RECIPE: Marinated Chicken BBQ: Marinate 4 skinless chicken breasts in a mixture of 1/4 cup honey bbq sauce, 1 tbsp low-sodium chicken broth, 1/2 small onion(diced), and 1 clove garlic (minced) for at least 1 hour. Remove chicken from marinade, saving marinade. Place chicken in ungreased oblong dish. Cook uncovered at 350 deg for one hour, brushing chicken with marinade often. Serves 4.

This bbq sauce was was pretty good! It had a recipe on the back that i changed a little and turned out great! I marinated cut up pieces of chicken and cut up some garlic and onion and then sauteed it on the stove and added some honey for that caramelized taste. I then put it on a Dr. Schar gluten free hamburger bun. It was so yummy!!

This is a good choice of BBQ sauce for those who are on gluten free diet. My boyfriend, who is not on gluten free diet, loves the taste too. I guess you could add chilli if you like it to be more spicy. I don't take chilli, so this is great for me. I simply love it.

This BBQ sauce is quite delicious! Even my husband likes it - and he doesn't need to eat gluten free! It is mild, and not very spicy -- if you like spice, just add some of your own....
