Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add salt if desired.
2. Gradually stir in pasta. Return to boiling.
3. Cook uncovered for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Drain well. Toss immediately with sauce or coat with 1 tablespoon olive oil, butter, or margarine if desired.

I use this Tagliatella for Kugel, Tuna Casserole, Stroganoff, Tetrazzini and soups. No one can tell the difference. I buy the boxes in large quantities and go through them rapidly.

I used my gluten-free noodles tonight and put them in my chicken soup. Absolutely wonderful! I plan on using the other box to make a noodle pudding for the Jewish holiday. Â I wish they came in a bigger box (16 oz.). I will be ordering these noodles again! Thank you!

If you are looking for a pasta that tastes authentic, then this is the one. I use this in my homemade soups and the noodles never turn mushy or give the soup a "funny" taste. Dr. Schar's products never fail to please me.

I will only eat schar pasta. I am very very picky about my pasta. Other gluten free pastas get a white slime really thick and sludgy. I have never had that problem with schar!

I have taste tested so many different brands of pasta and nuddels and finally found one I want to stay with because it is the closest to the real thing and it does not even shrink either. I love these wide nudles they hold sauce well and are a great change from macaroni or spaghetti.

My favorite pasta! I use the tagliatelle for everything from soup to stroganoff. Friends have raved about my homemade soups more than they did before I added the pasta. The pasta holds up better than non GF pasta even in frozen soups and casseroles.It has a buttery egg taste you would get with good old fashioned egg noddles.

I've never had a Dr. Schar's product that I didn't think was as good as or better than a comparable product (of another brand). I've used the Tagliatelle (essentially like an Egg Noodle) for Sweet Kugel, Beef Stroganoff and a Tuna Hotdish; all with equal success. My guests never knew the difference between this gluten free product and a gluten/typical noodle. I'm sure this would be an excellent product to use to make noodle soups. I like the fact that the noodles didn't stick together like many other gluten free products do and they didn't break apart/crumble. Check it out, you'll be gald you did!

The Tagliatelle tasted like a typical Egg Noodle, before and after cooking. The strand (noodle length and width) was similar to a wide Egg Noodle. I used the Tagliatelle to make Stroganoff and was pleased that the noddle didn't break apart (as many gluten free products do). My husband and dinner guests never knew that I used a gluten free product in the Kugel or Stroganoff! I will be using the Tagliatelle in any soups, kugels or hotdishs that I make in the future. Last summer we used many Schar products while we were in Spain and France. We liked the taste, texture and similarities their products have to those that have gluten. Please check out all their products (their breads are really good.)

I think the worst part of the celiac diagnosis was trying to find a pasta that tasted and chewed as good as gluten pasta. Schar has achieved that. This pasta tastes great. We do not like the brown rice pastas, so finding a lasagna noodle is difficult. I make a great lasagna using these little noodles in place of the long lasagna noodle. Even with butter and parm cheese this pasta tastes great!

These noodles are excellent as alfredo, in soup or just with butter. We use Pacific brand gluten free chicken broth with these for chicken noodle soup. Very, very good. Everyone wanted more!

I really love this pasta! It doesn't get gummy and it holds up well hot or cold for pasta salad! I used tagliatelle for pasta salad because it travels well and holds sauces and dressings on the noodles.
