2 C. Cooked Soybean Flakes 1 Bell Pepper, Sliced
1 C. Sour Cream 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
3 Tbsp. Butter 1 Tbsp. Whole Wheat Flour
1 Onion, Diced 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 C. Mushrooms, Sliced 1/4 C. Tamari Soy Sauce
1 Tsp. Salt Toss The Cooked Flakes In Sour Cream. Set Aside. Heat Butter In Skillet; Add Next Five Ingredients. Cook Gently For 2 Minutes. Stir In Flour & Gradually Add The Lemon Juice And Tamari To Make A Smooth Sauce. Add To Soy Flakes. Mix Well. Pour Into A Casserole Dish. Bake Covered For 30 Minutes At 350 F.
