These bread crumbs are the best I have found. They are very fine and work well in coating chicken or used in mixing into meatloaf.

I use this product in all my baking when I need bread crumbs. My husband loves it too, and tastes no difference between it and the things I used prior to my gluten-free diet. I depend on it for baking.

I will not use any other bread crumbs. These are perfect. I make my own chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks with these. A must have!

I made oven fried chicken for my 16 year old granddaughter with these and she really liked it. This is the first time since she was diagnosed in January, 2012 that she has had breaded chicken which is her favorite food. She ate 4 pieces.

These are amazing and taste just like regular breading. My husband who is not gluten free uses them more than I do. The bag is tiny but lasts forever. They are plain so you need to add spices to the mix but I actually prefer it. Definitely a new staple in our house.

I missed breaded chicken dishes but to my delight Dr. Schar's bread crumbs have brought back my favorite dishes - all gluten free. Dr. Schar's products have made a wonderful and delicious difference to gluten free cooking.

I use the breadcrumbs for Schnitzel, casseroles and hamburger dishes. To me they taste like the real deal and my daughter who is the celiac can't tell the difference and she is really picky! Love them.

I figured when I purchased this product, that we'd use them up right away - the package lasted a long, long time!
We used them to batter fish (he misses fish sticks) and we were very pleased at the results.

I really like Dr. Schar products. These bread crumbs are fantastic, they are great with a classic chicken recipe. Before I found these I really missed the fried chicken that my husband made, now we both enjoy his recipe. My husband can't tell the difference between this and regular non-gluten bread crumbs.

After trying many different kinds of breadcrumbs, we finally found an excellent one!!! These are fantastic! There is a recipe on the side of the bag that is very similar to chicken strips or chicken nuggets. It is perfect for my kids! They love it, we love it and it has become a main staple in my kitchen. Definitely try these, if you haven't yet!!! This is the recipe my son wanted for his birthday dinner. Yummy!

Love these bread crumbs. Even though a small package - it did last a long time. Made 6 parm chicken breasts, and used in 2 meatloaves, and for 3 dozen turkey meatballs. You don't need alot to make the crumbs stick as they have a fine powdery consistency, so add your spices and parm cheese in the mix.I dipped the chicken breast in eggbeaters, then into bowl with bread crumb mixture and did a quick browning in olive oil in pan before baking. Came out excellent. Just ordered this again.

This does make for a nice bread crumb. There isn't much in the package, but I was surprised by how far it went. Add your own seasoning and it's great for anything.

These bread crumbs are great, not a huge amount in the package but for the price they are well worth it. We have been using them to bread mozzarella sticks and chicken with great results.

Good bread crumbs. Not much in the package though. They are plain which is nice so you can add your own herbs depending on the kind of dish you are using them for.
