RECIPE: Marinated Chicken BBQ: Marinate 4 skinless chicken breasts in a mixture of 1/4 cup honey bbq sauce, 1 tbsp low-sodium chicken broth, 1/2 small onion(diced), and 1 clove garlic (minced) for at least 1 hour. Remove chicken from marinade, saving marinade. Place chicken in ungreased oblong dish. Cook uncovered at 350 deg for one hour, brushing chicken with marinade often. Serves 4.
