Great with tuna. It is better when used as a bread or cracker than on it's own. Has a nice crunch to it.

These are more like ricecakes than crackers; they have an unusual puffed texture. Very crunchy, light and airy. There isn't a whole lot of taste, but with the right topping they could be good. I will finish the box, but I won't buy them again. If you like ricecakes, you will like these more than I did.

Good to use like a cracker! They have an airy texture kind of like rice cakes. They do have a very good flavor!

After my first bite into these I was shocked. I was expecting them to taste more like a regular cracker but they didn't to me. They tasted just slightly sweet and salty at the same time. A refreshing change to your normal crispbread on the shelves nowadays. I'm going to be stocking up on these for sure. I like having them on hand for those late night munchies I get when I want something sweet and salty. This will fit that bill to a T every time.

I like these. Not quite a cracker, seems a little sweeter to ME, very crisp, and holds up well to toppings or just eating with salads or as a snack. At first I thought it looked a little like styrofoam but then I ate one - LOOKS ARE DECEIVING. I went back yesterday (I've been rationing them until I order more) and ate two plain as a snack. I liked them even better. Order a box and try them, I hope you won't be disappointed. I haven't. With the Schar Table Crackers and the Schar Crispbread, my cracker fixation has been assuaged. Thank you Schar and GFM.

These crispbread crackers are great! They are so versatile that they can be used with both sweet and savory toppings. I take them with me to parties so that I can enjoy the appetizers and still be GF.

Wow. The day after I decide it is nearly time to order another carton of Crispbread packages, they go on sale! Perfect timing. I love these crackers--but I don't use them as crackers, I like them as a sandwich bread. Perfect. And provides a nice alternative to GF breads.

The taste is alright but not very good plain. But they are crispy. Comparing the crispbread to the table crackers, I like the table crackers better.

They have a light airy texture and taste. The crackers taste better with toppings. I put tuna salad on them and they were very filling and yummy. To eat plain, they do not have much of a taste. They are a nice change from the usual cracker.

My daughter and I buy these in the bulk quantity. LOVE them. Hard to find anything to make sandwiches out of that is gluten free and yeast free. These taste great and love the crisp. Tuna is wonderful on it. Cant lose with these!

These are amazing. I am in love with these. They make a great substitute for crackers. I have served these at parties with non celiacs and no one knew the difference. My favorite recipe with them is creating bruschetta with the cracker, it was a HIT!

I love this product. Although, if you try to spread something very thick or cold it will break, I find it a great snack with most spreads of any kind, or even just with a bit of jam. Good fiber & low calorie!
