My husband was diagnosed with celiac disease a year ago and the worst part of spaghetti dinner night for him was no bread! Then we discovered these baquettes which taste like normal bread! He loves them plain - just heated - and made into garlic slices - sliced and spread with butter and garlic then heated. Now he enjoys spaghetti dinner night again!

I love (as does my family who eat GF with me) the Dr. Schar GF baguettes. I use them most often to make homemade garlic bread, with olive oil, some salt, and crushed garlic. I rub the mixture over pieces of the baguette and bake 350 for about 10-15 minutes wrapped in aluminum foil. Great with spaghetti!

We actually used these baguettes with homemade safe bruschetta to serve guests along with other safe items... and no one noticed the difference! We've used it to make garlic bread, large submarine sandwiches, etc. Definitely recommend this product.

I'm not a big bread person, but I love eating these baguettes. When family and friends are eating their wheat baguettes, I am eating my gluten-free ones and don't feel deprived. Great for making bruschetta and other similar appetizers.

These baguettes make a fantastically delicious garlic bread that I serve with spaghetti! Yum! Olive oil, fresh pressed garlic and a little salt, then warmed in the oven. My family loves it, and they are disappointed when I don't make this as part of an Italian dish.

I was SUPER excited when I found these! We had been missing garlic bread as a gluten-free family. When I saw these, I knew that I could fix that problem! Our family of 4 uses 1 baguette at a time. We bake it, then slice it open long ways. Spread some melted butter and add some garlic salt. Then we broil until crusty! Makes perfect garlic bread! LOVE this product!

Dr. Schar always comes through with quality products, and these baguettes do not disappoint. I love the flavor, texture, and yummy smell while it bakes. The shelf life is amazingly long and much better than you can buy in the store. I usually order at least 6 of these at a time so we are never left without. Baguettes are one of our favorite breads and we were sad we had to give themup. Now we can enjoy them again. THANK YOU Dr. Schar!

These are so good! I had given up hope of finding a bread that tasted good until I had these. Dr. Schar products are wonderful. Great for subs or garlic bread, or just warmed with butter.

Like just about everything that I have tried from Schar, these are wonderful! I use this instead of a sub roll. And there is a local sub shop that will even let me bring it in and they will prepare my Philly on it. They were even impressed at how much the texture is like regular bread.

Being an Italian, the thought of not being able to eat French bread was a horrifying thought. Then I found these baguettes. They are delicious! Just pop them in the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes and you have yourself delicious french bread. Thank you thank you thank you! You have made this Italian a very happy person again.

I was very surprised to find how great this bread tasted. Even with the reviews, I expected people were saying it was delicious because it was the best they could get that was gluten-free. I can truly say this bread is delicious hot or cold, as garlic bread or as sandwich bread. Thank you Gluten-Free Mall for carrying such a superior product. I am ordering again soon.

I just recieved my first order from gluten free mall yesterday and as soon as I opened the box this bread was going into the oven. I have only been gluten free for a little over a month and bread has been my only real craving. I couldn't believe how this tasted like normal bread!! I loved it! Everyone else at the table that made me share with them enjoyed it too, couldn't believe it was gluten free.

The first time I bought these, I intended to make garlic bread with one of the baguettes as a test. It was so good on it's own, the first baked baguette didn't even make it to the garlic and Earth Balance phase of my plan. The next baguette passed the garlic bread test with flying colors, and I am looking forward to making family sized sub sandwiches next time around. Dr Schar is overall my favorite gf bread company.

These are EXCELLENT. The best bread product ever! Great for subs. I was a little surprised when I opened the box and discovered that these things are huge. My local grocer carries the same product but they are smaller versions. So I was pleasantly surprised. I believe the instructions say to bake them briefly, and they are good that way, but I have since gotten lazy and resorted to just a minute or two in the microwave. They turn out just fine that way too.

My 8 year old loves this bread and so does the rest of the family that are not gluten free. We made garlic bread with cheese a few days ago and it was delicious--we all like it. It is great for subs or just plain butter and cheese.

These are absolutely WONDERFUL!!!!!!! Just about 20 seconds in the microwave at 50% power and you can make any kind of sandwich or just eat them plain. They are delicious and taste like I remember the wheat ones tasting. I can't wait to make garlic bread again.
