This traditional Italian snack is the perfect accompaniment to your favorite drink before a meal and wets your appetite for the main course. It comes wrapped in 3 portions to retain freshness.

Shelf life: approx 6-8 months.

Ingredients: potato starch, rice flour, modified corn starch, yeast, buckwheat flour, palm oil, corn syrup, sugar, salt, hydroxypropyl methycellulose, datem, sodium bicarbonate, natural flavor.

They use only naturally gluten-free and wheat-free ingredients and adhere to the strictest quality processes, testing every batch for gluten using the ELISA assay.

Love these. I break up 1 or 2 and put them in salads. You can also use them as a side with pasta dishes. They are delicious!!

Our son has multiple life threatening food allergies to dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, rye and barley. Finding safe, delicious egg and gluten-free items that are easy to pack for school lunch or travel over the last 10 years has been daunting. We found Dr. Schar products some time ago and I would have to say that these breadsticks are crunchy, light and a favorite around this house.

My 8-year-old son was diagnosed with a gluten (and non-raw milk/non pasture fed egg) allergy in February. So Liam had 8 years of going from eating yummy food to restraining himself from his favorite, french toast, and abiding by a fairly strict regimen. Finding tasty gluten-free foods has been no easy chore. So when Liam tried these breadsticks, he was thrilled! He came home from school and said the only thing missing was Nutella. 2-4 times a week, I put one tablespoon of Peanut Butter and Co Dark Chocolate Dreams (has some protein and fiber) in a tiny container so Liam can dip his breadsticks, and it has proven a decent augmentation for his lunch.

These breadsticks are so good with tuna fish salad, chicken salad, etc. My son loves them with spinach dips and such. We even break them up and use them as croutons.

Very good. I keep them on hand for when I need to make an appetizer for a party or dinner. They are great with deli roast beef wrapped around them (or other kind of meat). I also use them for dipping, with salads, and soups. Like most gluten-free products they break easily. I use the unbroken ones for the appetizers I have to take somewhere and we eat the broken ones!

Love these bread sticks! I hadn't been able to find any gluten-free Italian type of bread sticks I liked, until I ordered these. They have a great texture and mild flavor that goes great with Italian dishes. I also love just eating them straight from the bag. They remind me a lot of the sticks I used to buy before having to go gluten-free. I think these are even better!
