I cannot find egg noodles anywhere in Scottsdale, AZ. These are very good and taste like the the non gluten free. Now I can make "Kugel".

Excellent pasta. Cooked it with garlic and butter. I couldnt tell the difference. Will definitely order again. Better price here than the grocery store.

The Tagliatelle tasted like a typical Egg Noodle, before and after cooking. The strand (noodle length and width) was similar to a wide Egg Noodle. I used the Tagliatelle to make Stroganoff and was pleased that the noddle didn't break apart (as many gluten free products do). My husband and dinner guests never knew that I used a gluten free product in the Kugel or Stroganoff! I will be using the Tagliatelle in any soups, kugels or hotdishs that I make in the future. Last summer we used many Schar products while we were in Spain and France. We liked the taste, texture and similarities their products have to those that have gluten. Please check out all their products (their breads are really good.)

Every few months I order these to be able to make dishes with noodles for my husband. These are the "BEST" and taste just like noodles with wheat. You would never know the difference. A GREAT product!! Try one box and your next order will be more then one box.

I think the worst part of the celiac diagnosis was trying to find a pasta that tasted and chewed as good as gluten pasta. Schar has achieved that. This pasta tastes great. We do not like the brown rice pastas, so finding a lasagna noodle is difficult. I make a great lasagna using these little noodles in place of the long lasagna noodle. Even with butter and parm cheese this pasta tastes great!

These noodles are excellent as alfredo, in soup or just with butter. We use Pacific brand gluten free chicken broth with these for chicken noodle soup. Very, very good. Everyone wanted more!

I really love this pasta! It doesn't get gummy and it holds up well hot or cold for pasta salad! I used tagliatelle for pasta salad because it travels well and holds sauces and dressings on the noodles.

My family and I have been VERY pleased with every pasta item from Dr. Schar. You will not waste your money purchasing this! Its the best out there HANDS DOWN!!! P.S. My husband eats gluten free foods, not my daughter or me. We eat this pasta with my husband because its really THAT good! Enjoy!

This is a great substitute to egg noodles, I use in both soup recipes and to serve with roast instead of potatoes. Very nice texture, does not clump like some do. I am pleased and am buying again today!

Excellent pasta. Used them in tuna-noodle casserole & no one could tell that they weren't regular egg noodles. They also work with pasta sauce or pesto. I find I use them a lot.
