Cooking Instructions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 425 deg F.
2. Remove pizza crust from packaging and place on a sheet of grease-proof paper.
3. Add your choice of toppings.
4. Place pizza directly onto the top shelf, placing a baking tray below and cook for approx 15 minutes.*
5. Carefully remove pizza from oven.

These are fantastic gluten-free pizza crusts. They are so tasty and thick. I make garlic toast out of the pizza crust. Delicious! Buy some; you won't believe how good these crusts are and the many uses you can use them for. I am going to try slicing them in 1/2 and try making some saltine crackers. Yes, I do miss saltine crackers.

I was pleased with this product. It was a thicker crust that I've always preferred in the past, in my gluten years. The texture was smooth and not grainy like other gluten-free crust can be. I added fresh mozzella and fresh vegatables with light marinara sauce and extra garlic... quite delicious. My only complaint would be that the overall flavor of the crust is flat.

These are THE BEST. We're never going to find a crust that tastes like a real one; correct? The thing I hate about almost every single gluten-free bread product, including almost every single pizza crust, is the consistency. These - Dr Schar's - are different. They're good. After a few tries (with only tomato sauce and mozarella) I ordered 10 boxes!

Hands down, best crust I have found that you do not have to make yourself. They are perfect for a quick pizza and I love that they have a pretty good shelf life (several months for the ones I received). They do not have to be frozen, so no wasted freezer space or the dreaded freezer burn. I cannot tell you how many great gluten-free items I have thrown out from my freezer because of freezer burn. I have a fresh saver but it does not get used for loaves or breads of pizza crusts that need to be frozen. So I say amen to Schar again for the line of freezer-free products with good shelf time prior to opening.

I agree with others, these are too small for the price...but they are good, which is why people, including me, keep buying them. :) Seriously, these are probably the best pre-made crusts I've personally tried so far, so I highly recommend giving them a chance. My 12 year old son loves these! They are also very convenient. He has taken them on overnight field trips, to parties, to school, etc. We have even found that our local Papa John's will make him a pizza on these for a nominal fee! This helps normalize sleepovers, parties, and other events. It used to be a hassle to be the only kid on the team that could not particpate in the pizza party. Thanks to these crusts, we no longer have that problem! Plan to order twenty boxes this week!

We've tried other pizza crusts and they either taste like beans, come out hard like a cracker or are like uncooked dough but not the Schar ones. Best pizza I have had since being diagnosed! It is so easy to pop one out, load it up and put it in the oven. The crust is nice and brown, chewy and crunchy. I love it. The price is not really that much when you think about the fact that two medium pizzas will run you about $15 from a joint.

This is by far the best tasting gluten-free pizza crust I've tried. It stands up to a lot of wet toppings. It's best with a good coat of olive oil then toppings. As with all of the Schar products I've tried, it's got the best texture as well- not grainy or strangely chewy, which was my opinion of most others I've tried. My non-gluten free husband agrees and he's happy to eat this crust with me.

Lived in Europe for 17 years and these pizza shells are by far the best product on the market. I was thrilled when I moved back to the USA and found I am able to order the item on line. They can be frozen and are can be used for many recipes other than plan old fashion pizza, I make garlic sticks, spinach/fetta sandwich triangles and to many other treats to mention. They are a great staple for my diet.... just add a 6 pack of Gluten-Free Beer to wash down and you will feel normal as if you have never had celiac sprue....

The Dr Schar Pizza Crusts are great! - you can use them as a normal pizza, heating them in an oven or toaster oven - top them with your favorites and cheese, and let them get crispy. Or, try cutting them in slices, then in half before heating. put some favorites in the middle, with butter or margarine and then crisp them up. great as snacks as well as pizza. was not as impressed as the other reviewers sad to say. these were like previous ones from other producer and these too were very dry.

This is the BEST pizza crust I have had since going gluten free. It looked kind of pitiful when I took it out of the box, but I was in for a big surprise when I made my pizza. The consistency is excellent, and it doesn't taste like anything gluten free I've ever had. It tastes like what I remember pizza crust tasting like!
