We love these cookies, which are not too sweet but have a lot of yummy flavor, especially during the holiday season. My mom is German, so I grew up with having these around the Christmas season. When I had to go gluten-free, I could no longer have the standard Spekuloos cookies, as we call them. When we ordered these, we were delighted to discover that they taste exactly the same as the standard non-gluten-free cookies. Great holiday treat!

These are delicious. Not too sweet like most American made cookies with a good spice flavor. The texture is delicate and crisp. Very good.
