Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add salt if desired.
2. Gradually stir in pasta. Return to boiling.
3. Cook uncovered for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Drain well. Toss immediately with sauce or coat with 1 tablespoon olive oil, butter, or margarine if desired.

I am back for more! This is the very best gluten-free pasta on the market...I think that I have tried most gluten-free pastas that you can buy and this the most like the non gluten-free.

Amazingly delicious and easy to make. this does not go mushy nor does it have that wierd "off" taste that alot of other brands have.

Tried this pasta for the first time and loved it! Other rice pastas get mushy and sticky but not this. My whole family really loved it. Will stock up and use it for many dishes.

Probably the best brand of gluten free pasta. As good as any non-gluten-free I have had. Makes a perfect baked ziti, but also great with a lighter, oil or chicken broth-based recipe.

This Penne Pasta by Schar is the best, best, best I have ever tasted. Celiac was finally my diagnoses in 1976. Not much food to choose from then. But I must say, Dr Schar's pasta ranks as number one for me in its catagory. Taste good, can be used in many ways, taste good reheated in salads and refigerates well.

I bought this pasta for the first time and loved it. It's much better than brown rice only pasta because it cooks better and refrigerates much better. But the best part is that it reheats in the microwave just the same as regular pasta. I am eating pasta again!
