I love this stuff! I can't tell the difference between the gluten-free and the regular. If you're unfamiliar with Ponzu, it is the same as soy sauce but with a bright, citrusy flavor. I have even used this as a marinade for chicken and beef, but use care as a little goes a long way, and like soy sauce, it is quite high in sodium.
