Shiloh Farms Gluten-Free Teff Flour is a wonderful addition to my bread making supplies. It has a nice nutty taste and is great to use when making gluten-free rye bread or whole grain bread.

Teff flour is a great ingredient for your breadmix. I only use less then 5% of Teff flour in my flourmix, but it already adds a brown bready-texture!
