Oh my goodness!!! These lady fingers were spectacular, and I made tiramisu for Christmas dessert and didn't tell anyone that it was gluten-free. No one knew it was gluten-free until one of my guests saw me with a slice and exclaimed, "Wow, gluten-free and it tastes this good?? WOW!" This will be ordered many times more. Fabulous!!!

Tiramisu again! When our daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease a year ago, my special dessert making ended. Our local organic food store started carrying Dr. Schar products and I was so excited to see they had these ladyfingers. Once again, they are very pricey for making tiramisu, especially since my recipe calls for 3 bags of these cookies. However, once we tasted it, we all agreed it was worth every cent! Tiramisu is a special dessert and one I do not make often, however, authentic tiramisu requires Italian (crunchy) ladyfingers, not the soft ones most stores carry. Thank you Dr. Schar for another A+ product!

These cookies smell wonderful when you open them. The tiramisu recipe is very good, however, it is a bit runny after it sits. I made it for my daughter who has many food allergies and she and all her college friends ate it. I used these cookies in a different tiramisu recipe and it still came out fabulous. I highly recommend this product to make desserts that taste good!

These cookies are really good I made homemade gluten free tirimisui with these and it turned out great, I couldn't even tell the difference! I also enjoy these cookies with my coffee in the morning. I love Dr. Schar products!

This is by far one of my best finds. They have just a slight hint of a vanilla/lemon flavor. I ran out a few days ago, and I didn't realize how much I actually craved these till they were gone! GREAT with a nice cup of decaf after dinner and are lower in calories too.

I crumbled the ladyfingers in one bowl. Then I took vanilla instant pudding and mixed it with cool whip and layered pudding mixture with crumbles. On top of each layer I drizzled chocolate made by cooking butter cocoa powder sugar vanilla flavoring. It made a delicious eclair.

I used these ladyfingers for a tiramisu recipe and they were absolutely delicious. I was scared when I first opened the package and discovered the ladyfingers were rock hard (making them a less than ideal snack), but I was assured they would soften after they were soaked in coffee and left to sit in the refrigerator for a few hours. After preparing the tiramisu and letting it sit for 3-4 hours, I tried the dessert and it was perfect. The ladyfingers were just the right consistency and texture, and I was glad they had arrived harder than expected---had they been moist, I'm not sure if the tiramisu would have been too mushy. I highly recommend these for anyone looking to enjoy some tiramisu or any dessert that calls for ladyfingers!
