Produced in a dedicated gluten free facility, and also Certified GF. Batch tested for gluten using ELISA. Produced in a facility that also handles dairy. Every measure is taken to prevent cross contamination.

Plump and juice turkey franks dipped in a scrumptious gluten-free batter. 10 fully cooked corn puppies per package. No artificial flavors, colors, fillers or preservatives. No added nitrates or nitrites (except those naturally occuring in celery juice).

Their mission is to provide delectable gluten-free fare that's good for you. They only use healthy, natural ingredients - nothing artificial.

Baking Instructions: Bake frozen corn puppies on a cookie sheet at 350 for 20-23 minutes. Reduce baking time by 3-4 minutes if baking in a convection oven.

Let cool for a minute or two. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!

Microwave heating is not recommended.

Ingredients: Batter: organic whole grain yellow corn meal (non-GMO), water, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, white rice flour, sweet rice flour, brown rice flour, egg, organic evaporated cane sugar, chicory root, millet flour, honey, molasses, ground mustard, rice bran, salt, onion powder, xanthan gum. Cooked in canola oil.
Hot Dogs: Mechanically separated turkey, water, cultured corn sugar, contains less than 2% of corn syrup, tapioca starch, salt, dextrose, cultured celery juice, vinegar, cherry powder, flavor (gluten and dairy free).

My fiance loves these corn dogs. I enjoy them myself. It seems to be really hard to find good quality gluten-free products. These, however, are exceptional.
