YUM!!! These are SO tasty! NEVER know they're GF! Not too sweet, and a PERFECT combo of crispy, light wafers, and lighter creamy layers! Ate the WHOLE box in one 'vaccum'-filled 5 minute sitting!!! Only complaint... the box needed MORE cookies! Their lemon wafers are quite tangy and just as tasty! ENJOY!!!!

Schar Gluten-Free Vanilla Wafers are my husbands favorite. Our local stores only order a few and are always out so I discovered this website. I order 24 boxes at a time. The shelf life is incredible and the freshness is better than in local stores. I would recommend these to any gluten-free customer. They are light and tasty!!

These are really good! I wouldn't have known they were gluten free. To keep them from getting stale, put them in a baggie. Otherwise they go stale quickly.

Oh boy, watch out if you buy these, because you will not be able to eat just one! I think I ate 1/2 the bag within a minute. Very delicious flavor. I have always loved vanilla wafers and these taste just as good as the others with wheat. Highly recommended!

My son enjoyed these cookies. He was diagnosed Celiac last year and as a 28 year old, he has had to do a lot of adjusting. These wafers help satisfy his cookie needs. He has even caught me snacking on them.
