as a hamburger roll; dip in in your spaghetti sauce. Toast it for garlic bread. It's delicious.

Just like most of the other reviewers, I think these buns are fantastic! I am not celiac or gluten intolerant, but my husband is--so we have a gluten free kitchen. I think these buns are way better than regular white hamburger buns with gluten.

It's something I have been waiting for. These rolls are great warm with butter & tea or with a hamburger, steak & cheese sandwich you name it they're delicious.

I have them frozen, and I put one in the microwave for 30 seconds, and it came out like a light fluffy delicious roll- Just as good as regular bread! I couldn't believe it. This brand is FABULOUS.

This is a very good hamburger bun. It's perfect for sandwiches and sloppy joe's. It's better slightly warmed. Plain they are kinda dry, but not too bad.

I love the Dr. Schar gluten-free bread products. These hamburger rolls are by far the best gluten-free hamburger rolls I've ever tried. They have a light texture and the taste is great. They even look like regular hamburger rolls. They are perfect for carrying along to your favorite hamburger restaurant to add to a bunless burger. Used these with our hamburgers. Did not care for them. They left a "slick" feel in your mouth. We just haven't been able to find a good subsistute for bread.

I was very impressed with this bun! I warmed it in the microwave for 15 seconds, sliced (with ease) and enjoyed my first hamburger on a bun in 2 years. The taste and texture were very pleasant, and good size for "Bubba burger." I will definately purchase more of these.
