These were soo good! cut in half, brushed with olive oil and a smidge of garlic, topped with grated romano and a little italian herb mix, then baked in toaster oven for 5 minutes at 400 degrees. Really chewy moist texture and a little springiness to the tooth. I think these would also hold up for sopping up tomato sauce or gravy without dissolving.

These are wonderful rolls! The texture is great, not heavy at all, and the taste is wonderful, especially for a multigrain product. Easy to heat up and eat. I love these!

These rolls are fantastic! They have a great taste and texture and four grams of fiber. I cook the whole package at once and have a roll whenever I want a healthy snack during the day. Hurrah!

Delicious and by far the best gluten-free roll for many different uses. It keeps its non-crumbly texture better than all of the others. Great flavor, too.

Excellent! Good texture and hearty flavor. This is the whole grain flavorful bread that I have really missed. Bun size is great for a dinner roll, hambuger bun or sandwich. Holds up better than any other gluten-free bun that I have tried for barbecue (sloppy joe) sandwich. Even in this hot weather, only 5 minutes of baking is tolerable for a great bread.

These rolls are the best gluten-free bread of any kind I have found! I love how they look and taste like a wheat roll! I have missed my dark breads since having to go gluten-free. Thanks for a delicious product!

I purchased the multi-grain ciabatta rolls for the first time. I was delighted with the taste and the texture. I heated them until they had a crispy top which made them even more palatable. I will continue to order these rolls as I like the idea of having multi-grain rather than just white ..... I love all of the Schar products and will continue to purchase them through your website.

Delicious!!!! Absolutely Delicious!!!! These rolls are soft and chewy on the inside and slightly crispy outside after baking in oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. They have a very aromatic flavor and are just like the real deal. Can be used to make mini sandwiches and burger sliders. You will love these.

Ordered these by mistake was trying to order sub type rolls and hit the wrong thing. My granddaughter enjoyed these even though they are multigrain. She has never like multigrain bread even before she had to eat gluten free. She said they had a good taste.

These are delicious! Sliced in half and dropped in the toaster are my favorite way to eat them.
Recently in a rush, no time to toast, they were just as delicious with hummus.

I loved this bread with some olive oil and sea salt. It is wonderful to have Italian bread again in my diet. It was a staple growing up in an Italian household.

A really good multrigrain roll, that is crusty and GF. I just wish they made them larger, as 2 equals the size of one regular size" Gluten" Ciabatta roll.

These multigrain rolls are wonderful! It's nice to have some texture, so many of the gluten free breads and rolls are too soft and bland. I have been eating them in Europe for over a year, (we need to buy them at the pharmacy here!) and I'm glad to see they are now finally available to my family in the states. I highly recommend them!

I was very plesantly surprised by just how good gluten free breads can be. These rolls are very good and I would highly recommend them to anyone regardless of whether you are on a gluten free diet or not.
